A great stay and great area but parking was 65 dollars a night.

Room was good. Small pool and they allow day passes which takes the loungers from actual hotel guest. Bar staff not attentive at lobby bar

Nice property, but definitely room for improvement. Lobby restaurant had terrible service on multiple occasions. The day passes around the Fins pool crowded it out for hotel, guests, and the music did not suit the demographic of the hotel guests. Rooms were nice, however, and the location was great. We could walk to everything.

Nice hotel, but $65 for parking per night and$28 resort fee per night on top of the price of the room seems a bit much. Still charged the resort fee even though the rooftop pool and patio area was closed for maintenance. When asked about it the said the cost is for the COMPLIMENTARY welcome package.

The bar was disgusting had gnat catchers under the draft beer dispenser. Gross and property was run down. Pool was not heated.

Overall it was OK. I expected more from Margaritaville. Dining areas were not the cleanest. The pool was sooooo dirty. There should be hotel staff on pool deck because people were doing whatever they wanted. Drinks spilling in the pool, eating IN THE pool.

Love the beachy feel, even though it’s Nashville… like vacationing in two different places at once! Great pool area! Two restaurants and Starbucks on site… convenient! Walking distance to all our destinations! Great workout room!

The hotel is in a great location, and shares the vibe of other Margaritaville resorts we've stayed at. Where it dissapoints is the pool area, which is unfortunate. Even mid week the small pool was simply packed far beyond the posted capacity allowed. We found through conversation the resort was selling 40 plus day passes a day, making it impossible for those staying there to enjoy the amenities which are charged extra via a mandatory resort fee on top of the room rates. All in all a good stay, but lack of control over the pool area would keep us from coming back.

The hotel is super clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top notch. The outdoor restaurant was the highlight; great vibe, and the live music made the whole experience unforgettable. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

The restaurant in the lobby was great, pool side restaurant had good service but food was not so good. The pool had like 20 chairs for a huge hotel, it was impossible to find a chair if we didn’t go in line 30min before the pool opened. Sheets were not fitted and constantly came out of the bed while sleeping, kind of gross. Charged 25$/day but didn’t come clean one of the days, said they would change our sheets after three days, they did not. Overall location is amazing for broadway, and clean hotel

Great location and helpful, friendly staff, our only issue was room cleanliness (stains on the curtains, dirty/sticky rugs on each side of the bed we covered with towels to walk on).

Rooms our not very clean. Floors were dirty and had not been mopped in sometime it appeared and had to ask for our sheets to be changed.When we pulled back the comforter the sheets were dirty.

We had a great stay! We loved how close it was to all the main attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we enjoyed a Sunday afternoon at the pool. Would recommend and stay again our next time in Nashville!

This is my “Nashville hotel” when I come for meetings for my job. It’s a 3 min drive to my office and in a great area. Rooms are big and clean.

I was in the hotel for one week and couldn’t get housekeeping one time. I will have to say this is the one reason out group might not return. 13 rooms booked and not one of us got housekeeping

Rooms were very nice and quite large. Bathroom was bright and shower pressure was good. Our only complaint was that if you weren’t out of your room when they came around in the morning for housekeeping, they would not come back. We had to call and ask. And on those days, they did not empty our trash bins, which were all full. Also, they did not replenish the facial cleansing wipes, even after I asked if we could get more the next day. Staff was good, though, and pool was really nice.

Our room was near the pool so quite noisy at times , housekeeping forgot to service our room one day and got told by staff that we had to request if we wanted service?? Never ever in 40 years travelling have we ever had to ask for room service. Complained and they did credit my account $50 so that was ok 👍

The location was good. The cleanliness of the room was not cleaned well. The fitted sheets were not even on the beds. Also the room had a sewage odor the 2 nights we were there. The air circulation in the room was not working well. This hotel has gone down from the last time we have stayed.

Everything was fabulous except for the floor in the room was filthy. Our feet and socks were black. Other than that it was amazing!

I was a little disappointed in the shape of the hotel rooms. Plug-ins were loose and plugs would not stay in, thermostat was inaccurate, no shower doors, no bathroom locks, and ALOT of road noise. You also need to budget for parking because you are basically forced to pay valet at $57/night since the only other parking is public and it runs $45/night. Expected above average for Margaritaville, but was only par at best!

Walls are very thin but location is good.

Everything was ok, but no door on the shower. Very cold and horrible design as the floor gets super wet as well

Room 1017…What can I say? For the price of this room I would have thought the couch and rug wouldn’t have looked stained up like furniture in a daycare. The toilet was loose. The sink drained slow. The vanity was loose. The bathroom floor had some kind of dried gunk on it that made it look dirty. Caulk was missing in the shower which is resulting in black growth. Having bars on site were nice but just as pricy as the strip. Had to change seats at Fins because a strong vomit like smell was wafting in the air which is usually from something dirty like a drain or drink station. Great service all over the property though. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The hotel is a great concept but maintenance seems to be lacking.

