We stayed here to drop my son off at technical school. I chose this particular hotel over others in the area because it had a pool, continential breakfast and a resteraunt on the property. Upon check in, I was informed that the pool was closed and had been "forever" according to the employee. When asked if I would get a discount because of that. I was promptly to "there is nothing I can do about that", even though the hotel.com site states that there is a pool. I was told that "our site doesn't say that". So, we check in and decide that after a 6 hour drive we would check out the resteraunt at 2pm on a Sunday, but it was closed. The room was comfortable and clean as well as the property. Parking was right outside the room. Very disappointed with our stay. Haven't tried out the breakfast yet, but based on my experience thus far, I am expecting to be disappointed with that as well!

Pool was out of order and doesn’t sound like they plan to ever reopen it. Some rooms have a huge crack on windows that need repaired but have clear mailing tape on the crack instead. Lady working at front desk was very polite and switched me to another room.

The trip was horrible we had 3 rooms and a family reunion to go to hotel had no water, so we couldn't use the bathroom or take a shower. The elevator was out of order and the only ice machine was on the second floor. All they wanted to give use was $10 a room back and 5% of for next time.There won't be a next time.

Beware! The site I used for booking indicated an outdoor pool. After checking in and going out for dinner, my grandchildren were ready for a refreshing swim. However, the pool was out of commission - something we were unaware of at time of booking. I went several miles out of my way to get to this Days Inn. I suggested an adjustment to the price, but staff was not at all receptive to the idea.

The pool that was advertised was closed with no explanation as to why, the room was dirty, im not sure they own a broom. There was a cigarette burn in the chair in the NON SMOKING room. There was a hole in the shower that made us feel as if we were being spied on.

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair still in the tub and sink from the previous customers. There were stains all over the bathtub. In the morning when I went to take a shower there was no hot water at all. When I went to check out at the front desk and to let them know about there being no hot water, nobody answered to me ringing the customer service bell for five minutes so I had to leave in order to make my appointment, without even speaking to hotel staff.

The room was dirty. There were no wash cloths. Only two pillows per bed. The baseboards were off all around the room. They did offer a refund within 15 minutes of checking in due to the hurricane that hit the area two weeks before the updates needed to this motel, were not due to hurricane damage. $268/night was a bit ridiculous considering the description does not match the actual building. Theres no elevator so you have to drag your luggage up flights of stairs. Very inconvenient

Once inside the room it was ok. Room was clean but the bathroom floor had not been moped in a long time! hard wood floor in main space had dirt and dust in all the corners. Bed was nice and comfortable. They do not have bed bug coverings on the beds, so check the bed. But ours was clean! There are residents that stay there long term that are very loud but seem to stay to themselves. It looks unsafe but we had no problems at all. Rates are high in my opinion when the pool does not work and there is no elevator. But it was better than several others we looked at in the area.

There were nails all over the parking lot and we almost got one in our tire. The shower had not been cleaned and there are a used bar of soap still in it. There was only one chair to sit in and that was a desk chair.

The room was very clean with everything being remodeled, painted, new appliances/fixtures. The only reason i dropped 1 star off was for the water. Im not sure why but sometimes there would be good water pressure, sometimes not but the "hot" water was luke warm at best. The middle night of my stay when getting a shower was nit ideal as it didn't even get to luke warm. With that being said, im sure this will be addressed before i come back in May and i would definitely stay here again.

There was a dead roach on the floor when we walked in to the room. They couldn’t even be bothered to hide it. We checked in online and they tried to make us pay twice. Refused to let us into the lobby and talked to us through a glass wall with a hole. They walked away at one point for almost 10 minutes and we didn’t know if they were going to come back or just take our money and leave us there. The pillows are 1ft by 1ft. The sheets were stained and smelled like mildew. Our neighbors screamed and fought all night. It was an emergency last minute booking and I didn’t expect 5 stars but the rudeness, filth, and lack of any kind of service was over the top. To not even have the shame to sweep the dead roaches off the floor is beyond my wildest nightmares of a hotel room.

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area. The beds were not comfortable. The AC was loud and came on about every 2 minutes. There was a sizeable gap between the bottom of the door to the outside which likely contributed to the AC kicking off every few minutes. There was just about zero selection for breakfast. Only waffles or cereal (AppleJacks and Raisin Bran). I gave 2 stars. One because the staff was nice and two because I've stayed in worse.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their service. We travelled with two six year old's and lots of luggage, Got a first floor room, very convenient . Will come back next year for my family reunion in the town

We were tired from driving 8 hours and this location was perfect. A BBQ restaurant 5 minutes away. Downtown was very nice. Murals painted along the walls depicting old days were well done. Gas station nearby as well.

Close to all kinds of shopping and eating. There was maintenance going on the outside of the motel I. E. painting the outside of building so close room parking was limited. Staff was nice and helpful. I would stay here again.Overall good place to stay.

We got our room just after it was wet mopped and the floors were very wet. Please give rooms time to dry before renting. Tv only got one channel and not one of interest. Pool still not open. Large, clean room. No chair, although there was a desk. There was an adequate breakfast available and if you didn’t like it, a McDonalds on the corner. It was a good value for the price.

We were traveling thru, and looking for a cheap place to stay. The hotel was extreemly nice, front desk staff super kind. My kids loved the free breakfast, and we enjoyed the small town this hotel is in! Easy in and out:)
