We stayed overnight while driving cross country and chose this facility due to the kids activities. We used the mini golf, pool, and ping pong tables. The clubs and balls have to be accessed at a desk where you give your license to an employee who was friendly. The pool area was crowded and in need of a repair (pool liner seemed to be coming off and there were cracked areas in the deck and an area roped off with tape). We did find the room to be clean. We disliked the fact that this hotel had no elevator as we had heavy suitcases and were given a room on the second floor. Good for an overnight stay and a cool experience for the kids but definitely could use some improvements.

We read the past reviews and were hesitant about booking. But so glad we did! The service was great they were very pleasant and helpful. The hot tub was very clean and a great way to end the day after driving all day.. lots for the kids to do kiddie pool , big pool game room. Climbing center . Large spacious area. Would definitely stay again .

This hotel looks like it was built in the 70’s and has not once been updated nor deep cleaned. Literally the carpets are original and appear to have never once been shampooed. Ceiling tiles in the lobby are bloated and discolored from water leakages. No elevator. Some doors simply don’t work. The shower backed up so bad that I turned off the water while I shaved my legs and it had only retreated by half. Corners and edges never vacuumed. AC unit dirty. The lounge and the pool concessions are both defunct. And one of the most insane things: all guests must wear a bright green wristband while staying at the property. What the actual…????!! Check in took like 15 minutes, complete with them taking an actual photocopy of my license and credit card. Booking this place was a HUGE mistake. I wish we had kept driving in our trip or even backtracked to a city to avoid this disgustingness.

Don’t get a balcony room…it’s more money and overlooks the indoor pool area..lots of noise til 11pm. Although pictures online showed an outdoor pool it is abandoned and a total pit.

Good hotel for price you pay. It was clean but needs updating. Breakfast was good. Pool was great for kids. Hot tub, big pool and little kids pool. They have putt putt golf and arcade room too. Also there is a playscape for kids. So close to National Park! Lots of parking. The kids loves the hotel!! Only thing I didn't like...first night we were there a few guests with a small BBQ pit literally 5 feet from Hotel entrance under awning cooking dinner. So dangerous and I'm sure against fire laws. This needs to be addressed by staff immediately.

The hotel needs some upgrades but it was comfortable. The pool lining is pretty disgusting. And the hot tub was in need of cleaning. The biggest issue was the extremely slow response in maintenance coming to unplug a toilet. There is no reason that we had to contact the front desk 3 times for help.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t hesitate to book — it’s a fantastic family-friendly spot! The pool, hot tub, indoor playground, and game room made it so much fun for our little one. We picked up food from the Mexican restaurant across the street and ate in the atrium while the kids played. The continental breakfast was also very good, which made our stay even better. Such a great place for families to relax and recharge.

Got a room off poolside paid extra for it locked out then we’re told keycard only works on hallway side not poolside so why did I have to pay extra. Hot tub says NO children under 16 numerous children jumping in there called front once said they would send someone to check no one was ever there went to front desk twice about issue with numerous children in hot tub NOTHING was ever done couldn’t enjoy the reason we came until next morning and only for a few minutes cuz those children came back

My room smelled like mildew. The carpet was wet and musty. Spoke to the staff several times about this issue, and got ignored. Staff member said they would handle the situation, but did nothing! Never once did they offer to move us to another room. Also mold found in the bathroom. The TV stopped working. The area is very nice, but we had a very bad experience. Our room was the absolute worst! I'm very disappointed!!!

This was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. It was so dirty and run down. They obviously don't clean because there was hair on the beds, floors, towels, shower, toilet, so gross. The ac unit smelled like mildew, but dont worry they put dryer sheets in it to help with the smell. Also, the shower and sink didn't drain.

The walls and floor were dingy, outdated and dirty. They don't tell you that your room key doesn't work to re-enter your room from the pool side. Pool side door had a huge gap, I'm assuming from the many times they had you unlock it for guests. The front desk didn't let me finish my sentence when I got locked out before asking my room number. They immediately sent maintenance person with a hanger to open the door. Microwave in room did not work. Had to ask for a new one. They wanted me to wait until the morning but I insisted on right away. I did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi and it's surrounding area.

This property is very outdated. The carpet and interiors are very old. The bathroom fixtures and rooms could use an update. The hallways could use new carpet and some paint. However, the rooms were very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pool area was nice. It is great for families with children. The breakfast was outstanding with hot fresh items. We will be staying here again in the future.

The location of the hotel is very convenient to Cuyahoga National Park and Blossom Music Center. The hotel staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating to requests. We were initially out in a “poolside” room which I had not booked. However the entire pool area and surrounding rooms/hallways have a strong bleach smell that is overpowering. We asked to be moved to another area because I had not booked poolside. After being told there was nothing available, we did get moved to the second floor. The room did not have an odor so we moved in. The room looked like it had not been vacuumed and the window had a crack/ hole in it which had been “fixed” with tape. The bathtub was dirty and drained very slowly. There was visible mold in the bathroom. With better cleaning this hotel would be great due to being located at the confluence of two highways. Breakfast is adequate. Lobby is very nice but pool/breakfast area and rooms in need of TLC/updates.

