Lockport Inn and Suites is a great place. We’ve stopped here several times during bike rides on the Erie Canal trail and are always welcomed by the friendly staff with a clean room, great AC, comfortable bed, and excellent shower. They even have a locked shed for your bike, and tools and stuff to clean it!

Fun motel with a family retro feel. Stayed here and went to Niagara Falls. Relaxing area with numerous restaurants choices. Amazing hot water, we chose one of the rooms with a Jacuzzi.

This hotel is older but very clean and kept up very well. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and nicely furnished. They are well appointed with in house coffee, wine glasses, wine opener, glass coffee cups. It’s very drivable to some good restaurants.

First the non smoking room smelled like an ashtray. The chair in the room was stained. The mattress was worn out years before as were the bedding and pillows. Grossest part was the padded carpeting in the bathroom around the toilet. I did not stay. I went and got a different hotel. Sorry I didn't take pics. The reviews and pics I saw online are not representative of my experience.

Friendly welcome. However, this is a very dated property. Decor in our ground level room was from the 60's, with equally old, stained carpet, including in the bathroom. We found candy wrappers under the bed, leftover from previous guests. Housekeeping also opened all the front window curtains during our absence, exposing all our belongings for hours to random passersby. That was particularly upsetting.

While an older Inn in outside style, the room we rented was HUGE (king bed) and included a jetted-tub area, outside the bathroom, with a very spacious room. The grounds were beautiful, including seating areas under gazebos. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

All in all it was fine. I just had problems with obtaining internet and the television was a problem as well. Staff came and fixed the internet problem and offered to move me to another room where television would be better, but I declined because I had a good book to read.

Bed was comfortable. Motel as a whole needs updated. Our room had no actual closet but rather a wire shelving rack secured to a wall. Hairdryer mounted in main room and bottle opener mounted on bathroom wall.

The Lockport Inn is def a bit of an anachronism. Tiny rooms, but very clean and in good shape. Feels like it would have been the place you would have stayed if you were visiting 50 years ago. Staff was very friendly, but it is time to update some parts of the facility. Management, look into mini-splits for HVAC. The existing system is huge, and so loud. The furniture is inefficient, as well. TVs mount on the wall today, not on a cabinet that takes up ten square feet in a tiny room. Same with the desk and table. Look into some ideas from the tiny home movement. At least half of the space now taken up by furniture could be recovered with a more modern makeover.

This is a great place to stay for a family event. I don't normally stay at local hotels because you never know what you will get, but this place had great reviews so I took a chance. Yes, the room decor is a little dated, and the rooms have actual metal keys, which I haven't seen in years! However, everything about this hotel was very clean and in great condition, so who cares if the decor colors aren't trendy? The bed was so comfortable, and the service at the front desk was top-notch. They were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit family in Lockport.

When I got there, they didn’t h as ve my reservation and couldn’t sell me the room I had reserved but they quickly found me a room with 3 beds in it! I didn’t get to go swimming like I had planned, but I got a good nights sleep!

When I looked at pictures online,and then walked into our room ,they were completly different !!! Nowhere near as lavish as the pics shown and so we were disappointed. The bed was comfortable .In the morning we decided to have a jacuzzi bath and there was not enough hot water to fill it so we were annoyed!! When we got out the carpet was soaked ,the floors and bathroom were soaked and jacuzzi was in bedroom ,also the water seeped through from the wall baseboards all over the bathroom .We had to use all our towels to soak up the water.We just got dressed and left .We then went to the office to complain and tell them about it .The gentleman on the desk didnt seem to care and when i said j felt i deserved to be compensated with a refund and he was definitely flabbergasted that i would even ask that .He took our email and he had my phone number and said he would talk to the owner or manager and get them to contact us but so far we have heard nothing .I would not stay there again .The actual grounds of the inn was very pretty and lovelt surroundings if you have time to enjoy it .Unfortunately we left early and went to our friends to finish getting cleaned up .

Stayed at this hotel while on an American road trip. Very convenient for Niagara Falls (about 30 minute drive) and surrounding area. Lockport also seemed nice and better to be a little away from the overly touristy Niagara Falls city. Hotel clean and comfortable with staff friendly and helpful. Coffee available in the morning although no breakfast option. Hotel is close to shops and restaurants. Room large enough for 3 adults. Easy parking at the hotel. Good value for money. I enjoyed the independent feel of this hotel.

This hotel is older but very clean and kept up very well. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and nicely furnished. They are well appointed with in house coffee, wine glasses, wine opener, glass coffee cups. It’s very drivable to some good restaurants.

Folks at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on a busy street but our room on the back of the property was very quiet - you wouldn't know the street was there. Our room was VERY spacious. The décor was a little dated to our tastes but perfectly acceptable. Everthing was extremely clean and there were nice touches such as a pair of wine glassed and and electric corkscrew at the ready. And I admit to using the recliner chair even though i don't have one at home. I like that this is a family owned business and will gladly stay with them again if I have occasion to revisit Lockport.

Both gentlemen that worked the front desk were exceptionally nice and even upgraded our room for us. It is close to shopping centres and stores, restaurants, parks and even a hiking trail. There was lots to do in and around the property. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic! I travel a lot, and this vintage motel was immaculate! Imagine this: real glasses and mugs... not plastic and paper! Matching furniture, comfy bed, coffee maker, fridge and microwave, too! The room was actually serviced next day, the bed made, fresh towels, too! The room was small but perfect for this solo traveler. The huge pool looked perfect and I wish I could have taken a dip! I can't wait to return! The landscaping alone reflected the pride the owners must take in this motel. Big chain motels should take lessons from this property! I've paid the same per night at other locations near or at tourist destinations, but I have never experienced such quality and care! While they do not offer a breakfast room, there are several options nearby. For the little "extra touches" I will gladly trade comfort and service for breakfast! Well done!👍👍👍

Hotel was very convenient for our visit to the canal. Staff was very friendly at check in and offered lots of info on local dining.. Hotel grounds are very nice and although rooms are a little dated they were very clean and comfy which is what is most important.

This is a locally family owned and operated hotel. I have stayed there several times and each time my stay was quite pleasant. The rooms are clean comfortable quiet and have all the amenities. The staff there even know me on a first name basis of all the times that I have stayed there

Property was ok. Nice decorations/statues/benches/gazebos around. Limited TV channels and poor reception. Parking in front of our suite was poor and the front desk person was not concerned. Room was clean. No dining on site. Jacuzzi tub was good with electric fireplace for ambiance. Stayed 2 nights to visit Niagara Falls.

I needed a getaway and this was just perfect! From the wonderful people at the front desk to everything I needed to just relax and rewind. In fact I wish I had booked two nights so I will be returning to use their welcoming pool! I had an economy room which is perfect for one or two people but they have larger rooms with Jacuzzis too and two beds. Many options for dining near by.....you are close to everything and far away from it all lol.

This motel was super clean. Rooms had great setup with nice furniture with flowers on the table and a local newspaper. Plenty of space. We liked the fact that there were chairs to sit on. Coffee was available in room and in office. It would be nice if a continental breakfast was included. Would stay here again.

The room was okay but the door locking mechanism needs to be updated to better security. The TV was terrible as it kept losing signal and it was very difficult to maneuver to determine what program was on. It was however very quiet.

Our shower had several hairs left in. Also the attendant changed me for my room and someone else’s room on Aug7. I still haven’t received my refund yet! Not very happy!
