Great hotel and very friendly helpful staff , great eating facility’s , only downside is the hotel is huge and the pools probably aren’t big enough for the amount of people staying and never spare Lounger in peak season although plenty of seating .

First and last time booking in to a place like this. The bad feelings about this place start as soon as you arrive and try to park in the hotel, only to be told in Spanish, from what we could make out that there was no parking, we had to park outside and go check in. Check-in tell us there are no spaces, and if any come available it was €24 PER NIGHT to park there. So you are left scrambling trying to find somewhere to park. There were just so many people and it's like the place is just not set up for it. Badly designed hotel with too many bottle necks in the dining areas and access areas in and out of the pool areas means you are fighting your way around and through throngs of people. Not enough staff in the bar areas means there are constant long queues, when there is ample space in the bars to accommodate 2, 3 or 4 more staff to make things run smoother. Around the pools is just a warzone with hundreds of people almost sitting on top of each other, the sun loungers are packed in tight rows and the clientele there don't seem to have any concept of personal space and inconvenience to others. We managed to find a quieter area away from the pool which we went to every day, but there was a scramble to get one of the few parasols in the place to shade our kid from the sun. If you don't time it right, and it took us a few days to work it out, the restaurants are chaos. So many people just running around with plates and drinks crashing in to each other, plates piled high.

Hemos pasado 4 dias en pareja con todo incluido, la verdad que por nosotros todo estupendo. Las instalaciones son adecuadas, las piscinas, parque acuático y restaurante estaban a la altura. El servicio de bar muy bien ya que entraba todo, y la animación estuvo divertida cada dia. Por poner un pero, diriamos el check in demasiada gente, y como suele pasar en agosto en hoteles así pues mucho barullo en el bufet y en la piscina… tema hamacas siempre cuesta encontrar algo si vas tarde pero vaya que puedes coger sillas y seguir el dia perfectamente. Hemos pasado unos dias muy bien, como experiencia positiva. Pero a los que no les gusten las aglomeraciones…mejor evitarlo.

Großes Hotel mit entsprechend vielen Menschen. Wir fanden das Essen gut. Es entsprach 3 Sterne all you can eat Spanien. Leider viel zu voll und viel zu laut. Zimmer war toll. Sauber mit Kühlschrank. Gute Betten. Tolles wlan auf der ganzen Hotelanlage. Nah zum Strand. Hochsaison. Kaum Parkplätze. Ca 1,5 km entfernt kann man kostenlos parken. War für uns kein Problem. Schade, dass wir zum koffer be-und entladen nicht vors Hotel fahren durften.

Chambre spacieuse avec une décoration agréable. Nous n’y avons séjourné qu’une nuit, mais l’hôtel propose de nombreuses activités pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. La grande piscine extérieure est un vrai plus. Le parking situé à proximité est pratique (6 € pour 24 h). En revanche, la piscine intérieure est décevante : l’accès est payant (4 € de l’heure par personne), nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes avant de pouvoir entrer, et l’ambiance était très bruyante avec beaucoup d’enfants. L’endroit est sombre et peu agréable, surtout compte tenu du tarif. Le petit déjeuner, quant à lui, est complet et propose un large choix, avec une qualité correcte

Hotel bien pour les familles ,sauf qu il est trop rempli si on le buffet est tres bien ,l animation bien ,les tobogan pour les enfant, les piscines il ya trop de monde ,jamais de place sur les transat,la chambre correcte, le personnel très gentil malgrés très débordé,bon plan qualité prix,les lits sont pas très confortable,situation géographique parfaite,proche de tout un grand atout ,attention parking non gratuit à l hôtel, garer vous ailleurs

Overall We had a good stay - good clean rooms and shower serviced daily - we enjoyed the terrace restaurant as the main one was too busy - also only one all inclusive/ snack bar meant long queues but snacks were good when we got them Swimming pools good but sun beds very close together and no parasols or tables in the main pool for drinks etc Check in was very busy but nice staff who were bi lingual and very helpful Hotel in good location Kids loved the slides but could not join in with animation as predominantly Spanish was spoken Overall we had a good stay and would return again with kids but not as a couple as it was too crowded Thanks

Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold. I had suckling pig pieces which were either very fatty or so hard you could not bite it. Some of the cutlery was dirty. We were dissapointed. When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined the incorrect times so we would be aware. The last morning i could see silverfish running across the sheets on my bed. I dont feel hygiene is important enough there.

