Overall the hotel was nice and the stay was good. But I was very disappointed to learn the advertised pool has been closed for months apparently. Most of the reason for picking to stay here in June was for the indoor pool so that really put a damper on my stay. Knowing the pool was out of service I probably would have booked elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our college visit trip to the Bethlehem and Allentown area. As a family from NYC, we appreciated the central location, which made it easy to explore everything nearby. The hotel offered plenty of activities on site for all ages, although we were disappointed that the pool was closed during our visit. However, the gym was one of the best hotel gyms we've encountered—super clean and modern with great equipment. Nice room, comfortable bed, close to Artquest. However, lack of pool is a BIG negative, and the Mixx lounge is open what, two days a week?

On the overall this was the BEST place I've stayed in. Most of all I loved the fact that its extremely clean and the Spa was the best. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury hotel to stay in. I will certainly be back.

I was sad that their lobby bar, Mixx, wasn't open during the week. We've been here several times and was looking forward to seeing the bartenders who are very good at making specialized cocktails.

Can't believe that they charged 7.$50 for valet parking while a guest at the hotel? PAID$200 plus for the room. I'll never stay there again.

Pictures and videos made this places look amazing. Complete opposite. The lobby is nice. The casino is small and smells like smoke. Food is horrible. Pool was closed for construction. Just a regret of a stay.

We come for the music venue and its walking distance. Bethlehem is a great town with lots to do. The hotel is easy with great parking and the staff is nice and the hotel is clean.

Stayed during Musikfest. Room not ready upon arrival, some guests waited hours for rooms to be cleaned. Pool not in use , second year in a row. Staff did best to accommodate, one expects more from an expensive accommodation.

Felt safe in the parking lot. Room was clean.

We took a weekend get away, we are not gamblers. There was plenty to do, places to eat and shop. Nearby town of Bethlahem to walk around. The hotel was spitless, our room was spotless. Thank you to the room service crew! There was not a spec in the room. The cleanest place we've seen. Every staff member smiled and was helpful and pleasant. It was a wonderful place and we will be back!!

This had to be one of the cleanest, most well maintained hotels I have ever been to. The only dings I can give are the fact that we had to wait an extra 15 mins after checkin time and there was only one face cloth. These things happen. I would definitely plan to stay again if the opportunity presents.

Beautiful exterior. Big room. However, there was a spill that hadn't been dealt with for quite a while. It appeared to be a bit understaffed.

Nice big room. Some maintenance is needed in the focet for the shower. Dried pee drop on toilet made me question the cleaning of the room.

Great show at the event center, really good food at the restaurant near the casino. Room and hotel were very clean and modern.

Mediocre casino resort. Rooms were not as cleaned as anticipated. Floor has lots of hairs and debris. However front desk and casino staff were nice!

Very nice hotel. I accidentally booked a smoking room (I had no clue they existed anymore). The hallways smelled of smoke, but you never would have known it in the room. I was pleasantly surprised at that. Our room may have been the quietest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our only issue was having to wait almost an hour past our check in time for a room. I doubt that is normal, but it was Musikfest and they said they were short staffed.

I liked the location in proximity to the casino and concert venue. All I had to do was take the elevator down to get where I needed to go. The view from the room was really nice with sounding railroad and vintage buildings. My room was clean and comfortable.

Property has been upgraded it’s very comfy however the rooms are much to close together we could hear kids Bri g rowdy in the next room.

Mattress on bed needs upgraded. Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Too hard. Food wise, we ate at Urban Table. Food was delicious and very flavorful.

Staff was great, was just humid throughout the hotel and casino. Room wax humid even with the AC running

The room was nice only negative was vents were loud and made clicking noises through the night.

This was my mistake but I do not want others to make. I accidentally booked a smoking room. I didn’t realize that was even a thing anymore but they have an entire smoking floor. When I say the smell is unbearable, I mean it. I wrapped my shirt around my nose and mouth to get reprieve but there wasn’t any. I had to wash everything I took in the room, EVEN my phone charger smelled. They put the ionizing machine in room for a while and it didn’t help. Place is nice. Room was spacious and clean other than the smoke it would have been a decent stay. Left at 5am because my asthma couldn’t take it anymore. All day today I have sounded like I smoked a pack of cigs last night.

The room decor was very nice. We stayed on the north side, which was recently upgraded.

Everything was fine. The only thing I didn't like was the room had no microwave, and the shower had tiny bottles of body wash. For a hotel of their status, I was looking for those essentials. These essentials are even offered in the cheapest hotels or motels.

The hotel was fine, it’s your basic hotel but forcing you to buy entertainment and not having the ability to stream brings down the score

We arrived at approximately 4:15 PM. We were told our room was not ready yet and we would have to wait. We were told that we would receive a text message when our room was ready. After waiting for an hour and a half, at 5:45 PM I finally approached the front desk and asked if our room was still not ready. I was told that our room had been ready and that the system just did not text us. We were not offered any compensation for this nonsense. Ridiculous.

The hotel was great. My only complaint was that our room wasn’t ready until 5:00.

