it is a nice hotel very big and the pool is nice even do it states that is climate water it was a bit coldish, however for kids it was fun, there is a plaza many food variety one block away, they take you Disney but if you stay for the parade it starts at 22:40 so you will have to take a cab arround 13 euros back :)

Bon séjour malgré 2 bemols : la température de l'eau de la piscine est vraiment trop basse et un gros défaut de communication par rapport aux navettes pour Disneyland Paris. En effet, à mon arrivée, on m'a remis les horaires de passage des navettes et on m'a indiqué précisément où la prendre pour aller le soir-même voir le spectacle nocturne. Tout s'est bien passé mais le lendemain matin pour me rendre au parc j'ai attendu, attendu et aucune navette ne passait par contre beaucoup de bus dans l'autre sens. J'ai fini par aller voir celles dans l'autre sense allaient en fait au parc ! J'aurai aimé être prévenu que pour me rendre à Disneyland Paris l'après-midi il fallait prendre la navette dans un sens et pour m'y rendre le matin il fallait prendre la navette dans l'autre sens !

Our apartment cosily fits four people with one double bedroom and a trundel bed/couch. The TV only has a range of french stations. The dining area is open plan with a clean hob, fridge, coffee marker, pans, cups, plates and a dishwasher. All clean and well presented. Although the apartment is small, its clean, cosy and much cheaper than the Disney park hotels. There is a seperate toilet and bath/shower room which is a small space but well presented with fresh towels and body and hand wash. The hotel corridors need a bit of decorating but our apartment is nicely decorated. A public heated indoor pool is in the centre of the grounds open from 11am to 9pm. There is free wifi, a free shuttle to Disney parks which can otherwise be accessed by a 20 minute walk. There is a great choice of dining out available with a shopping centre only a few minutes walk away which we were pleasantly surprised by. Staff at the hotel are nice and can speak English in case your french is not great. The hotel is very family friendly with a game table and kids activities available aa soon as you enter the hotel. Parking cost us 10 euro a day and is within the centre of the hotel grounds and underground which you need a code from reception for. Breakfast is available and can be booked as extra on the morning if needed for a fee. Overall its a pleasant stay and we will definitely consider returning.

This was the perfect location for a trip to Disneyland, walking distance to a rather large shopping mall with plenty of brand names, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apart hotel itself is pleasant, breakfast had enough options dir kids amd adults, and the chef went abovrle and beyond to cater for our needs. The hotel staff are very friendly, always willing to help, and speak multiple languages. The indoor pool is a good size, and while it wasn't heated during our stay, it was pleasant enough for adults and children to swim, without feeling overcrowded. The only small issue we had was with the lack of any food options after midnight on arrival, as restaurants were closed and the hotel only had a small selection of microwave meals on sale, so I recommended arriving early if possible.

Excellent séjour même si l’hôtel est un peu loin du rer et que la piscine était fermée juste notre semaine. L’appartement était relativement propre mais la moquette pourrait être changé et des ampoules étaient grillées à notre arrivée. Bonne ou elle, la navette gratuite pour Disney.

4 nuits à 5, accueil excellent, personnel poli et agreable (meme si débordé au petit dej) En revanche les murs sont vraiment vieillots, la peinture a refaire, bcp d'humidite sous les fenetres Nous avons retiré les couettes des housses car il faisait chaud, l'une d'elle etait toute jaunie (beurk) Ca va si on vient juste pour dormir (et encore, une fois les lits dépliés la place est tres restreinte pour 5) 15min a pieds de Disney, 1 navette payante, 1 navette gratuite (mais avec arrêt plus loin que nous avons eu du mal a trouver), on a quasi fait tous les trajets a pieds, c'est largement faisable Petit dej avec des produits pas forcement bons mais bcp de choix 1 distributeur d'eau filtree et eau gazeuse pour remplir les gourdes pour la journee, tres appreciable 1 babyfoot et 1 piscine couverte (qui n'ouvre qu'a 11h, dommage) en cas de mauvais temps On en gardera un bon souvenir mais il y a des choses qu'il va falloir ameliorer rapidement concernsnt les locaux car cela n'ira pas en s'arrangeant...

The property was wonderful overall! We loved how spacious it was, giving our toddler plenty of room to move around. Having the option to cook was such a bonus, and with supermarkets and high street shops like Primark and Mango nearby, everything felt so convenient. The swimming pool water was a little cool for the little ones, but that didn’t take away from our enjoyable stay.It would be even better if the property could include breakfast options for toddlers, such as oatmeal.