El hotel en general está muy bien para familias con niños, la comida es muy variada y bastante buena, la limpieza de las habitaciones regular, cambian las sábanas y las toallas pero no limpian bien el suelo de la habitación, el parking es una locura por los alrededores no hay donde aparcar y el parking del alojamiento siempre está lleno, en mi opinión la instalación no es lo suficientemente grande para tantos huéspedes se dificulta el baño en la piscina y poder sentarse en las terrazas, pero en general nos ha gustado la estancia y sobre todo los niños se lo han pasado genial

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Jaime 1 for 7 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found the reception staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming. The staff showed indifference when our wristbands didn't work at first, offering no apology. The hotel was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. The dining experience was particularly disappointing, with unclean areas and chaotic with too many people at once and no proper queue system. Always dirty chairs and tables no matter where we sat down. Both my partner and I suffered from diarrhea and vomiting during our stay from day 2-5, which we believe was due to the food at the hotel. This led us to dine out despite having an all-inclusive package. The pools were overcrowded and littered with trash and snack wrappers. Our room had hard beds, and while housekeeping visited daily, they only provided new towels and made the bed without changing the sheets. On a positive note, the Coco Bar for all-inclusive drinks had efficient staff and served good drinks. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

J'ai séjourné 1 semaine dans cette hôtel, la propreté de la chambre laisse à desirer, le menage n'avait pas été fait à mon arrivée er ni pendant le séjour. La femme de ménage se contentait de faire les lits, de changer les serviettes et et de balayer juste ce qui ce voit. Nourriture abondante mais pas de bonne qualité. Beaucoup de monde dans les piscines et énormément bruyant si vous chercher le calme sur votre transat à fuire par contre le cadre est magnifique. J'ai mis 52 min pour trouver une place pour se garer dans un parking payant à 15min de l'hôtel. Nous avons de meilleurs hotels et prestations en France à ce prix.

The splash pads and playground are great for the children and the loungers by the playground were comfortable and shaded. The room was ok and bed was comfortable. However the door had been put through at one time and not fixed properly. The bathroom was very dated and basic and water went from freezing cold to scalding hot continuously as I took a shower. If you aren't staying up for the entertainment you won't sleep without ear plugs. Then breakfast - food and choice was ok but the tables and plastic chairs were just like a school canteen or hostel rather than a hotel. You had to get your own cutlery, napkins etc and set the table yourself before eating. I do not recommend

Clean modern rooms and great value for money. Pool area was good with lots to do yet very noisy and busy. Reception areas were very dated yet functional. Good location for the beach, restaurants and able to walk to Port Aventura.

Las instalaciones buenas pero la atención un poco deficiente y la comida deficiente total poca variedad siempre repiten lo mismo así que por las instalaciones en lo que se refiere a piscinas y habitaciones espectaculares pero sin aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes y sin wifi en las habitaciones muy mal mi satisfacción poco recomendable

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Familienzimmer war sehr groß und modern bzw. relativ neu ausgestattet. Dafür war das Badezimmer schon alt und passt nicht ganz zum Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Promenade und am Strand. Parkplätze sind gar nicht vorhanden. Einheimische parken und halten die Parkplätze für andere frei. Das Frühstück war an allen Tagen gleich und langweilig. Poollandschaft war gut und optimal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Was ich gar nicht gut fand, ein Gast hat in aller Öffentlichkeit, neben Familien, Marihuana geraucht und das wurde vom Hotel toleriert. Habe persönlich nachgefragt ob das erlaubt ist, Antwort „yes, that’s ok”. Sorry, das ist ganz und gar nicht ok!

La chambre dans laquelle nous étions à bénéficier d’une rénovation récente. Très confortable de ce côté-là. En revanche, on voit que l’hôtel a quand même bien vécu ! Le jour où nous étions, le parking était fermé, nous sommes allés au parking, payant à côté de l’hôtel… Pour 28 € même pas 24h. En revanche, l’hôtel n’est absolument pas fait pour les familles qui recherchent une nuit au calme… Il n’y a quasiment que des groupes de jeunes qui vont en boîte, et qui a 3h du matin, font beaucoup de bruit… à la réception, personne ne semble se soucier de ce problème là ! Nous nous avons payé une nuit pour mal dormir !

Hemos repetido por segundo año, y sin ninguna duda volveré a repetir, a los niños les encanta, la@s animadoras/es increíbles, tanto con adultos como con mayores! Sois los mejores!!! Mi única queja es una señora de pelo corto rubio que se encuentra a la entrada de los bufet, una desagradable! Con el resto de equipo del hotel da gusto, pero desde luego esta señora deja mucho que desear.