I feel safe walking from the casino to my room. Also everyone is pleasant

Check was delayed by 20 minutes as room was not ready at 4:00PM check in time.

I did not go to surrounding area. The staff immediately came to my room to fix the A/C which was successful and i was then provided with a new refrigerator. Unexpected issues happen. It was no ones fault and they immediately responded. You can't ask for anything else! I was completely satisfied with their response

Our room was absolutely beautiful and clean! We loved it! when we checked in we were handed a complimentary drink card which unfortunately we didn’t get to use that day we received it so we tried to go and use it on Sunday and we were told that mixx doesn’t open on Sundays. It’s only opened Thursday Friday and Saturday.. when we checked in we should’ve been told that so we could have made a point to take advantage of our complimentary cocktail that was very upsetting and disappointing for a very reputable hotel….also there were no luggage carts for us when we checked in we had to beg valet for one which was very inconvenient especially since I have an injured arm and couldn’t carry all my bags…again when we were checking out today my husband walked all over the hotel looking for our luggage cart and there was none available. He even asked valet in front desk. He was told none available when he came back up to the room. I said we need a luggage cart again I have an injured arm and we weren’t able to carry all of our stuff so I called the front desk and the first person I spoke to told me oh I’m sorry there’s none available and I explained I have an injured arm and we need one to check out. He said I’m sorry nothing I could do about it so I hung up and I was very agitated and frustrated so I called back again and then I got a lovely girl who made an exception for me which was amazing on her part, she was so accommodating, but it took me two phone calls to the front desk.

We were scheduled to be there for less than 24 hours. Advertised check-in was 4. Never got to our room until 11pm because no one texted us like they said they would. Poor customer seevice at the check-in area. Actually ruined our stay at the place.

Great stay! Clean room and comfortable bed. Could walk to casino and event center without leaving the building.

Great location. Right next to steel stack located with free venue festivals. Hotel connected to mall, plenty of food courts and casino. Beautiful lobby nice bar to hang out at. Plenty to do room was excellent. Have not one complaint will definitely stay again.

Great property.. good food and the old Bethleham Steel factory is incredible

The only problem I had is that it’s a long long walk from the room to the casino If you are challenged or use a cane think twice

So we loved this property. One of the downfalls we had was that there were other events going on this day that didnt allow for us to self park near the hotel lobby entrance. We had to park in the parking garage which on a normal day would be fine, but the only way to get to the hotel lobby from there is to walk all the way across the casino floor (which if you have minors, you cannot do), then go down a long hallway with stores, down an escalator (or elevator) and down another hallway. With check in not until 4, we had to do this with our luggage and all of our purchases from the day that we didnt want to leave in the car. So aside from that it was a great stay, very close to christkindlmrkt and historic bethlehem. Free self parking which is nice, the staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Clean safe no hidden charges...easy parking,,acommadeting staff...only remote critiscm is although the walk to steelstacks is short..it's dark and vague and a bit errie at night...I would think WInd Creek has little control over that but if they do they should work on it..especially the lighting

Walking distance from the musikfest Also felt safe getting to and from the hotel also the casino and stores were all inside the hotel very very nice. I loved it I rate this place a 5 star. Definitely recommend it.

The Hotel itself was nice. We ate at the buffet and it was terrible. There was a sign that identified "chicken and vegetables", which normally I would have considered but opted for the fried chicken. When my husband ate it, it was actually shrimp and vegetables. I have a seafood allergy I could have had an anaphylactic reaction had I eaten it. When I brought it to someone's attention she showed me the side that read chicken but the other side read shrimp. The shrimp side was not visible at the time of our plating. She erased the chicken side at my request but it could've ended very badly.

Check-in went smoothly, had a 15-minute wait for the room. The hotel room was nice as always, the only thing I didn't like was the water closet bathroom, where the sink was enclosed with side walls without any privacy.  Updates to the room service menu would be great. The service fees are a bit expensive as a repeat visitor I would like to see some new options on the menu. During my stay, the POS system was offline at the Steel Works restaurant, where we planned to have a nice dinner and ended up eating takeout food from the food court in our room. We figured we would stop in for breakfast the following morning, and the restaurant was understaffed. The waitress had too many tables to cover, making the service less than expected based on previous visits.

Beautiful, well maintained property with polite and attentive staff. Food at the Chop House restaurant was extremely salty and what the kitchen staff replaced it with was suspect and unrecognizable as a rib-eye.

Greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean and spacious with all needed amenities. The food (dinner and breakfast) at Steelworks Grill was delicious. Casino had a wide selection of games and slots, with more being added. Overall a great experience.

The food at the steelworks is mediocre at best. Skip the buffet. Not worth the $

It is always a pleasent stay. Only complaint would be not a very wide seletion of restaurants open during the week and nowhere to do breakfast.

My only complaint was that went to urban table at 9:50 pm for a late dinner... was told they coculdnt serve us... no big problem, but didnt want to eat at the food court

Not worth the cost of the room. After two hr. wait for room the wrong room was given. Extremely limited dining options, not as advertised. No pool available, due to renovations, never mentioned prior to arriving. Casino floor was dirty, stepped into gum. Disappointing experience.