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Easy walk to lower broadway!

I wished the curtains in the room closed all the way. I wish there was a shower door or something to keep the floor from getting wet.

Room had a few broken lights, towel holders. The JWB Grill staff was rude and not froendly atcall

Main problem we had with the hotel was lack of hot water to shower. We stayed 3 nights and the 1st night was like warm and the other 2 nights were completely cold.

Property was fine, the best part was the convenience of the area. The staff was absolutely terrible. Very rude front desk from check in to during the day to at night. We were even swore at by an employee. Every person we encountered was extremely unpleasant. Our bartender in the main floor bar was nice, however the upstairs at the pool bar everyone seemed to be inconvenienced and annoyed when you went up to order. The pool was also very cloudy and gross. Tried calling after our stay to get my receipt as it was never emailed like they said they would and I wanted to see what my extra charges were and when I did finally get ahold of someone they were just as rude as the front desk. Still waiting for a call back from a supervisor which I’m sure won’t happen. If you are looking for a friendly atmosphere and a place you want to know what your money is going towards this is not the place.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. Was within walking distance to Broadway and local attractions. I will say, the female bartenders at JWB were pretty rude and disinterested in customer service. As such we only visited the restaurant/bar twice and that was more than enough for us. We would rather take our business elsewhere where it seemed appreciated.

The staff was immediately something we noticed upon checking in. Great. Friendly. Helpful.

I’ve stayed at three other Margaritaville locations, all three in different states. This was my least favorite. check-in was fine, and fast. When I did not like his immediately upon checking in, I was haggled to “complete my check-in” by giving my drivers license and telephone number to a separate kiosk of people so that I might “get to local attractions“ I live close to Nashville so I wasn’t interested, then I realized it was actually a timeshare situation and told them I was “not interested, but thank you.” While the manager stood there and looked at me, the fellow talking to me said “are you sure!? it’s a great deal!” And continue to try to sell me on it. I said I’m not going to use them, I’m good but thank you! And finally had to just walk away. We checked in right at 4 o’clock, went to our room and although the majority of it was clean, there were several stains I noticed and took pictures of as soon as I got in the room. we went right up to the pool thinking since it was midday, it probably would not be as busy, we were wrong. It was absolutely packed with people! There were no chairs to sit around the pool and almost no room to get in the pool so we went back downstairs and decided to head to town. The bed was not comfortable whatsoever and I could immediately tell as soon as I woke up the next morning! When I turned on the shower, after it took a few minutes to finally warm up, the water pressure was junk! So my shower experience was definitely quick. Overall, 6/10.

We had a great experience at the hotel. Staff were very attentive and efficient. We came down to front desk about water pressure in shower. Before we even got back to room they had the shower head replaced! We were so surprised and Thankful!

It took forever to check in. They only had one person checking in guests. One on the vacation property and one on the Hotel property. Both sides should be able to help each other out and check in ALL guests! There was a problem with the reservation for the guests in front of us. The vacation property had 3 people standing around doing nothing, while the other line was 5 or more guests deep. Then the homeless in the alley behind the facility. A guy lying in the street for over an hour before the police and ambulance showed up. We thought the gentleman was dead. Very sad and disappointing in both situations.

Staff was rude and not helpful with anything. Would not help get my rewards information in the system nor help with late check out after our flight was delayed. Worst service and attitudes I have experienced at this level of hotel.

Very convenient to downtown. Loved being able to walk. General Manager Morgan was awesome and check in was very easy. This is my 2nd year staying here for CMA Fest. Will certainly stay again

Slow service dropping car off at valet parking. Slow service checking in at desk (only one desk clerk). 25 minutes to check in.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Lots of homeless all over Nashville sadly. We were shocked with the cost of parking which was more then advertised. Location was great, pool was a great way to cool off and take a break from Broadway

Great location to explore Nashville with pretty much everything walkable. A nice surprise with the welcome margaritas. Pool was lovely for a few hours to break the day up. I would definitely stay here again.

Very conveniently located next to the Music City Convention center. Pool area was great, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Super clean and beautiful property. The staff was friendly and very informative! We enjoyed our stay and wished we could of stayed longer. The breakfast at JWB Grill was outstanding! Coffee was delicious! Starbucks right on property was super convenient.

Staff was very nice, however the bars and restaurants close way too early . The rooftop bar was closing at 10 o’clock.

I’ve been to a few Margaritavilles in FL. Blown away by the pool and amenities. Clean clean clean. The opposite experience at Nashville. The pool area is filthy. The pool is filthy. Bar food is mediocre. The restaurant of 1st floor was very good and bartender was great. We needed to add a room and the front desk could not figure out how to do It. I went online to Expedia which was cheaper than the hotel website. So odd.

Nice hotel. Gnats in restaurant we’re bothersome

The hotel staff was amazing! The 2 negatives were the food in the restaurant and the shower water was never hot enough for me.
