Great quality room, air conditioning effective but quite so easy to sleep with. Multiple pools where there was always space and great selection of food

Great location for the theme park, lovely relaxing pool for the hot afternoons albeit with quite strict rules, buffet breakfast and dinner were both great with good amount of choice. Luggage storage was €5 for a locker big enough for a large suitcase all day.

Nous avons eu une belle chambre bien insonorisée juste à côté du parc. Le petit déjeuner est bon et variée. Seul bémol, la piscine, je ne vois rien sans mes lunettes et on n'a pas le droit de porter des lunettes.

I would say, if you are going as a family STAY AWAY They dont have not even a kettle in the room , if you have to warm some milk for a bottle, well good luck. Be aware, they charge for everything! they create issues to sell the solution. No water? well there is a machine that sell bottles for 4 euro (300ml) Simply the ONLY place i have been that you cannot wear sunglasses on the pool, unless ofc you buy the over expensive glasses cord for 15 Euro. Full board is outright scam, you don't have any restaurant open during the afternoon for lunch. only dinner and breakfast. For 2 adults and 1 toddler, they chaged 70Euro, for poor generic food. The buffet it self i felt i was on a supermarket when covid pandemic hit. everyone just stacking up food. Pool sits, if you want to get any sits, well wake up 7am and put a towel on any sits as seem its not controlled and everyone just go there and put a towel. Your room, has a 50euro fridge that bearly cools water. so good luck buying food. Not gonna even get to the park, you guys check trust pilot instead expedia reviews.

Location is great. Staff was friendly the 1 hour of early access was great for the kids. There are not a lot of dining options later in the evening at the property, and only one restaurant in the park that accommodates later dining. Also the gym is in bad shape, a lot of the weight machines are broken and the floor had water damage bucking the floor. The sauna and steam work do not work at all and are not completed yet. The rooms were comfortable and clean and location was our main reason for the stay :)

The hotel is lovely, however, the pool is very strict to say it’s a child friendly theme park hotel. You are almost told ‘NO FUN’ it’s very relaxing though and tranquil so I understand why they have done this but I didn’t expect it from a child oriented place, such as a theme park hotel. The hotel also have a scheme where you collect points to stay in hotel but the pints card didn’t work for the full first day!! The theme park was great, but you need to buy fast pass, if not you have 3 hour waits for rides. Staff are rude, don’t expect the English/American customer service, the staff bark orders and are often rude for no reason! Also unfortunately the Spanish/French customers we dealt with seemed to have an issue with queuing! It’s very frustrating after 2.5 hours to have big groups push in front (happened very often). Fast track is expensive but it’s NEEDED.

Vi hadde en helt fantastisk opphold på Port Aventura! Og drar gjerne tilbake. Bassengområdene er store og det var aldri problem å få solsenger. Flere livreddere som dekte over hele området. Var på forhånd redd for at det skulle bli mye bråk rundt bassenget da dette jo et et sted for barn - men det var det ikke. Vi storkoste oss! Fint og rent overalt, og gartnerne gjør en virkelig bra jobb! God frokostbufeet med mye godt for liten og stor. Vi spiste på en italiensk restaurant som lå rett bak resepsjonen siste dagen, og den var ikke så bra, God service, men dårlig(og lite) mat. Vi prøvde ikke middagsbufeeten. Rommet var stort, rent og i god stand. Likte også at det var kjøleskap på rommet! Veldig gode senger! Port Aventura parken er Stor og fin å gå rundt i. Vi var innom to ganger i løpet av oppholdet. De har avslutningsshow med fyrverkeri hver kveld. Men den ferrariparken var skuffende liten og det var ikke så mye å gjøre der. Passet ikke for min datter på 15(selv om hun er interessert i bil!) Vi var ferdig i parken på ca 1 time. Deilig med parkering på nedsiden av hotellet. Vakthold for å komme inn på området. På vei inn måtte vi åpne bagasjerommet og vise koffertene(?) og ett er det viste vi kun adgangskortet på vei inn. De stilte noen ganger kontrollspørsmål om romnr etc. Så vi følte oss trygge inne på området.

It is a very nice hotel with beautiful Mediterranean architecture. In a great location with direct access to the parks and shops. However, other than the room don’t expect any additional services! No room service, no water bottles, no coffee\tea maker, no help with your luggage, no pool towels… you’ll need to do everything yourself and pay for it!

