Lindo hotel, tranquilo, a 3 km de la actividad febril de la calle, con transfer de cortesía dos veces al día. Está en una playa tranquila familiar, de las más amplias y solitarias. Sin embargo a 1.5 km ya hay otras playas con más movimiento.

Hôtel bien sympathique avec cependant deux bémols L’accès piéton vis avis des commerces se fait par une 4 voies à la thaïlandaise sans trottoir si la marée est haute …pas top top Il existe un escalier donnant sur la plage en cas de marée basse Et secondement nous avions une villa avec piscine privative bien abritée très agréable mais la piscine n’étant pas au soleil un peu fraîche…une remarque d’enfant gâté..je sais

Lovely big rooms and the property’s gardens are beautiful. Right on the beach with a lovely pool overlooking the ocean (although it can get crowded). Restaurant also looks over the ocean and the daily breakfast is great. Gym is very small and needs new equipment. Closest convenience store is a 10 minute walk. Overall lovely property and good value.

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Anlage, die allerdings etwas mehr Instandhaltung benötigt. Alles war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wir hatten eine Zimmer direkt am Meer mit eigenem Pool, die liegen waren ranzig, zum Glück konnte man die Stühle sehr weit nach hinten machen und hatte einen Fußhocker. Der Lack auf den Holzdielen war teilweise abgeblättert. Positiv war das sehr leckere Frühstück und die unkomplizierte Rollermietung. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man nicht im Trubel sein möchte und vor hat einen Roller zu mieten, zu Fuß kommt man dort nicht weg. Alternativ kann man aber auch günstig Taxi fahren.

We choose to leave early from Sarann. This was due to the small pool and poor access to the beach and also it was not possible to walk from the hotel, you had to leave with transportation. The do offer a free shuttle bus in to Chaweng every afternoon. The staff was friendly in general, although when they cleaned the room they took the towels and didn’t leave new ones. Don’t know why. We only spent two nights instead of our planned five as we wanted more from our last days on the island

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Wir hatten eine Zimmer mit Pool und Meersicht. War etwas teuer aber sehr schön. Der Aussenbereich ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber die Zimmer sind sehr gross und waren Sauber. Wir hatten den Zimmerservice an einem Abend genutzt. Das Essen war fantastisch. Einziger Wehmutstropfen. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen abgelegen. Jedoch bieten sie eine Rollervermietung an, welche sehr günstig ist, was dies wieder ausgleicht.

Was welcomed and view from room to overlook pool and sea is very assuring in morning through till night. Spacious room. Think mattress could be a bit softer for more of a comfort sleep. Breakfast was ok as just think it could be a bit better but maybe it was low season. Car parking is restricted to main road so guess it can get mayhem if more cars arrive. Location was good as roughly around 20 mins to airport and main centre mall plus other places. Would stay again for sure

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Für Erholung super da es außerhalb des Trubel liegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Restaurant gut und preiswert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das einzige Manko ist, das es einen sehr kleinen Kühlschrank gibt wo nicht viel rein passt. Sonst aber alles super.

Séjour calme et tranquille pour des amoureux ! Toutefois, très déçus par le repas surprise offert par mon mari. 9 plats à déguster, tous servis en même temps donc froids et mangés en 1 heure car le restaurant fermait ! On n’a pas pu goûter à tout 😡 De plus, rien n’est prévu pour être en bord de mer, 0 kayak, 0 paddle, 0 animation… ne répond que par la négative à nos souhaits. Réveillée à 8h pour le ménage ! Quelques beaux spécimens de cafards le soir sur la terrasse. Quelques belles attentions pour mon anniversaire 👍Bref, je conseille que si vous voulez rester dans votre bulle.

まずとても古いです。 掃除も行き届いてないです コンセントを拝借しようとテレビ裏を見たらホコリだらけで配線が燃えないか心配になるほどでした。 ベッドでダニに刺されまくりました。 お風呂の床の清掃が適当です。 アメニティの補充が一度もなかったです。 プールビィラに泊まらせていただいたのですが、目の前の岩で遊ぶ観光客や、地元民が現れます。 朝食は美味しくない上に品数少ない上にせかせかしていて終了時間前には片付け初めます。 水なども片付け初めて掃除もしだします。 そんな姿を、お客様には見せてはいけないと思います。 その営業スタイルを通すのであれば値段を下げるべきです。 お客様は値段を見てホスピタリティを期待します。 レベルに見合ってないです。 良かった点は、直結で海に行けた事です。

In the beginning of my five day day at at the resort was amazing. As the days went on, I started noticing things that in my opinion brought the value of a four star hotel resort down to about a three star rating. The blinds facing the ocean felt like they were going to fall down if I wanted to raise them up to view the ocean. The lounge chairs with the wooden wheels were broken and screwed so they won’t roll, the breakfast was not really a breakfast seem like leftovers from dinner of the night before the staff was amazing. The bath tub was beautiful, but as I looked more into it, there were cracks on the outside of the bathtub. My overall day was good. I felt it could’ve been better. It seemed like the resort could use some sort of refresh.