Personnel pas agréable au réception , le meilleur c’est juste le Gardien Black qui a commencé il y a deux jours je pense . Le parking n’importe quoi , tu veux réserver mais faut attendre à 20h pour réservé une place et encore si y’a une place . La ruelle toujours blinder donc pas de place pour ce garer , j’ai dû garer ma voiture à 10 minute de la on sachant que j’avais un bébé , 1 enfant de 4 ans et des bagages donc expérience horrible je reviendrai plus à cette hôtel . Je met jamais des avis négatif mais là vraiment je suis obliger de le mettre car tu paie une blinde pour te retrouve dans les galère pas possible . Bref cliente pas satisfaite

Hotel con grandes instalaciones y divertidas para los peques, el check in terrible, no puedes acceder hasta las 15:00 con niños es un problema, lo del parking es ya de traca muy pocas plazas y no puedes acceder para dejar las maletas (da igual hacer el checkin online tardarás lo mismo). Es tan grande el hotel que es imposible bañarse tranquilo, peleas varias vivimos entre gentes) El todo incluido no sirve de mucho ya que las colas son terribles, el personal no es su punto fuerte parecen que están hartos y así lo trasmiten (no todos los casos, Monse de limpieza y patricia del restaurante geniales muy atentad en todo y agradables ), la recepción lentísima, el bufet no está mal aunq poca variedad, la comida mejor que en otros que probé. No sé si todo esto es debido a falta de personal para no tirar del todo incluido o para ahorrar en beneficios, pero para mí el resumen es que no volveré, aún a pesar de que las instalaciones para los peque son brutales. Hotel masificado y con mucho por mejorar, aunque entiendo que es muy difícil que todo esté bien en un hotel tan saturado.

Hemos pasado 4 dias en pareja con todo incluido, la verdad que por nosotros todo estupendo. Las instalaciones son adecuadas, las piscinas, parque acuático y restaurante estaban a la altura. El servicio de bar muy bien ya que entraba todo, y la animación estuvo divertida cada dia. Por poner un pero, diriamos el check in demasiada gente, y como suele pasar en agosto en hoteles así pues mucho barullo en el bufet y en la piscina… tema hamacas siempre cuesta encontrar algo si vas tarde pero vaya que puedes coger sillas y seguir el dia perfectamente. Hemos pasado unos dias muy bien, como experiencia positiva. Pero a los que no les gusten las aglomeraciones…mejor evitarlo.

Overall We had a good stay - good clean rooms and shower serviced daily - we enjoyed the terrace restaurant as the main one was too busy - also only one all inclusive/ snack bar meant long queues but snacks were good when we got them Swimming pools good but sun beds very close together and no parasols or tables in the main pool for drinks etc Check in was very busy but nice staff who were bi lingual and very helpful Hotel in good location Kids loved the slides but could not join in with animation as predominantly Spanish was spoken Overall we had a good stay and would return again with kids but not as a couple as it was too crowded Thanks

Our stay at the J'aime hotel was wonderful, we had a great stay. My kids loved it. I would like to thank suzanne from the reception for the welcome which was exceptional she welcomed us very well despite our late arrival and served us food while the restaurant was closed and also the animation team which was great

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Jaime 1 for 7 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found the reception staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming. The staff showed indifference when our wristbands didn't work at first, offering no apology. The hotel was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. The dining experience was particularly disappointing, with unclean areas and chaotic with too many people at once and no proper queue system. Always dirty chairs and tables no matter where we sat down. Both my partner and I suffered from diarrhea and vomiting during our stay from day 2-5, which we believe was due to the food at the hotel. This led us to dine out despite having an all-inclusive package. The pools were overcrowded and littered with trash and snack wrappers. Our room had hard beds, and while housekeeping visited daily, they only provided new towels and made the bed without changing the sheets. On a positive note, the Coco Bar for all-inclusive drinks had efficient staff and served good drinks. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle , ereignisreiche Woche. Animation für die Kids jeden Tag, vormittags sowie Abends und danach gab es Animation für alle. Pools sauber ,jedoch für so viele Gäste war es an einigen Tagen Recht voll. Das Meer ist ein Katzensprung entfernt. All in war alles dabei... Getränke sowie essen in 3 verschiedenen Restaurants. Essen war öfters das gleiche hat aber geschmeckt, aber das ist meckern auf hohen Niveau. Was wir aber bemängeln: Der Parkplatz kostet pro Nacht 22 euro. Dabei bekommt man nicht zu 100% einen Parkplatz. Neben dem Hotel ist eine Garage die kostet pro 24h 30 euro. Wenn man Glück hat bekommt man in der Straße einen Parkplatz umsonst.Ansonaten ist es erstmal nervig. Trotzdem alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub den wir nur weiter empfehlen können

Großes Hotel mit entsprechend vielen Menschen. Wir fanden das Essen gut. Es entsprach 3 Sterne all you can eat Spanien. Leider viel zu voll und viel zu laut. Zimmer war toll. Sauber mit Kühlschrank. Gute Betten. Tolles wlan auf der ganzen Hotelanlage. Nah zum Strand. Hochsaison. Kaum Parkplätze. Ca 1,5 km entfernt kann man kostenlos parken. War für uns kein Problem. Schade, dass wir zum koffer be-und entladen nicht vors Hotel fahren durften.