Everything was lovely room was clean changing rooms for oil and pool was clean, we found the water to be freezing in the pool so this did disappoint as we didn’t get to spend much time in there as we planned Also we think another few shuttles should be available due to how busy they got

Perfect location and a great size, the rooms are just a bit dated (some parts are being renovated). The shower hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival and the skirting boards were very dirty but the space we had was great for 3 adults and 2 children

The room was dirty. The sheets had bits of dead scab with pet hair attached, dark hairs all over the pillows and they smelt bad. It was clear that they had not been changed at all and the previous guests had slept in them. We went down to complain and the manager at the desk only gave us one clean sheet .... we purchased our own in the end from the shopping centre

The hotel is old and the rooms look like they haven’t been updated for 100 year. We asked for a cot in the room which was given to us to carry to the room ourselves even though we had our hands full with luggage and a child. It is motel style where you have to outside to get to your door which is a big metal door that looked like someone had a gunfight outside of it. Once in the room it stank of cigarettes so strongly I wanted to vomit. The carpet looked dirty than a nightclub floor. The microwave was from 1960 and we went to use a plate out the cupboard but was full of dirt in the cupboard and on the plates. I sent to the bedroom to set up the cot and had to move the bed to fit the cot in, after I moved the bed it looked like blood stain on the floor and there was loads of dirt under the bed I can only assume the cleaners have never moved it in their life. I have stayed in hostels that are nicer than this hotel. The only things this has going for it is that it is right next to val d Europe shopping centre which is a great place to go shopping with lots of nice restaurants. 0 services, 0 cleanliness, 0 for comfort, 5 for location

Chambre d'hôtel sale et insalubre (moquette sale, mobilier cassé, plafonds craquelés, ...), nous n'avons pas souhaité rester. Un parcours du combattant pour se faire rembourser, ce qui n'est pas encore fait! Dossier remis dans les mains de ma protection juridique!

ディズニーランドパリへ行くために3泊しました。無料シャトルバスもあり立地は良いです。ベッドは快適でした。ただ、食洗機が非常に汚くて、開けただけで異臭が部屋中に。。。しばらく掃除されていない状態でした。とても残念です。隅に埃が残っていたり、清潔感に欠ける部屋でした。屋内プールもはいりましたが、足洗い場が埃まみれでした。プール自体は、こどもも喜んで入っていました。ディズニーランドのパートナーホテルにしては、悲しい気持ちになりました。もう泊まりたくないホテルです。

Rooms very small. Exterior and inside hallways leading to lifts need painting. Very run down looks like a hostel. However Great location to Disney .. great that there is kitchen facilities in room. Staff need to be more friendly. If don’t understand English then at least smile !

Hôtel has a free shuttle to and from Disney which I found to be the only convenient thing about the property. The directions on how to use it were not very clear as there are 2 stops and when I asked which one, I was told the wrong info. If you stay to watch the firework show you may miss the last ride back. Room service will not come before 7 days even if you ask which was not what the description read. I stayed for 12 days and received 2 coffee pods the entire time. When I asked for more they charge $1 per pod. They also only provided 3 towels for a room with 3 people and no more towels until after 7 days. If you want more there is a $2 per towel charge. The water in shower fluctuates between scorching hot and cold throughout the duration of shower. I burns myself a couple of times & had to buy ointment. You cannot control the climate of the room but there was windows that opened with spiderwebs across the outside. The hotel was outdated and half the staff was friendly. WiFi worked through out the duration of stay, First time visiting France, lesson learned and will look for a different place to stay next time.

The hotel corridors and rooms are a bit tired, it does look like they are updating things, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, unfortunately being an early riser I couldn't get a coffee without disturbing the kids as the Starbucks machine in reception was out of order

Room smelled like smoke,sheets, pillows etc... smelled like smoke. No hair dryer in room, paper thin walls with no soundproofing. VERY noisy hotel. Staff were extrememly rude. Staff absent from the desk every time we went to the foyer. Shuttle bus was very inconsistent and had gaps of hours with no service. Pick up and drop were blocks away and shared with several hotels. Stay was paid in full, yet hotel charged extra fees upon arrival.

bof bof, vraiment moyen, l'hotel est en plein travaux, baches au sol et bruits de perforateurs tot le matin. l'insonorisation est vraiment mauvaise, priez pour avoir des voisins silencieux. A la reception, on m'a indiqué que j'avais une chambre rénovée mais ce n'etait pas le cas!! mobilier ancien, charniere fatiguées, convertible pas confortable et surement deja bien amorti depuis le temps!!! temperature des chambres bloquees a 19°c donc si vous etes frileux, passez votre chemin, idem pour la piscine, tres peu fréquentée mais l'eau de la piscine est tres froide. seul avantage durant mon séjour, sa proximité avec Disneyland et le centre commercial Val d'Europe juste a côté bref, ne vaut pas son prix actuellement a voir une fois la totalite des travaux terminés

We were surprised to find that there was no double bed but rather a double sofa bed. The air vent was noisy and dusty. However the hotel location was great for visitng Val deurope and was convenient for Disneyland.