So we came here for our honeymoon and at the time we booked it the reviews were quite good! And we got a really good price for 5 nights at the private pool villa. We were greeted with a beautiful honeymoon spread of flowers on our bed, and a full tub with flowers waiting for us. Here are a few of my thoughts after our stay! I think some of the other reviews, specifically the state of the rooms and the breakfast are a little unfair. I cannot speak to other rooms but from ours I understood the comments about it being dated… but I honestly thought it had a rustic charm! Nothing to be bothered about, and our furniture was sturdy enough! The breakfast had a great selection honestly! We stayed in many other hotels in SEA, and this was pretty standard breakfast. They had an espresso machine, and an egg station with someone that could cook your eggs any way you like. Like I said, I can’t speak to the other rooms, but I will say our private pool villa was absolutely worth every penny!!! We used the pool about 2-4 times a day, always refreshing and such a beautiful view of the Samui coast and ocean. It may not technically have a “beach front”, but you walk up like 5 minutes and you have a lovely beach right there. Our room was far away from the road so no sounds bothered us, it was very quiet. So we came here for our honeymoon and at the time we booked it the reviews were quite good! And we got a really good price for 5 nights at the private pool villa. We were greeted with a beautiful honeymoon spread of flowers on our bed, and a full tub with flowers waiting for us. Here are a few of my thoughts after our stay! I think some of the other reviews, specifically the state of the rooms and the breakfast are a little unfair. I cannot speak to other rooms but from ours I understood the comments about it being dated… but I honestly thought it had a rustic charm! Nothing to be bothered about, and our furniture was sturdy enough! The breakfast had a great selection honestly! We stayed in many other hotels in SEA, and this was pretty standard breakfast. They had an espresso machine, and an egg station with someone that could cook your eggs any way you like. Like I said, I can’t speak to the other rooms, but I will say our private pool villa was absolutely worth every penny!!! The noice at night from the road was really loud as well. Hard to sleep. Breakfast: Was ok, but nothing special. No way 4 star. All equipment needs updating to keep food hot. Serving cold French toast and potatoes is just not acceptable.

Booked a sea view villa with private pool. Impressed with the room. Room is spacious, bed is comfy, bath tub was really big. Nice lounging area by the pool. The living room area was in another room which doesn’t have a tv. It was a really nice stay with amazing view of the sea. Remember to keep your food away as the ants are really quick to attack your food in the room! And also you’ll need a car to get to places as the area is not really walkable. Would definite recommend this hotel and would come back again!

We hadden een heel mooie kamer, spijtig genoeg aan de straatkant waar je nauwelijks kan slapen. Het hotel ligt aan een berg. Auto’s en brommers trekken fel op om de berg over te kunnen. De kamers in het midden en aan de zeekant hebben hier iets minder last van. Ook staat de airco recht op het bed gericht waardoor de lucht zelfs in de minste stand hard op je blaast. Zwembad is moeilijk toegankelijk voor iets minder mobiele personen. Geen trapladder aanwezig in het zwembad, wel treden van 50 cm hoog. In de korte omgeving niks te beleven. Je dient een brommer te huren of taxi te nemen.

Could be better, not terrible at all, but there were just quite a lot of minor details that stacked up. Could be a 5 star with enough effort and love put in to it. Certainly not a bad hotel at all, it’s just that it has so much potential to be way better. Our tv and wifi didn’t really work for the whole time, which didn’t bother us as we weren’t in the room long enough for tv & we had an esim for internet on our phones, but was a bit disappointed when checking out that the staff tried to say we damaged the remote controller (which was already like it when we arrived).