Pas explication sur le programme de fidélité lors des achats dans le parc et restaurant Les piscines sont très froide et il n’y a pas d’animation dans hôtel sauf un spectacle pour enfant Il faudrait avoir des spectacles ou même juste de la musique le soir

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. It is dirty and there is a bad smell in the rooms and corridors. The ac did not work in our room and there were ants everywhere. In addition, there was a strong smell. We were given another room in which the ac worked but there was a strong smell of cigarette. Not a 4 star hotel. The staff at the reception was really nice and helpful and changed our room quickly.

Room very tired and dirty in areas. Black mould in bedroom. Dirt and dust clogging bathroom fan. Mould and mildew around bath. Dirty grout. Staff at reception unfriendly. Positive is the location for access to park...for this it's perfect but definitely not a 4 star hotel

Hotel is OK, wel erg "smerig" als je beter kijkt. Airconditioning onder het stof en spinnerag in de kamer, in hoeken en kieren vies, onder het bed, badkuip en niet te vergeten de verschrikkelijke vochtige (grondwater) lucht. Het eten in de avond is een regelrechte ramp met hele lange rijen. Teveel mensen voor de capaciteit! Dit is trouwens in het park niet veel anders! We kwamen hier voor de 5e keer, maar het lijkt per jaar slechter te worden. En als je een vraag of klacht hierover hebt krijg je een standaard email terug. Voor ons voorlopig niet meer! Is geen 4 sterren meer waard!

Schimmel an der Decke und tropfendes Wasser aus dem Feuermelder. Das Zimmer war sehr schlecht gereinigt. Leider nicht mehr so empfehlenswert wie früher....

Habitacion, camas y lavabo muy amplios y limpios. Habitación silenciosa y al lado de la piscona.

In general the hotel was good. BUT nothing special. Very limited in places to eat & drink.Also very noisy. Children running up & down corridors late at night (however this isn’t the hotels fault more poor parenting) & then cleaners dragging chairs in other rooms early in morning when cleaning. We also had LOTS of ants in our room and on bed. We did complain but nothing was really done about it. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Hôtel au plus proche de l’entrée du parc. Chambre de taille standard disposant d’un petit balcon. Bonne literie dommage de dimension réduite. Pas de plateau d’accueil. Murs minces. Chambre très éloignée de l’accueil et du restaurant, un peu pénible. Ménage superficiel, nous avons retrouvé un gobelet rempli de vieux mégots sur le balcon. Chambre avec poussière dans les recoins. Ne passe pas l’aspirateur dans les couloirs. Papiers au sol, ainsi qu’insectes morts. Manque parfois de serviettes, de tapis pour sortir de la douce et papier toilette donné avec parcimonie. Seuls points positifs, personnel aimable et excellente restauration, très variée. Nouveautés tous les jours

El personal muy correcto en todo momento. Las habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias, concretamente el inodoro, tenía restos. Las sabanas y cortinas, también tenían manchas aunque estaban recien sacadas de lavandería. Deberían pensar en renovar el menaje, ya que imagino, que tantos usos se traducen en deterioros. El desayuno muy bueno. La comida del parque es bastante cara y tiene una calidad regular. Las aperturas de Ferrari land, se han restringido en relación a otros años... Personalmente creo que Port Aventura es un referente en relación a los parques temáticos que tenemos en el territorio nacional. Pero tienen que mejorar en varios aspectos.

La limpieza debería de mejorar, al igual que olores. Había polvo, araña y algún bicho. Cojines y colcha sucias.

Séjour de deux jours passés au parc. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout se fait à pied. possibilité de rentrer à n’importe quelle heure de faire un petit tour à la piscine et de repartir. Très grande chambre ainsi que la salle de bain. ((Un peu brullante quand on allume avec la ventilation.)) Nous avions une chambre qui donnait côté piscine…. dommage avec des grilles aux fenêtres La chambre était très propre. Les couloirs sont un peu vétuste Nous avions la pension complète pratique pour manger dans le parc à midi avec l’application et le QR code. Petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix ainsi que le repas du soir, dans une grande salle à manger, un peu bruyante, vue la foule qui s’y trouve. Très beau séjour sous le soleil

The hotel is very convenient for those who want to enjoy the adjacent port aventura park (this park is simply world class). The gardens around the property are meticulously maintained and the hotel looks fancy on the exterior. With regards to the room we had some issues: AC is not too powerful (it won’t go below 21C); our room smelled like damp and we had mold in the bathroom’s ceiling. We also ran out of toilet paper, called reception to ask for a replenish and nobody came over. Had to use a public washroom near reception. Food options around are good. In general my family and myself had a good time at the hotel but don’t have very big expectations. Thank you,

The bath has no plugs, confirmed at reception no plug in any room so you cannot take a bath. Rooms are a little tired as are corridors but bed was comfortable enough. Proximity to the theme park entrance is good. Breakfast was good.

