Great location by the train station and easily walkable to city center. Staff could not have been more helpful & storing luggage on check out day was convenient & easy.

This hotel was very clean and very modern. The front desk staff was very friendly and check in was very fast. The room was clean and I had housekeeping daily. You’re able to refill your water bottle at the machine in the lobby and coffee and tea are also complimentary downstairs as well. The property was well maintained. They have a small elevator but at least it works! I definitely recommend. It is very close to worded castle and a lot of shops.

From check-in time to the time I got in my room it was close to an hour. There was no parking available in the hotel's underground parkade, nor was there nearby street parking. We were directed to a spot a few streets away, but there was no parking there either. I was told I would have to pay for overnight parking and that was a little ways away in another direction. When I got back to the hotel and tried to find room 127, I went on a wild goose chase down several hallways without any success. When I went back to the lobby, I was told that he didn't understand why I had trouble because no one else had ever had trouble finding the room. I went back upstairs to try again and discovered that the reason for the confusion was that the numbers were missing on the direction sign. It was impossible to figure out without guidance. I don't appreciate the desk clerk's dismissive attitude towards my difficulties, and he begrudgingly gave help it seemed. I found the hotel to be quite noisy. We could hear people talking loudly through the windows after midnight. As well, the sound of doors slamming and furniture being shifted was annoying. I am a tourist here in the Netherlands and this was a hotel I would not recommend.