I would not recommend and they don’t do refunds even if you don’t stay due to bad service they have a nice pool area that have nails by the pool the area is dirty around the pool. The first bedroom I was in had nasty sheets. The second bedroom had nasty sheets and a roach dead on the wall. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. And management does Not get back to you or even care about your stay when you are unsatisfied

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We have 2 separate charges on our card from this hotel for a one night stay. Only 1 of them is the correct room charge. The hotel itself is trash. The outside looks redone. Our white bed topper had old blood on it. The sink had better water pressure than the shower. It’s extremely outdated.

The room was dated, but clean. TV small. Bathroom was clean, bath updated. Gooseneck raised the shower head, so my 6'1" body didn't need to do the shower limbo. Typical Quality Inn amenities while clean, quiet, comfy.

The hotel is in an isolated industrial area. No gas stations or stores around. we chose this one because of price and it was less than others, but you do get what you pay for. The shower water would go from hot to cold, was not the cleanest room, but the major plus was the bed was super comfortable. We chose a poolside room and I would not recommend it if you want to sleep. It was pretty loud no noise barrier especially at 9:30 in the morning when the pool opens. The staff was decent, but I would not stay there again.

It was okay for a night. The bed was more comfortable than we expected but there could be some updating done. The ceiling was a little discolored and everything just looked old. The bathroom was super small. Other than that it was a great stay we didn’t have any issues other than our room wasn’t ready at check in time but we understood due to a concert the night before and then being sold out and not having enough staff to make sure the rooms were clean in time. The front desk guy was super nice and even though he compromised and gave us a king size room it wasn’t the one we reserved but for the price that I had got it for we weren’t going to complain.

This property is very outdated. The carpet and interiors are very old. The bathroom fixtures and rooms could use an update. The hallways could use new carpet and some paint. However, the rooms were very clean. The beds were super comfortable and the pool area was nice. It is great for families with children. The breakfast was outstanding with hot fresh items. We will be staying here again in the future.

The sheets, towels, and room were clean, but the facilities are old and run down. Two of the three lamps in our room did not work and the heating/cooling unit was old and of limited use. There is no fitness center in the hotel, although there are great amenities for kids, like the old Holidome model: indoor pool, play structure, arcade, and other games. But the hotel desperately needs renovation.

I don’t usually do hotel reviews, but I’ll make an exception for this Quality Inn. We arrived for checkin at 3:30 PM and had a long wait before getting to the head of a relatively short line. Every checkin ahead of us seemed to take forever. When we finally received our magnetic card keys and arrived at the room (after a very long walk from the front desk), the keys didn’t work. I had to call the desk from my cell phone (I was not going to walk all the way back to the front desk) and wait for the manager to open our door. In fairness, we didn’t have to wait in the hallway outside our room for long, but we didn’t get the problem resolved until after another 20-minute wait. In settling into the room, which desperately needs new carpeting, paint and bathroom fixtures, we discovered that the lamps had been unplugged and that the few outlets in the room were inaccessible because they were covered up by the bed headboard and the TV console. I managed to move a bedside table out enough to plug in one lamp (no small feat in the dark—for lack of a lamp!). We were happy to just go to sleep. Again, in fairness, the breakfast was respectable and better than many others I’ve had at other hotels. Overall I was not satisfied with this hotel And to add insilt to injury, this morning I discovered that they overcharged me by $50! I’ll take this up with them later today.

I have been to this hotel several times over the years. We have had many birthday parties at this hotel. Under new management and ownership I have had two negative experiences when interacting with staff at the front desk and policies i the deposit not being posted or displayed anywhere. Each time my family had at minimum 3 rooms for one or two nights. I was treated as if I was not valued as a customer and I questioned the new changes I encounter a bad attitude with the staff. Not to mention a police officer in the lobby. As if that was going to prevent me from questioning where my money was going. I spent over 200 dollars on deposits for two rooms. I had the added bonus to pay an extra 16 bucks per too as a Choice memeber…they charged me two separate deposits. Thanks! Granted I get the money back in three to five business days but it should be clearly stated on the website for the hotel instead of being informed at check in. Also whe being assigned Roos they had my rooms all over the hotel not even close together….when asked to at least be placed close together I was told they were sold out but still accepting new bookings with the people behind me and their own website stating they were 85% full. New management has awful customer service! I will not be returning based on the treatment I received and the rooms are not that great! Fridge didn’t work right bath tub would not drain and sofa bed was old and broken down

It was okay for a night. The bed was more comfortable than we expected but there could be some updating done. The ceiling was a little discolored and everything just looked old. The bathroom was super small. Other than that it was a great stay we didn’t have any issues other than our room wasn’t ready at check in time but we understood due to a concert the night before and then being sold out and not having enough staff to make sure the rooms were clean in time. The front desk guy was super nice and even though he compromised and gave us a king size room it wasn’t the one we reserved but for the price that I had got it for we weren’t going to complain.

