Our family enjoyed our stay here. We only wish the pool had stayed open later than 10. We had been traveling all day and my children were looking forward to swimming, but unfortunately some traffic delays got us to the hotel at 9:40. Not many options for food in the area past 9pm. The hotel was clean and decently priced, so we would recommend staying here.

Clean and neat sight with adequate parking and 10 electric charging spaces for our plug-in hybrid car. Check in was handled easily by the friendly, knowledgeable and efficient front desk representative. Quiet area for sleeping but the road was very busy and noisy by 6:00 a.m. As expected, the free breakfast was easily accessible and had minimal but ample options available. All in all, a good overnight stop.

We only stayed for 1 night while visiting the Niagara Falls area. The room was clean and comfortable. Checkin was fast and easy and the staff were readily available to help and answer questions both at the front desk and in the breakfast area during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was good with several hot and cold options. We enjoyed the omelettes and self-service pancake station. The pool was clean and our 7 year old really enjoyed it. I wish the pool opened 1-2 hours earlier for the early risers who prefer to swim before breakfast. The fitness center is open 24/7 but the pool is only open from 9am to 10pm. There was a fan making a loudish noise right outside our room but once we went inside the room we could barely hear it especially when the a/c was on. We were on the 1st floor and could hear people walking on the floor above us which wasn't a big deal but did make it a little hard to fall asleep when they returned to their room in the middle of the night. The ceilings seemed higher than at most hotels but not as sound-proof. Our tv remote didn't work the first night and I got a replacement from the front desk but the second one also didn't work that well. However when we tried it the following morning it was fine so I don't know what was going on with that. We would still stay here again if we were visiting the area and probably request a room on the top floor.

The staff are super kind and accommodating, from the front desk staff and breakfast workers, to the cleaning people. Great breakfast, comfy beds, small pool, easy parking, competitive rates, lots of restaurants nearby, including NYBP across the street and Tim Hortons super close. Easy access to Millersport and 990. Would stay here again!

The hotel was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Niagara Falls. The breakfast was good but the lady that attends the breakfast area is what makes the experience great. She is so friendly and attentive. The hotel appears to have been either built or remodeled fairly recently because everything looked updated. I especially enjoyed the fact that they use dove products in their bathrooms. The only negative thing that I would have to say was the pool. I know that they have to keep it clean and disinfected, but the amount of chlorine was a little overwhelming. It even caused one of us to get a very bad eye irritation and at one point I had to step out because the smell was making it hard for me to breathe. I would still recommend this place and would definitely go back if needed. There’s not really much to do in the immediate area but we still had places to eat and go shopping if needed.

This hotel in Lockport is just minutes away from the Erie Canal locks. It's was about a 25 minute drive to Niagara Falls. We enjoyed the hot and yummy breakfast, the clean rooms and the excellent service. We were a group of 2 adults and a 16 and 17 year old and stayed in a King + sofa suite. There was plenty of room for our twin blow up mattress, once the coffee table was moved.

When hotel of similar level up the street had all of its workers suddenly quit, we had to make new reservations on the fly. This hotel suddenly got much busier than anticipated as all those trying to check into the other place also try to book nearby hotels. The staff here was friendly and professionally and we were able to get into our room rather quickly due to the circumstances out of their control.

Realized my son's school wasnt staying here 30 minutes after we check in. Front desk staff was too busy checking in other guest that she barely listened to our issue. Very quickly stated that she can't help accommodate us because it is after check out already. Well yeah of course, check out is 12 pm and check in is 3 pm. The property was great but I wish staff were a bit more compassionate.

I have just had a horrible experience at your Lockport NY location. I booked a stay this past weekend for my mother who has Stage 4 breast cancer. Upon check out they charged me $75 claiming my mother made a hole in the wall. My mother can barely walk, let alone put a hole in drywall! The staff was incredibly rude, and refused to waive the $75 fee. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service I received, and will never book with them again!! Shame on this hotel!!

It seems to be every place these days but they were very short staffed. Nobody was at the front desk in the evening - I just wanted a plastic fork so I could eat my left over salad. Not a big deal. But the toilet wouldn't quit running around 9 p.m. and my room phone didn't work to call the front desk and nobody was there when I went down. I finally fixed it myself - until the next time. Nobody cleaned the rooms ( I rented 2) and we were told scheduled people didn't show up. We just asked for the trash to be emptied, more tp & towels from the maid. Breakfast was very good and plenty of food even though there was quite a few people. I was impressed.

The entire staff was incredibly friendly and exceptionally accommodating. Breakfast was good, as far as a free hotel breakfast goes. The hotel was decently clean, but could use a good deep cleaning. It was in incredibly good repair and seemed very new. We stayed here to visit Niagara Falls and it was conveniently located for that purpose, but out of the direct hustle and bustle of the tourism. However, it is very much in the middle of nowhere. I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

This was our second weekend in a row staying at this location and it was even better. Our room was a lot cleaner and there was no moldy smell in the shower. We loved the bedding and spaciousness of the hotel in general. Breakfast was fantastic and fully-stocked with a variety of foods and hot protein which is especially important to us.

This location is hands-down the best Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed in. It's only five years old and looks brand new. It's spacious and clean, with great pillows! Most importantly, the breakfast is vast with a nice variety of hot protein. We'll be returning to this hotel and highly recommend it!