Having stayed in many Theme Park hotels, I think PA is quite poor in comparison. The rooms are functional and boring and they are very mean with the number of towels you are given! Breakfast was annoying - I do not want to book a slot in advance and know I only have 40 minutes to eat. Comfy beds though and great access to the park.

Great place to stay when visiting PortAventura as it’s directly adjoined to the park. Rooms are comfy and clean, they could do with a bit of updating and repair in places but nothing to be of concern. Pool is amazing and loved by the kids to cool off.

Staying at this hotel is great from a convenience perspective. We had a bit of trouble getting to the hotel when we first arrived - because it is inside the park, and we walked from the train station, we couldn’t figure out how to get to the hotel without tickets. I ended up having to stand in line for half an hour at Customer Service to get someone to let us into the park to get to the hotel. We definitely weren’t the only ones in this situation. The rooms aren’t ready until 3pm, and we were a bit early so once we were checked in they suggested that we put our bags in their luggage lockers ($) so we could go into the park. When we got to the luggage lockers however, there were none left so we couldn’t use the park until our room was ready. When we finally got to the room I was surprised to see 2 double beds and a window seat with a bare mattress instead of the 1 king & 2 twins I had booked on Expedia. Not sure if that window seat was meant to be a bed but there was no bedding for it. We were so tired from all the stress leading up to that moment that we just kept the room and didn’t talk to reception about it. HOWEVER, from that point on the experience was great. The rooms were clean and the location is amazing. Hot tip: the a/c is only on when there is a card in the slot so we used a random card from my wallet to keep it on while we were in the park (since our room keys are also park keys (so they needed to stay with us)).

Pro: Great location if you want to visit Portaventura or Salou. Great swimming pool. Cons: *Alot of mosquitoes, it is harder to sleep with the mosquitoes. *It is very busy al over the place. *Long queues every day everywhere. Long queues at dining, amusement parks, to grap lunches, aquaparc etc. *Wifi is slow * Small beds for 2 persons

I booked a room on hotels.com and made sure i booked a double room with x 2 king beds. When at the property the woman said it wasn't guaranteed? Why is that when i specifically booked for the reason of x 2 king beds. She was giving us a king bed and pop up bed for my 14 year old. Not good enough, so i spoke with manager why gave me what i booked originally. Once in the room, the air conditioning did not work as room at 28°, got moved but room was worse as there was a sewage smell. I complained again and nothing was done about it.

Personnel au top, accès direct au parc mais pas de clim ds l hôtel mis apart les chambres et la réception. La chambre type famille pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant 1 bb est assez petite et très bruyante surtout pour les chambres communicantes. Sinon tout le reste était top

The hotel is ok, the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was spacious, and the hotel is just next to the main entrance of the park. The pools and common areas are quite small for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room: water started dropping from the ceiling (probably related to the air conditioning), and nothing was done even calling or going to the reception several times. The maintenance personnel promised never came, and at the reception, they told us that they could not change the room until the supervisor arrived. It took several hours to get new rooms, and we had to insist a lot. In my opinion, it was very unprofessional and not client friendly.

Estivemos por 3 dias no inicio de Agosto. O hotel é perfeitamente localizado, muito proximo aos parques, os quartos sao básicos, confortaveis e limpos, mas o suficiente para os dias de parque, onde se utiliza o quarto basicamente para dormir. Já o atendimento é bem ruim, muitas filas para tudo, checkin e restaurantes, acredito nao estarem preparados para o quantidade de pessoas na alta temporada. No checkin, apesar de ter contratado a tarifa apenas com cafe da manha, fui informado que o jantar estava incluido, ainda perguntei se a atendente tinha certeza e ela disse que sim, porém ao final do primeiro jantar, fui cobrado em seu valor total, e mesmo dizendo que a recepcao havia me informado que estava incluido, tive que pagar. Logo depois, me dirigi à decepcao, para solicitar o reembolso desse valor, mas a atendente, de forma arrogante e com descaso, me informou que haviam me informado errado e que nao poderia fazer nada, e mesmo eu insistindo no meu pedido de reembolso, ela falou que o problema era meu, pois eu que havia contratado apenas a tarifa com cafe da manha. No dia seguinte, me dirigi novamente a recepcao, para falar diretamente com a gerencia, que desta vez, foi mais flexivel e nos ofereceu um jantar sem custos, o que foi aceito por nós. A impressao é que alguns funcionarios sao mal treinados para determinadas situacoes, e de uma forma geral, o hotel nao esta preparado para receber tanta gente na alta temporada, como ja dito anteriormente.

