Nice property, clean, comfy beds, and great location. This is our 4th time in Grand Haven with our kids and we had a great time. We loved all the beach toys and equipment. The kids loved eating outside. The kitchen was well appointed with all the utensils and appliances we needed. We enjoyed being so close to downtown Grand Haven. Morning walks to coffee and strolls on the pier. The only item that was a surprise was the in unit air conditioner in the master bedroom. With three levels, westward facing windows, and single zone air conditioning cooling the apartment in the 90 degree heat was always going to be difficult. It was nice to have the additional unit in the bedroom. However, its installation left much to be desired. It was duct taped in place and its positioning made the third floor balcony unusable. Nonetheless we loved the unit and would definitely consider rebooking when we return to Grand Haven next year.

Fantastic!! The unit was decorated beautifully and had really nice kitchen items at your disposal. Couldn’t have picked a better unit for our mini vaca. The location is perfect for walking downtown or across the street to the marina and activities at the boardwalk. My older son loves trains so it was great to walk over and see the 1223 Pere Marquette. It was great that you had the ability to ride the bikes down to the State Park and walk out to the Lighthouse. We will definitely be returning to that unit again this summer.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was excellent and central to most things in the area. The condo felt very relaxing, and the decor and updating were very nice. The kitchen is one of the highlights as it is very well supplied, and was very clean. The beds were comfortable for sleeping (although the top bunk could probably only be used by a child). The only thing that I think could be improved would be to offer either a dresser or some sort of clothing storage in both bedrooms. There are large closets with plenty of hanging space, but no place to put non-hanging clothing. All in all, I would recommend staying here and would stay again.
