Staff at desk was pleasant. Rooms were subpar compared to the lobby. Bartender was rude. This hotel appears to be something it is not. Very average hotel with mostly pleasant staff.

The hotel is in a great location just 100m from an excellent village shopping area - a good selection of stores and fabulous bakery/coffee shop. Parking is easy and the junior suite spacious enough. However, the bathroom is in need of a refurbishment as there was mould around the bath and on the tiles. Not good. The courtyard area needs a clean up - leaves not cleared and several cigarette ends lying on the ground for the duration of our stay - it could be a great area, just need to keep the floor and furniture spotless! Staff are friendly except at check-in when one male receptionist was adamant that at 11am we were not allowed our room until 3pm and he was going to make us sit in reception. However a colleague of his stepped in and kindly gave us our room. Anna at reception was excellent - smiling, friendly, very service minded and a credit to the hotel - well done Anna, you do a great job and thank you! Food and the restaurant staff all great and the menu selection has the golden rule of a short menu but everything excellently cooked!

De bar was harstikke leuk, eten in het restaurant viel tegen en de kamer waren echt vies. We hebben zelf de toiletbril nog schoon moeten maken voor gebruik.
