Although we had to pay for parking the hotel was really nice. We could hear people in the hallway but nothing between the rooms and above us. The beds were super comfy and the room was clean. Thank you for the black out curtains. The breakfast was great with hot and cold choices. Plenty of food. The pool was clean and we loved the hot tub. The light rail, if it works for you, is right outside the hotel!!

Toliet was not cleaned. Frount desk changed me to another room which was good. Saturday morning be ready to hear bang bang bang as the hotel is doing renovations. I wish they would have posted that and i would have never stayed there. The construction starts at 8am and is laud. Immigine eating breakfast and all you can here is thud bang smash. It gave me a headace. $7 dollors per day to park on there property. If you like laud noise early in the morning this is the hotel for you.

Everything was top notch. Nice clean, large room, with comfortable beds. Service was great, very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Small gym was nice to have for treadmill and weights. Good price. Highly recommend.

The water in pool was in really bad condition, we couldn’t get in. Water wasn’t clear, looked like the water wasn’t circulating. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.

Property was clean and near everything I needed. I was really upset that The pool and hot tub were under construction and we weren’t advised of it until we got there. Truly disappointing because the hotel was picked because of the option of having a pool and hot tub.

Location was great, to downtown Phx area. The parking felt safe. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was actually very good! Only issue when first entering our suite, there was a musty like urine smells from the carpeting we assumed? We turn the air up to cool/ vent rooms, plus we had room deodorizer, and smell cleared up. The pool hot tube and gym areas, all clean. Overall good for the price!

Serviceable hotel. Beds were comfortable, but room was shabby and not well maintained. The curtains were filthy, actually black in some places. The toilet kept backing up, and the front desk brought us a plunger to plunge our own toilet. Certainly not what you expect for over $180 a night.

This hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Ony negative thing I can think of is that the maybe the shower needs to be upgraded. It looked a little worn, the drain was broken and there was water leaking out of the shower head.

Pretty decent place overall. Would stay again. We stayed in a suite which had much more space than a typical room. The A/C worked well and was quiet. And you could force the fan on for a little white noise even while the cooling or heating were off. This is an essential function in almost any hotel room to block out unwanted outside noises. Couch and chairs had no arms which made them a little uncomfortable. And the TV worked very well albeit with a limited channel selection.... maybe 40 channels. YouTube and Netflix are available on the TV.

Breakfast was ok, but would´ve prefer more fresh components. Location was good, felt that you are outside busiest city centre but public transport route went next to hotel and Heard museum was within short walking distance.

Needed a nearby hotel while visiting family at Banner Hospital. This was one of the most reasonably priced highly rated hotels in the area. It was safe, clean and quiet. The room was very comfortable. There was a complementary full hot breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff and a clean room. Breakfast is basic but adequate. The big minus is the building - old and tired and the room had a smell of old cigarette smoke, which was not nice. For one night having crossed the Atlantic this hotel served its purpose.

The Fairfield Inn was very nice and well-maintained. The location is a bit off of downtown but an easy ride-share away from attractions. It’s also very close to the light rail system. The only real issue, which was minor, was the climate controls. The hotel halls ran very warm and the in-room system was very sensitive. One degree difference went from blowing AC to dry heat. We would stay hear again.

Check in and stay was okay. Check out was not good as they front desk clerk was unable to give me a receipt for the rooms. 2 nights, there on business and unable (or unwilling) to give a receipt for the room. Forced to track down an acceptable receipt from the Hotels.com site. More work and less acceptability. They charged for parking and didn't tell me until I was checking out. Wouldn't recommend the property to travelers on business trips.

The room and property itself was very clean. The check in for both nights was awful. No service when we arrived the internet was down so we couldnt check in for almost 45 Minutes. Ronnie was our savior and the best he could trying to check us in. Kuddos to ronnie! Thank you Ronnie. Also we wanted stay another night and I was double charged and was asked to change to another room. But again Ronnie helped us again that second night to explain everything, and asured us a refund.

I vow to stay only at Marriott hotels, including Fairfield because of the courageous stand your CEO took against demands to end DEI and the wonderful response of the Marriott employees. I sincerely hope Marriott can resurrect its Management Training program ( personal loss for a family member. Your staff (particularly Ronnie) generously offered time, patience and talent to help me with a cellphone problem. Eternal gratitude for his efforts!!!

This is our main hotel to stay when we visit Phoenix. Beds are comfortable and we appreciate the breakfast. Service has been good in the past, but a bit lacking this year. We tried calling the front desk and housekeeping but nobody answered, so we went down to the front desk and they helped us. Otherwise our stay was great.

This property was in a business district and we were on vacation, so it didn’t vibe with our plans too well. We were just looking for a place for the night on the way to Las Vegas. It was close to an art district, but you still needed a car. We tried walking, but streets were deserted except for a handful of homeless people. I was disappointed.

Great hotel. Very clean, rooms are comfy, staff is very helpful and friendly, breakfast was plentiful with healthy options like oatmeal and yogurt with toppings available and fresh fruit. Light rail station is steps away. Only draw back was the very urban location didn’t feel completely safe at night, although I did pop next door for a burger without any problem. Also, the price fluctuates dramatically, and I was priced out for the last two days of my stay.

Easily the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a buffet breakfast (3-star motel). I have plenty of experience and was pleasantly surprised at the spread. Nothing otherworldly, but by far the best I could ask for compared to competition- excellent scrambled eggs. option for making waffles from a ready batter, toast options including english muffins and bagels, oatmeal, oatmeal toppings, cereals, boiled eggs. fruit.