As this was the cheapest hotel available for my stay in Salou, I wasn't expecting much. However I was pleasantly surprised on almost all bases! The hotel is in a great location, just 2 mins walk from the main drag, and 5 mins walk from the beach. The rooms are recently refurbed and are in a great condition, especially for the little I feel I paid for them. The food was perfect for us, we travelled as two adults and two children aged 2 and 3. The kids had plenty they could pick from and us adults were not spoilt for choice. It's not Michelin star standard, but it's also exactly what you expect from a buffet at a 3 star hotel. The two pools outside were great, and the play facilities in the splash park, slides and outdoor play equipment was amazing. I genuinely feel this was a steal at £90 for two nights half board and I will look to bring the family back again soon!

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt, unser Familienzimmer war sehr groß und modern bzw. relativ neu ausgestattet. Dafür war das Badezimmer schon alt und passt nicht ganz zum Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Promenade und am Strand. Parkplätze sind gar nicht vorhanden. Einheimische parken und halten die Parkplätze für andere frei. Das Frühstück war an allen Tagen gleich und langweilig. Poollandschaft war gut und optimal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Was ich gar nicht gut fand, ein Gast hat in aller Öffentlichkeit, neben Familien, Marihuana geraucht und das wurde vom Hotel toleriert. Habe persönlich nachgefragt ob das erlaubt ist, Antwort „yes, that’s ok”. Sorry, das ist ganz und gar nicht ok!

Breakfast was ok but food was cold, other meals offered were overcooked / undercooked even freshly cooked meats and fish were left to go cold. I had suckling pig pieces which were either very fatty or so hard you could not bite it. Some of the cutlery was dirty. We were dissapointed. When we arrived we were given a timetable for meals which was incorrect and the receptionist even underlined the incorrect times so we would be aware. The last morning i could see silverfish running across the sheets on my bed. I dont feel hygiene is important enough there.

Hemos pasado 4 dias en pareja con todo incluido, la verdad que por nosotros todo estupendo. Las instalaciones son adecuadas, las piscinas, parque acuático y restaurante estaban a la altura. El servicio de bar muy bien ya que entraba todo, y la animación estuvo divertida cada dia. Por poner un pero, diriamos el check in demasiada gente, y como suele pasar en agosto en hoteles así pues mucho barullo en el bufet y en la piscina… tema hamacas siempre cuesta encontrar algo si vas tarde pero vaya que puedes coger sillas y seguir el dia perfectamente. Hemos pasado unos dias muy bien, como experiencia positiva. Pero a los que no les gusten las aglomeraciones…mejor evitarlo.

Hotel bien pour les familles ,sauf qu il est trop rempli si on le buffet est tres bien ,l animation bien ,les tobogan pour les enfant, les piscines il ya trop de monde ,jamais de place sur les transat,la chambre correcte, le personnel très gentil malgrés très débordé,bon plan qualité prix,les lits sont pas très confortable,situation géographique parfaite,proche de tout un grand atout ,attention parking non gratuit à l hôtel, garer vous ailleurs

Overall We had a good stay - good clean rooms and shower serviced daily - we enjoyed the terrace restaurant as the main one was too busy - also only one all inclusive/ snack bar meant long queues but snacks were good when we got them Swimming pools good but sun beds very close together and no parasols or tables in the main pool for drinks etc Check in was very busy but nice staff who were bi lingual and very helpful Hotel in good location Kids loved the slides but could not join in with animation as predominantly Spanish was spoken Overall we had a good stay and would return again with kids but not as a couple as it was too crowded Thanks

My boyfriend and I stayed at Hotel Jaime 1 for 7 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we found the reception staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming. The staff showed indifference when our wristbands didn't work at first, offering no apology. The hotel was extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the facilities. The dining experience was particularly disappointing, with unclean areas and chaotic with too many people at once and no proper queue system. Always dirty chairs and tables no matter where we sat down. Both my partner and I suffered from diarrhea and vomiting during our stay from day 2-5, which we believe was due to the food at the hotel. This led us to dine out despite having an all-inclusive package. The pools were overcrowded and littered with trash and snack wrappers. Our room had hard beds, and while housekeeping visited daily, they only provided new towels and made the bed without changing the sheets. On a positive note, the Coco Bar for all-inclusive drinks had efficient staff and served good drinks. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Great location - lovely pool areas to suit all ages- added bonus of slides and nice splash area for toddlers. Hotel is mainly Spanish clientele. Lots of choice in the food hall- reception staff helpful - big shout out to Hector who was very accommodating. Always managed to get a subbed although came down to pool area around noon each day
