Staff was wonderful! Very helpful and professional, well equipped to answer questions about amenities and the surrounding area. Hotel breakfast was very good, well prepared with a nice selection of options. Dining room staff was top notch, very attentive. Property undergoing some renovations, so some amenities like exercise room were not available. Overall, we had a very pleasant and restful weekend stay - I highly recommend this facility! :-)

The View was overall pretty decent hotel and the breakfast was very nice. The staff is friendly and location is good. The rooms and carpets need refreshing but it wasnt terrible. The View looked like they were renovating a few sections at a time. The gym was closed- I wish they would update online that info but overall I enjoyed my stay.

The room was in great shape, clean, no odors, and ample parking outside the hotel.

Very nice stay, breakfast was great and was very accommodating. Wish there was an elevator. But overall we would come back again.

I gave 5 stars to a two star property because at $59 total after all the taxes it was amazing! Quiet good sleep - usually this kind of price means broken equipment if they have a gym with very limited hours. Usually a Sparse breakfast and weak coffee. Not true at all at the View Inn. The gym was recently updated and open til midnight and back open at 6am - not sure why not 24 hours if going that far, but this was fine for me. The breakfast area was pristine and plentiful choices and the coffee wasn’t Starbucks but it also wasn’t like usual - waved a coffee bean over some hot water resulting in a color akin more to tea than Java. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The toilet was crooked from the wall but it worked that’s all I care about! If you need a place to stay in Bethlehem it’s a solid choice at a very good rate.

No elevator available, not a gig deal not mush luggage and we are able bodied. Paint needed on the headboard wall. Employees were very nice. I would stay there again if in the area.

Our room was clean and a nice size. The staff were helpful and friendly. The challenge was I'm handicapped and there is no elevator. Staff assisted getting everything up to our room.

It was clean and under construction but it needs an elevator desperately. The steps aren’t for everyone especially if you may have some pains in ligaments(body). Need a bigger sign and add a pool

Beds were super comfortable, and room was clean. Breakfast had good choices. Laundry facilities were reasonably priced. Staff was super nice

Check in staff seemed to have an attitude and was extremely adamant about knowing my guests name, no other info though (never had this happen so not sure if it’s the usual thing). Room seemed to have just been updated because it smelled like an aquarium and the paint seemed fresh. I don’t believe the bathroom was cleaned do to hair all over the shower and mold. Would not stay here again

1. Prepayment through Expedia did not copy in their system. The system showed unpaid. Took very long to get it resolved 2. The room and hallways had strong musty odor. 3. The rug in the room was so moist that it wet shoes, and socks. It was impossible to walk bare foot.

Excellent hotel. It was clean, check in was smooth, workers were very friendly.

Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke covered by deodorizing spray. By the time we left, everything we had with us smelled of smoke. Our room also hadn't been cleaned properly. The staff was friendly and seemed to be hard-working, but they had no other rooms available and the rooms are overdue for renovation.

Old bed and furniture need replacing ... rug had cigarette burn... toilet wasn't clean neither was the fridge it had someone's leftover beer in it . You know they didn't wipe it down..Room smelled Bad I had to go toTarget and buy room sanitizer spray... Asked the girl with Curly hair at the front desk for a more modern room She laughed and said am fully Booked... Honestly Doesn't Look Nothing Like The Pictures On Line.. will not stay there again

I don’t believe the sheets on the bed were changed since the last guest because there was a lot of dirt between the sheets as if it was left by muddy shoes. There was a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod in the bathroom. One of the lamps did not work. Finally the drain in the sink was extremely slow and the sink would back up if I was just brushing my teeth.

The room was spacious and clean. The towels were soft. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room had water stains in the ceiling. Obviously, there was a leak cause your room was very musty. I had to spray it down with Lysol to make it livable. The room was 228. I would not stay there again.

Moldy damp carpet in the room.

The staff was very courteous and personable. However, the guest room I stayed in needed a renovation on top of the renovation it had recently undergone. Poor workmanship. Also, most of the room furniture was extremely worn with noticeable damage to the edges.

Overall it was good. Beds comfy, breakfast good, rooms good.

For $100 I would stay here again given the value and proximity to Musikfest. However, I do think it’s worth mentioning that the bathroom door in our room did not close the whole way or lock, and the shower knob stuck, so it was very hard to open and close for water. The room was clean, so that’s all I’d really require for the price.

Bathtub/shower glass door between room and bathroom was bizarre. Drawers and bedside table had a thrift shop look. Typical thick, neck bending pillows

Spacious room, new bathroom, the breakfast included was very good.

The hotel is under renovation (although they must be just beginning...) but the existing rooms are definitely dated with furniture from the 80s.... and a shower from older.... and a definite stale air smell in the hallways. Lots of water damage, and you can see the wall studs through the sheet rock due to missing/limited vapor barriers in the walls. Also - no elevators so be prepared to use the stairs if you are on the second floor. They do have a decent hot breakfast however with 3 different sausage options, overcooked mini-omelets though, but the good scrabbled eggs available each day as well. Not much of a "view" from the hotel however, seams the trees have overgrown so not much to see from "View" in the name.

Room was excellent. Comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom is new with eco friendly toilet flushing. This room 132 sink could use a stopper or strainer as any guests could drop something down the opening.

