Went here because we had no power and needed electric for the night's sleep. It's located near several restraunts and such. The staff was good. We were incredibly frustrated that the pool was out of service. It was the reason we chose this hotel over other options.

This is clearly an old property. Some things were updated and some were not. Bathroom facilities were so-so, bed was a bit saggy, office chair in terrible shape, TV wasn't working. But it was clean, had electronic entry, sufficient outlets and USB ports. Location had lots of traffic noise. No elevator for upper floors.

It’s important to know they had bed bugs. If it’s in my room it has to be others. Clerk was not shocked when I told her. She moved us rooms as we had no choice. We were going to leave but other hotels near by were booked. 2 nd room we inspected and it was dirty. The walls and flor. But no bugs. Hard to convince kids to lay down.

Horrible condition. Surprised they even pass inspection to stay open. Mold, exposed wires, and just dirt. The toilet seat was not bolted on and super dirty. Bathtub was disgusting as it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. The floor, walls, everything just seemed filthy. We checked in very late and being so tired just had no choice but to lodge without trying to touch anything. Not coming back to this place for sure.

People screaming , beating on our door, people running around until 3 am. They also smoked pot outside our door. Found the butts on the ground infront of our door the next morning with a terrible smell of pot around our door. We complained to manangement 3 times to no avail. Nothing was done to stop them. Will never stay at that property again. Room had walls dirty, lamps were rusted as was the drain in the bathroom. Lack of concern by staff about the noise and disturbance. Would never recommend this property to anyone. We should have a refund.

This place was filthy. The actual building is run down but its not completely unexpected in a small town. But even if the place is old or doesn't have the best amenities it shoukd at least be clean. But not this place. Immediately upon entering the room, you could tell the floor was not clean, the corners had dust and bugs. The sheets wrr actually dirty with shoe marks and the towels were stained and possibly dirty. We asked the front desk to replace and she brough the sheets and clean towels for us and a while later housekeeping came and changed the sheets. But even the replacmeent towels were stained. Walls were filthy, curtain and bathroom curtain moldy. We had no other choice but to stay and request that they clean the room and we tried to sanitize with lysol. I will never stay here again.

We had to switch rooms because the first room had hair in the bed. Floors were sticky and dirty in both rooms, and you could feel crumbs or specs of stuff in the sheets. Definitely would have found somewhere else if we needed to be there more than 10 hours, and would have glady paid double to feel surrounded with other peoples filth...

The people were friendly and beds were awesome. Bathroom needs a big update and painted. We did get fresh towels often. Never went swimming but pol Area was clean and pool looks nice. For the price we got I can’t complain.

Signed that I would be charged $100 if I smoked in a non smoking room. I don’t smoke so I signed. When I opened the door to the room, a smell of stale cigarettes was apparent. Musty odor very strong. Overall the room was clean. Neighboring room had music playing that could be heard through the walls. I stayed here just to sleep between shifts for work. Will pay the extra and stay elsewhere next time.

This place was unprofessional unclean. The mini fridge wouldn’t work and they wouldn’t replace it or get maintenance to fix it. We had booked a day that was supposed to be for May 24 through May 25 which I needed it for May 10 through the 12th and they charged me for the 24 and 25 and said they would return my money and never did

We had some issues and decided to leave a night early but I will say that management heard us and refunded our second night without hesitation. I will not just absolutely bash this hotel but it needs some updates and some cleanup.

We didn’t get to the hotel until 1am after traveling the kids were ready for bed! We tried to get in our room multiple times, went to the front deck she kept giving us new keys it didn’t work! Then a man came to the door asking why we were trying to get into his hotel room!! It was so crazy! They finally gave us another room. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom and bathtub was nasty! The next day we check out because we already paid for two more rooms for that night. It was supposed to be two room next to each other that was joint. We didn’t get that. We got two rooms around the corner from each other. I called three times in the weeks leading up to our stay to make sure we got side by side rooms. Of course we didn’t. Both nights we stayed we went down first thing to get breakfast and the front desk lady said they was out of everything! It was a complete joke!

The rooms need simple maintenance, as does the parking areas...weeds in the crscks and crumbling facades. The employees were very friendly and helpful. However there was only one person onsite overnight. No maintenance overnight. But the price was right.

The manager was very very rude to me i have stay at this hotel alot never have been treated the way i was by this mager she was unnecessarily rude to me in front of my mother while i was on my way to take to have surgery my mother was already nervous about surgery she was having that day then she was ever more worried about me not have a room to go to that night so i could take her back the next day