Très bon séjour à cet hôtel. Venu en couple j’ai pu faire ma Demande en mariage en privé. L’hôtelier a accepté toutes mes demandes. Personnel très gentil. La vue avec la piscine privée et juste démentielle. Merci à toutes l’équipe. Location de scoot pratique à l’hôtel et ps chère

Séjour calme et tranquille pour des amoureux ! Toutefois, très déçus par le repas surprise offert par mon mari. 9 plats à déguster, tous servis en même temps donc froids et mangés en 1 heure car le restaurant fermait ! On n’a pas pu goûter à tout 😡 De plus, rien n’est prévu pour être en bord de mer, 0 kayak, 0 paddle, 0 animation… ne répond que par la négative à nos souhaits. Réveillée à 8h pour le ménage ! Quelques beaux spécimens de cafards le soir sur la terrasse. Quelques belles attentions pour mon anniversaire 👍Bref, je conseille que si vous voulez rester dans votre bulle.

Lovely big rooms and the property’s gardens are beautiful. Right on the beach with a lovely pool overlooking the ocean (although it can get crowded). Restaurant also looks over the ocean and the daily breakfast is great. Gym is very small and needs new equipment. Closest convenience store is a 10 minute walk. Overall lovely property and good value.

We choose to leave early from Sarann. This was due to the small pool and poor access to the beach and also it was not possible to walk from the hotel, you had to leave with transportation. The do offer a free shuttle bus in to Chaweng every afternoon. The staff was friendly in general, although when they cleaned the room they took the towels and didn’t leave new ones. Don’t know why. We only spent two nights instead of our planned five as we wanted more from our last days on the island

Great little place for the money! Maybe I wouldn’t stay again but that’s personal choice. The noise from the road is a pain! Especially when you want to rest. I’ve given this 5* due to the price and value for money. We are out so can’t comment on the food but again for the cost to include breakfast this a bargain.

Was welcomed and view from room to overlook pool and sea is very assuring in morning through till night. Spacious room. Think mattress could be a bit softer for more of a comfort sleep. Breakfast was ok as just think it could be a bit better but maybe it was low season. Car parking is restricted to main road so guess it can get mayhem if more cars arrive. Location was good as roughly around 20 mins to airport and main centre mall plus other places. Would stay again for sure

Super on adore on revient tout le temps ds cet hôtel situé sur une des plus belle plage de l île et non loin de chaweng en scout ou taxi. Toutes les chambres sont très belles et bien équipées. Les petites choses à améliorer le pt dej la litterie un peu dure, l accès à la plage pour les personnes âgées et la sortie de l hôtel en scooter ou à pied est dangereuse comme malheureusement bc d endroits sur l île ( peut être penser à mettre un miroir en face) Sinon tout était parfait merci pour tout

Nous avons dormi trois nuits à l'hotel the sarann, globalement nous avons été très satisfait la chambre est magnifique et très confortable. Petit bémol le restaurant de l'hôtel où les prix sont exorbitants pour une qualité très moyenne comparé aux restaurants environnant, et le gérant du restaurant est très particulier. En résumé profitez des chambres mais fuyez le restaurant.

まずとても古いです。 掃除も行き届いてないです コンセントを拝借しようとテレビ裏を見たらホコリだらけで配線が燃えないか心配になるほどでした。 ベッドでダニに刺されまくりました。 お風呂の床の清掃が適当です。 アメニティの補充が一度もなかったです。 プールビィラに泊まらせていただいたのですが、目の前の岩で遊ぶ観光客や、地元民が現れます。 朝食は美味しくない上に品数少ない上にせかせかしていて終了時間前には片付け初めます。 水なども片付け初めて掃除もしだします。 そんな姿を、お客様には見せてはいけないと思います。 その営業スタイルを通すのであれば値段を下げるべきです。 お客様は値段を見てホスピタリティを期待します。 レベルに見合ってないです。 良かった点は、直結で海に行けた事です。

Had a beautiful 5 nights in a pool villa overlooking the beach. It was exactly what we expected, so peaceful and private but not too far from restaurants and experiences. Staff were friendly, breakfast was tasty and the room was delightful.

In the beginning of my five day day at at the resort was amazing. As the days went on, I started noticing things that in my opinion brought the value of a four star hotel resort down to about a three star rating. The blinds facing the ocean felt like they were going to fall down if I wanted to raise them up to view the ocean. The lounge chairs with the wooden wheels were broken and screwed so they won’t roll, the breakfast was not really a breakfast seem like leftovers from dinner of the night before the staff was amazing. The bath tub was beautiful, but as I looked more into it, there were cracks on the outside of the bathtub. My overall day was good. I felt it could’ve been better. It seemed like the resort could use some sort of refresh.