The configuration of the room is weird. I don’t know who changed the rooms but it’s not for handicapped person because it’s bathtub but the sink is not in the bathroom. Very inconvenience. We changed two rooms but it’s the same.

Beware the hotel policy on late check in. I prepaid through hotels.com and thought I had a room but after a long flight delay wasn’t able to get to the hotel until after 2:30am. They had an available room but wouldn’t let me check in or give me a refund since I was checking in after 2:30am. I had to pay for an additional room as I had few other options that late at night. Feels a little like stealing. I’ve stayed here a number of times before but will now choose another hotel in the area.

The reservation was canceled by front desk staff due to unknown circumstances. The Young Man had reservation canceled for being late, additionally Veronica at front desk stated that without credit card in his name for incidentals, he wouldn’t be allowed to stay there. I am pursuing stopping payment for the purchase because I purchased two days and it was canceled by someone other than Hotels.com the property in question

Its average. The only thing ill say was the $100 refundable fee due upon check in was completely unexpected. I thought i was done when i paid for my room,in full,online.

The Service was outstanding! The room was perfect for our weekend stay.

They “ lost “ my reservation

The property claimed it had no record of my reservation thru Expedia. It took about an hour to sort this out in the mean time they noticed I had a service dog and told me pets werent allowed. After explaining she was a service dog they kept finding reasons to not accept to reservation 1st it was because it was under my name but we paid with my husbands credit card. There was nothing saying that the reservation name and card had to match so I called them on that and they finally consented to allowing his card but the deposit had to be on a card in my name. I only carry one card for emergencies thankfully I had it with me. Then they had to get the manager on the phone regarding my service dog and both desk attendants were involved her coments were being relayed in front of everyone in the lobby they asked the 2 questions allowed by the ADA then said no shes only an emotional support dog I then had to tell them in front of a lobby full of people that a pyschiatrist certified her for PTSD thats against the law and was humiliating. So then they asked where her vest was I told them by law she isnt required to wear one they said she had to be leashed I said that was no problem. The phone and manger disappeared. This whole thing should have been done quietly with professional decorum not loudly in front of the lobby. The ADA laws were broken.I was given a room key not even offered the wifi password. RUDE staff! Then I ckd out at 7:15 am an got email at 3:50 asking when I would ck out

We checked in late & checked out early on our trip through but was pleasantly surprised with every aspect. To the lady who checked us in, the cleanliness of the room, breakfast & check out. This place has a really good team & it shows. Top notch.

My husband I stayed in room 229 from Aug 22-24 for a little weekend away and the staff was wonderful first person we mwt was ChiChi at the check in desk she awesome she was super busy but she greeted us with a smile and was warm and friendly ! Our room was perfect crisp clean white sheets the entire room was inviting and spotless ! The shower had good hot water and plenty of room ! The breakfast was wonderful hot and so many options, the breakfast attended was super nice and accommodating the young man at check was pleasant and helpful ! Every staff member greeted us with a hello and a smile ! This place was wonderful ! We would definitely stay here again ! Great job to everyone who made our stay winderful ! Definitely a great place to stay !

Quiet property on the edge of a residential area, but with easy access to adjacent shopping center. Ample restaurant choices and grocery store. Pretty good hot breakfast choices and good coffee. Downside: tricky exiting the access road onto Nazareth Pike/PA 191 because it is directly adjacent to the exit/entry ramp for US22 eastbound. TIP- go through the shopping center and exit at the traffic signal.

PLACE was difficult to fine, but i saw Perkins Rest. and found it.

No signage outside, so difficult to find. Facilities were clean, but needed updating. Staff were very efficient and helpful.

It was close to the airport and the price was right.

I love how close is to places I shop and the high way. There's a Perkins you can walk to too.

Full breakfast available. Easy in and out. Convenient to major roads. Within 8 miles of all the historic and shopping places.

Difficult to get there from Route 22.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the staff were polite and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent — the food was prepared very well, the dining area well maintained , and everything was neatly stocked, leaving a pleasant impression. The location is perfect, on a quiet street, which allows to get quality sleep. Grocery stores “Giant” and “Walmart” are conveniently located right across the road.

Great location. Hwy, shopping, public transit and restaurants are all closeby. Staff are nice, grounds are tidy.

The Breakfast was excellent

Upon check in the hotel staff was very nice and friendly. The room had a weird smell and you can just tell it’s a little out dated. The room itself was nice but I couldn’t get the shower to work so I’m not sure if my room was just broken or what. The breakfast wasn’t very good and i definitely wouldn’t eat it again. Overall for the price your getting what your paying for but recommend somewhere else to stay.

My wife and I always stay in the View Inn & Suites when we visit family in Bethlehem. Over the years it definitely has gotten better. No late-night fights or noise, breakfast is great except for the sausage in water. Coffee still a little weak. Please add some vanilla and/or cinnamon to waffle mix. Actually, you can add some vanilla creamer to the mix. Thank you for the flavored free water (juice). The rooms are much cleaner than before, although the carpet needs to be changed in the common areas. The snack stands are great. I will continue to stay here and now I can recommend to family and friends.

Great family owned hotel and an amazing value! The free breakfast was very nice! Eggs, sausage, bagels, build your own waffles, cereal - the whole nine yards.
