Senti falta de maior variedade de frutas no café da manhã e de um serviço de garçons melhor tanto no café quanto no bar do lobby. O quarto era muito pequeno e o banheiro deixou a desejar com cortinas no box ao invés de blindex. Com cerca precisa de uma reforma. Não se parece com o padrão de outros St Regis que já fiquei. Não voltaria.

It has a good location as it's not too far from some of the main attractions. It's nice to walk around the area amongst all the various embassy's. The staff are very helpful. I do recommend having your translate app handy as only a few are quite proficient in English - this just makes it easier for both of you, The breakfast buffet was excellent - variety, quality and cleanliness. The rooms are so spacious - loved having a large desk and even a soaker tub. The gym was also 24/7 which is fantastic and always clean.

Dit is een fantastisch hotel. Erg comfortabel, behulpzaam personeel, erge mooi gym en spa. Een late chek-out was totaal geen probleem. De concierge regelt vervoer. Dit klinkt redelijk vanzelfsprekend maar idat is het in Beijing niet. Zonder het Chinees machtig te zijn, raak je hier snel verloren.

The room was clean but very dated with furniture showing a lot of wear and tear. The lights in my room went on and off by themselves in the middle of the night to the point where I had to go request to change rooms around 2am. The people in the reception were very helpful though and provided me a new room to sleep in. The location is not particularly interesting.

Great hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Breakfast has a vast selection of food with everything clearly labelled. Neil Wang at the concierge was extremely helpful in helping us find things to do during our stay and organize transportation to and from The Great Wall of China. Highly recommend!

The last time I stayed at the St. Regis Beijing was 19 years ago. The hotel is still in very good shape, although showing its "wear" in places. That being said, service is excellent and offerings plentiful. The location can't be beat and I would still consider it a "grande dame" of Beijing hotels.

Beautiful hotel, the staff was amazing and very kind. The rooms definitely need a little upgrade, meaning the decor looks a little old school and the rooms still have the smell of tobacco lingering. Maybe some air purifiers would help. But the staff was great from the doorman to front desk and so on. The location is good, very safe I’ll tell you that. I’ll def be returning.

Near the Beijing embassy area. Hence very quiet at night. Good for a restful sleep. Not far from Beijing central area like palace. Staff are knowledgeable. Advised us on how to get palace tickets as we did not rebook online and online tickets were sold out on the day we wish to visit. Decent breakfast buffet. Rooms are big. Provide turn-down service and gave us eye masks!