El check in online no funcionaba y después de hacer una cola interminable, la persona de recepción fue muy agradable, pero excesivamente lenta y no nos proporcionó ningún tipo de información. Después de esperar el mensaje de disponibilidad de habitaciones, tuvimos que volver a llamar por la tarde porque no recibimos ningún mensaje. Y al volver al hotel, de nuevo hacer cola para que nos activarán las tarjetas de entrada a las habitaciones.

Hotel looks lovely on first appearances, the Mediterranean style and feel is very nicely done, however, its very tired and the service we experienced was nothing but awful. We were merely asking for a table to eat in the pool area restaurant to be shouted at by the host because we hadn't booked and therefore couldn't book? Very strange! Her attitude was appalling the way she spoke to us with no respect whatsover! We had to settle for the buffet restaurant in the main hotel area but this was carnage, had to pay set price per person for the food which was cold, bland and full of rude people pushing in with no regard. Trying to get a drink took an age, by which point was all I wanted. Hotel room was stinky and felt unhygenic. Could do with an overhaul to bring it back to a higer standard which I am sure at one time it would have been. Although convenient for the park entrance I would rather have stayed in a more decent hotel down the road.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant sur hotel.com avec mail de confirmation a l'appui sauf que si vous ne passer pas par portavantura directement il vous donne une chambre de 2 seulement et il faut au montant total de la réservation rajouter 600e sinon vous n'aurez accès a rien (ni nourriture ni acces aux parc pour l'enfant) et le ponpon c'est que hotel.com ne sera pas du tout la pour vous aider car il sont injoingnable en cas de probleme et donne carement raison a l'hotel portavantura ce que je trouve déplorable et honteux pour un client vip comme moi. Nous avons du changer 4 fois de chambre car le menage n'était pas du tout fait dans la 1ere et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans les 2 autres elle indique 20° alors que nous étions a 29°dans la chambre ce qui est horrible pour dormir a 3 dans 1 lit 2 places avec 40°dehors. Apres une journée et 1 nuit de misere et de multiples désagrément et réclamation la directrice de l'hotel nous a enfin débloquer l'acces aux parc et la nourriture mais a surtout reconnu que nous avions bien réservé pour 3 personnes et non 2 comme nous la indiqué le site Pour le petit dej et le dîner préparez vous a des queus de minimum 30min sous la chaleur pour pouvoir avoir une table. Les lunettes de soleil sont interdite a la piscine a croire que nous ne somme pas en vacances au soleil. C'etait ma dernière fois dans cette hotel ou le seul avantage est d'avoir acces directement aux divres parcs d'attractions sans faire la queu.

La atención del personal de recepción excepcional (incluso pudimos entrar 3 horas antes en la habitación). La habitación estupenda, limpia y las camas y cojines cómodos. Una maravilla no oír ruidos por la mañana. Los 2 restaurantes buffet, muy buenos. Variedad, buena presentación y buen servicio. Encantados, repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Picked the park to be near the theme park. It was so easy to nip in and out. Park tickets included in price on Day of arrival and departure. Breakfast option was choose a 40min slots and ran like clockwork. Very impressed.

The hotel and grounds are beautifully laid out with gorgeous plants and landscaping, so if you didn't feel like doing anything else, lounging by either of the pools was a treat. The rooms were generously sized and came with a small fridge and very comfortable beds. The only thing that my wife and I felt could be an improvement would be a kettle or coffee/tea-making facility. Our breakfast wasn't until 10 am (you have to set a time slot) so waiting until then for a cuppa was sometimes frustrating. But that's a REALLY minor niggle! Our 16 year old son and his friends all made the most of the extensive 1/2 board buffets which included paella, sushi, steaks, fresh salmon and plenty of other amazing food to keep everyone well fed. Access to the park is straight past the Buffet Del Port restaurant, and you use your room key for entry – so don't forget or lose it. The park is open until 11 pm, with rides closing at 10.30 pm to allow for the evening parade and fireworks. The queues at night are much shorter and the park is beautifully illuminated, so you get more of an atmospheric experience. The walk into Salou takes 20 mins. If you go to the beach, turn right and head away from the crowds. Alternatively, turn left and find the coastal walkway. Keep a look for the big colourful Salou letters! Overall, this is a great family-friendly hotel and my wife and I would definitely return.