So many issues with this aparthotel. The best thing was the free shuttle to/from Disneyland Paris. Otherwise everything else was pretty bad. When we checked in their credit card machine didn’t work so I was asked to pay in cash as the only option. I didn’t have enough cash so they said I needed to go the nearby ATM. I asked if I could come back to the front desk a little later and see if their machine would be fixed. She said ok and gave me the room key. We brought our stuff to the room, went to dinner and when we came back the key didn’t work. I went to the front and it was bc I hadn’t paid for the room yet but the credit card machine still wasn’t working. I wasn’t given any options other than go to the ATM. I asked, Will it be fixed tomorrow? What if I can’t go to the ATM? His reply was ‘No, it probably won’t be fixed tomorrow. If you can’t pay Then I can’t let you stay in the room. You have to leave.’ So I sucked it up and went to the ATM. Good thing this was only a 2 night stay! In the room, the paint is peeling, the carpet is gross and dirty, the toilets don’t fully flush, there’s mold in the grout on the shower tiles, the shower head holder didn’t work, the towel dryer/heater didn’t work and there was a weird sweet smell in the kitchen that we couldn’t figure out. The room felt very, very old and dated and beaten up. The pool is indoors but not heated, my daughter was shivering while swimming. The room key card kept being deactivated. Do not recommend this hotel at all

Baby bed not isntalled even though requested at reservatio, online check in and in person checkin. In the ens they handed me a set that i had to install.myself., bo baby blqnket or adequate sheet. This was the perfect location for a trip to Disneyland, walking distance to a rather large shopping mall with plenty of brand names, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apart hotel itself is pleasant, breakfast had enough options dir kids amd adults, and the chef went abovrle and beyond to cater for our needs. The hotel staff are very friendly, always willing to help, and speak multiple languages. The indoor pool is a good size, and while it wasn't heated during our stay, it was pleasant enough for adults and children to swim, without feeling overcrowded. The only small issue we had was with the lack of any food options after midnight on arrival, as restaurants were closed and the hotel only had a small selection of microwave meals on sale, so I recommended arriving early if possible.

Tuvimos suerte de dar con una recepcionista española que nos atendió fenomenal y nos ubicó en uno de los apartamentos reformados. El Apartamento estaba en muy buen estado. Pequeñito, pero muy bien. Dentro de lo que se esperaba. Es cierto que los pasillos dan muy mala imagen. Parece que haya pasado un ejército napoleónico: Muy sucios y poco cuidados. Deberían de dar una manita de pintura, que no cuesta tanto. La piscina cubierta muy bien, no es muy grande pero correcta. En general nuestra experiencia es buena. La dirección de hotel debería de tener un poco más de cuidado de las zonas comunes que echan a perder la imagen del hotel.

Nuestra expectativa no era muy alta, y tengo que decir que el hotel está muy bien. No es un hotel de lujo, pero cumple con la función asistirte para una visita a Disney. En recepción había una chica española muy amable, creo que se llamaba Laura, que nos atendió muy bien. Nuestro apartamento está completamente reformado, y lo valoramos muy bien. Cierto es que los pasillos… Se nota que les falta renovación. Pero muy bien en general. En estos momentos no merece una puntuación tan baja.

Adagio Marne Le Valee is always a convenience place to stay for Disney, close enough for a free hotel shuttle 5 minuted into Disney but far enough that you can have a nice evening meal in a non-Disney restaurant, close to a good shopping centre too.

We had problem getting in touch with the hotel before arrival. Out plane was delayed and we wanted to make sure we still had the room. Everything was fine and it was a 20-minutes walk to Disneyland which was super nice.

Séjour très agréable ,appartement propre et endroit calme ,les enfants se sont très bien amusés a la piscine; hotel très bien situé pas très loin du centre commercial et de la gare, seul bémol le petit déjeuner nous sommes descendus à 9 h 30 et il n'y avait pratiquemment plus rien à manger ce qui était très dommage.

Very dirty room and bed linen, bugs on the floor and in the bath. Customer service was slow and rude! My husband went to the reception for a hair dryer they said that we wasn’t in room 340 and ignored him until he persisted with them. Hair dryer was Broken so once again he had to go back down to ask for another one which took half an hour due to the slowness. In which my hair was dry by then and we were late to Disneyland on the 1st day. Breakfast was horrendous for 15 euros each there was no hot food only continental and the pancake machine was broken. Thank goodeness we only paid for one morning.

Property is dated and in poor condition. Bathroom had a lot of mould and the shower head was broken and kept falling down… had to use hair ties to keep it above shoulder height. My son is coeliac and at check in we were told they ‘rarely’ have anything gluten free at breakfast. Good location for Disney and shopping but a disappointing stay

On the second evening, when we returned to our room, we found a cockroach on the floor\. I killed it and flushed it down the toilet, but unfortunately I forgot to take a photo because everything happened so quickly\. The room was also very hot, and there was no air conditioning\. A floor fan is available upon request, but unfortunately it does not help very much\. I did not use the pool or have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on those\.

We loved our stay!!!! The photos were inaccurate as our 1 bed did not have bunk beds. Having a fridge and mall nearby were so convenient. The shuttle was great and huge (shared with two other residences). There was a gap in the bus schedule in the middle of the day that we got caught out on, but the walk was only 15 minutes. We stayed during the heat wave and the rooms were quite hot, although the pool was fantastic for cooling off. Overall a fantastic stay, and we'd definitely book here again!