The hotel needs some upgrades but it was comfortable. The pool lining is pretty disgusting. And the hot tub was in need of cleaning. The biggest issue was the extremely slow response in maintenance coming to unplug a toilet. There is no reason that we had to contact the front desk 3 times for help.

The property was not updated. The entire hotel had a damp quality due to the pool. The pool seems to be a draw, so if you want updated, clean, and quiet I suggest staying somewhere else. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very nice.

I arrived early and the man at the front desk gave me an early check in no problem and no extra fee. It has a lot of parking, my room was clean and quiet. Would stay again, for sure.

Single Mom booked a king room for myself and two sons. Two beds were not available but a king and double sofa sleeper with a divider was a good option. So we thought. There was no linen for the sleeper sofa. We had asked multiple times for bedding, twice at the front desk and then with the cleaning lady. It never was provided. Attempting to address this with the front desk, I was told I didn't book directly with them so I needed to address concerns with the site I booked with. Well hotels.com did nothing. They stated the manager Eddie advised we needed to PROVE we asked for linen. Seriously?! It was a booked king with double sleeper sofa and the room description clearly stated linens included. We shouldn't have needed to beg for bedding because after asking the second time, it's begging. None the less, neither hotels.com nor this hotel offered any kind of resolution and it ended up being escalated with Choice Hotels Corporate. I chose this hotel to reunite with 5 of my children but the amenities do not outweigh the inconveniences or the retched smell in the hallway.

The property was very convenient to Huntington Bank Field. I felt very safe there. The place could be updated, but it was perfectly fine. My only complaint was the desk in the room had no outlets nearby.

They put us is a room in the back of the property. Very quiet but the room was a little tired looking and the bathroom while clean needed updating. The toilet and counter were extremely low and the sink was missing a drain stopper. Lamp didn't work. The room was clean and the price was right. Fine for an overnight stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient to Cuyahoga National Park and Blossom Music Center. The hotel staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating to requests. We were initially out in a “poolside” room which I had not booked. However the entire pool area and surrounding rooms/hallways have a strong bleach smell that is overpowering. We asked to be moved to another area because I had not booked poolside. After being told there was nothing available, we did get moved to the second floor. The room did not have an odor so we moved in. The room looked like it had not been vacuumed and the window had a crack/ hole in it which had been “fixed” with tape. The bathtub was dirty and drained very slowly. There was visible mold in the bathroom. With better cleaning this hotel would be great due to being located at the confluence of two highways. Breakfast is adequate. Lobby is very nice but pool/breakfast area and rooms in need of TLC/updates.

Just a stop over on a long trip. Everything was smooth at check in. The room was fine. This hotel definitely has wear and tear, needs to do some renovations. It has a giant play area inside, along with a pool, so probably nicer for families. Breakfast was good. Not many people staying there on a Monday. They said it gets busy on weekends. What DID bother me is they had NOTHING for breakfast when their advertisement says they do (There's even a picture of a spread on Hotels.com). I went for coffee at 7am and tinted water came out of the coffee maker. I mentioned it at the desk. I was told they will take care of it. I came back at 8 and got the same thing.

Chrck in was amazing. Fast friendly and smooth. Pool area very clean. Hot tub could definitely be hotter it was more like luke warm tub. But again great staff great stay. And breakfast was the best hotel breakfast ive had since before covid.

This is a great family-friendly facility in that it has a large area for kids to unwind after a day in the car! We found the staff very friendly. It had the best breakfast dining area I have ever experienced at a breakfast-included hotel. On top of all this, the price was great. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay. We will be back!

Overall a very pleasant experience. The room was clean. We always check for bedbugs and there were none to be found. Lobby appeared very clean & polished. I enjoyed having coffee in the dining room that overlooks the pool & games area. The design feels very 70’s but I liked that aspect. Only complaint is that the sausage & eggs from breakfast were soft & soggy. Would prefer something more crisp. I stopped eating it because it weirded me out. No big deal and overall good time here.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. If you’re traveling with kids, don’t hesitate to book — it’s a fantastic family-friendly spot! The pool, hot tub, indoor playground, and game room made it so much fun for our little one. We picked up food from the Mexican restaurant across the street and ate in the atrium while the kids played. The continental breakfast was also very good, which made our stay even better. Such a great place for families to relax and recharge.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Easy to find. Easy check in. Staff was great. Our room was clean. We stayed for two nights for concerts and it worked out perfectly for us. Only downfall not very many places close by for food options.

The workers were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the property felt unsafe and very outdated. The exterior door that you were supposed to use your key card to enter was unlocked and anyone could walk in. The phone and clock did not work in the room and they were very old. The bathroom was very small and outdated and there was a used bar of soap left on the sink.