Very helpful staff, lovely rooms with balcony & big bathroom. Small fridge in room kept drinks very cold. Both pools were very nice. Small cafe bar in hotel square served snacks & drinks, quite expensive but as is the whole of Portaventura. Short walk in to Salou from the hotel for supermarket & bars. Very large selection for breakfast. We found the general atmosphere of the hotel very good & easy access to pop in & out of the park. Only downside is the hotel is a bit of a maze! Cant wait to visit again

Simplemente genial el hotel a un paso de parque y las instalaciones perfectas para relajarte despues de un dia intenso, la comida de muy buena calidad, el personal del hotel muy amable, el unico pero seria la lentitud en traerte la bebida en el bufet, pero todo lo demas muy bien para repetir.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant sur hotel.com avec mail de confirmation a l'appui sauf que si vous ne passer pas par portavantura directement il vous donne une chambre de 2 seulement et il faut au montant total de la réservation rajouter 600e sinon vous n'aurez accès a rien (ni nourriture ni acces aux parc pour l'enfant) et le ponpon c'est que hotel.com ne sera pas du tout la pour vous aider car il sont injoingnable en cas de probleme et donne carement raison a l'hotel portavantura ce que je trouve déplorable et honteux pour un client vip comme moi. Nous avons du changer 4 fois de chambre car le menage n'était pas du tout fait dans la 1ere et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans les 2 autres elle indique 20° alors que nous étions a 29°dans la chambre ce qui est horrible pour dormir a 3 dans 1 lit 2 places avec 40°dehors. Apres une journée et 1 nuit de misere et de multiples désagrément et réclamation la directrice de l'hotel nous a enfin débloquer l'acces aux parc et la nourriture mais a surtout reconnu que nous avions bien réservé pour 3 personnes et non 2 comme nous la indiqué le site Pour le petit dej et le dîner préparez vous a des queus de minimum 30min sous la chaleur pour pouvoir avoir une table. Les lunettes de soleil sont interdite a la piscine a croire que nous ne somme pas en vacances au soleil. C'etait ma dernière fois dans cette hotel ou le seul avantage est d'avoir acces directement aux divres parcs d'attractions sans faire la queu.

Location is great. Staff was friendly the 1 hour of early access was great for the kids. There are not a lot of dining options later in the evening at the property, and only one restaurant in the park that accommodates later dining. Also the gym is in bad shape, a lot of the weight machines are broken and the floor had water damage bucking the floor. The sauna and steam work do not work at all and are not completed yet. The rooms were comfortable and clean and location was our main reason for the stay :)

Hôtel au plus proche de l’entrée du parc. Chambre de taille standard disposant d’un petit balcon. Bonne literie dommage de dimension réduite. Pas de plateau d’accueil. Murs minces. Chambre très éloignée de l’accueil et du restaurant, un peu pénible. Ménage superficiel, nous avons retrouvé un gobelet rempli de vieux mégots sur le balcon. Chambre avec poussière dans les recoins. Ne passe pas l’aspirateur dans les couloirs. Papiers au sol, ainsi qu’insectes morts. Manque parfois de serviettes, de tapis pour sortir de la douce et papier toilette donné avec parcimonie. Seuls points positifs, personnel aimable et excellente restauration, très variée. Nouveautés tous les jours

Personnel parlant français, arrangeant et agréable. Propreté de la chambre et locaux commun. Literie de bonne qualité. Accès direct au parc. Buffet de qualité, varié. Seul bémol : le chauffage dégageait une odeur sale, de renfermée type cave.

Room was appaling, leaking ceiling, broken wardrobe doors and shower pools were good though, exactley the same breakfast everyday, dinner buffet is boring.

El personal muy correcto en todo momento. Las habitaciones no estaban del todo limpias, concretamente el inodoro, tenía restos. Las sabanas y cortinas, también tenían manchas aunque estaban recien sacadas de lavandería. Deberían pensar en renovar el menaje, ya que imagino, que tantos usos se traducen en deterioros. El desayuno muy bueno. La comida del parque es bastante cara y tiene una calidad regular. Las aperturas de Ferrari land, se han restringido en relación a otros años... Personalmente creo que Port Aventura es un referente en relación a los parques temáticos que tenemos en el territorio nacional. Pero tienen que mejorar en varios aspectos.
