This is a very bad experience. We arrived at Bufaro Airport and called the hotel to ask for a shuttle pick us up at the hotel, but the hotel shuttle took a long time to arrive. What's more ridiculous is that when we went to the airport the next day, the shuttle driver actually drove away before we unloaded our luggage from the car and the back door was closed. Knowing that we shouted at the driver, he stopped the shuttle.

Checking in was super easy. I prechecked prior to arriving filling out all the information and providing my identification. When I arrived, all I had to do was grab my key at the front desk and head to my room. There was an available airport shuttle. I requested a 0500 shuttle to the airport. When I came out in the morning the shuttle was ready and a very friendly driver took me quickly to the airport. Overall, I will stay their again in the future.

This hotel did not offer shuttle to airport that's only problem with this property. Newly remodeled and perfect for an overnight stay but you must have a car to get to restaurants down the street

Only was there for one night. Place smelled of marijuana which was not good when having children staying with you. Transportation to airport was confusing. Couldn’t keep car in their parking lot. Staff was friendly and it all worked out.

We go in and the sheets had stains and there was dried up ketchup on the floor we mention it to the desk people and they said there wasnt any other room available offered a refund but i seen in app said no refund at all mention that to the desk person and they told us to get in contact with ypu guys for further assistance

We arrived at this hotel on Saturday Aug 30th. Needless to say we will never be returning again. First the lady at the front desk seemed very overwhelmed with her workload as she was the only staff working the entire property. We witnessed her cut people off on the phone and hang up on them. Check in was okay but very disorganized. Once we headed to our room we were greeted with a hallway that stunk of smoke. Once we got inside our room the pillows had black makeup stains on them, the sheets had a blood stain on one bed, rotting food left on the window ledge and some substance smeared on the bathroom walls. The overall cleanliness of the room was filthy and we questioned if it was actually cleaned prior to our arrival. We went down to the front desk to ask to change rooms and we’re told the hotel was fully booked. No cleaning staff on site and no managers present. The woman at the front desk wanted to see the issues so she came up and started pulling pillow cases off the pillows and said this was the best she could do because there was no housekeeping working. We asked her why this room was in such distress and she replied “it’s disgusting and she wouldn’t even stay there.” We ended leaving the hotel and we were not able to find another and Expedia didn’t offer to assist us now that we were stranded without a room so we drove 4 hours home to Canada that evening. This hotel offered no other room, no accommodation, no service and no refunds. Please avoid this property!!

The room was not clean. Two of the five pillows were missing a pillowcase and were stained yellow. Pulled back the sheets to find long, black human hair all over the sheets. The side tables were greasy. There was no soap in the room. When we complained, the staff said they would bring us new sheets. The non-smoking room also smelled of pot.

We arrived late in the evening after driving 14 hours. Our room was filthy. There was urine on the bathroom floor; one bed had blood on the sheet and the other had hair under the blankets and the floor was so sticky I didn't want to put my 4 and 11 pound dogs on the floor. Went to the front desk and was told we could switch rooms, ironically, when we went to room 212, there was also hair under the blankets and that room was dirtier than our first room. I was advised there was no where else to go in the hotel. I requested a refund and was told a manger would have to do it in the morning. Had we not driven 14 hours and were exhausted, we would have left. Absolutely disgusting. Next morning, i was advised by the assistant manager he "could not issue a refund" and that "corporate does not authorize us to do so", but he would refund $25.00 as half the pet fee. I was also told to email the Owner, Shivat Patel, but received no response and no refund in any form or manner.

There was hairs on the bottom sheet, clearly dirty, & the duvet was grey, especially at the edges were people touch it. If you can't present a clean room, didn't bother opening. Staff was doing all they could. Huge issue is the lock on the side(parking lot) door...clearly damaged bc of breakin attempt, tried i fix it but door didn't shut& latch, posing more risk bc then anyone can walk in!!! Will not be returning with out major repairs on your part. Just not clean or safe! These are BASIC to hotel operations

This hotel is fine for a quick 1 night stay. Not many amenities, couldn’t find the gym. The room itself was very dark. The A/C unit was not keeping the room cool, although set to 63 degrees. Bedding was scratchy. Shower had nice soaps but water pressure was either a jet or a sprinkle. Would not stay here for multiple days.

The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. They were high off the floor - climbing into bed was indeed climbing into bed. The wall are very thin however and you could easily hear people next door. The woke us up at 2 AM. This is not the motel's fault however.

Beds were awful made squeaky loud noises every time you moved or rolled over, very uncomfortable. Moved from the first room, second room wasn’t any better. Blow drying my hair in the morning to go to a funeral and it blew a fuse so I was in the dark. I had to wait for them to come and fix it to finish and get ready.

It would have been better if the AC was working all night instead shutting down intermittently even though it was not set on auto Also the shower glass door did not close completely which spilled water on the floor. Beds are a little high for kids.

Very loud people entering and exiting apartments past midnight kept us awake. The doors need to be made quieter instead of the loud mechanical thud and door crash with every exit. Having bathroom light switch outside the bathroom means every time you enter or exit at night will wake up others at night. Lite switch needs to be inside the bathroom so not to disturb others.

Hotel was generally clean. Beds were HORRIBLE. It had a metal base that creaked every time you moved. We also asked for extra pillows three times and never did receive them over our two night stay. Breakfast was ok. Not many tabes and guests had to sit in the lounge and had no tables to eat on. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean but the remodel that took place was poorly done. Toilet was not not installed properly, the flooring was cracked & had sharp edges exposed right in the middle of the main walkway between the bathroom and bed area, towel bar was hanging off of the wall, a big piece of the floor modeling was lose and hanging off the wall about a foot or so and the air conditioning unit made some pretty weird noises when the condenser would kick on so it was hard to sleep. The metal frame that was under the mattress was very high and made a metal-on-metal rubbing sound when you moved. The breakfast was good but the young man restocking the food was not wearing gloves all of the time and had a terrible body odor that was very strong and unpleasant. The hotel was sold out, so he was very busy but the odor was so bad, that we took our food back to our room to eat.

Couldn’t stay there due to the hotel room door being broken. The staff member (yes they only had one person working there on a Saturday at prime check in) was unbelievably rude, tried to say it was OK that the door wouldn’t shut and that we’d still get charged for the room. Was combative and acted like it was an inconvenience to even ask for maintenance to look at it. Left the hotel and had to make several phone calls to try and get a refund. Was left to find a hotel last minute. Awful experience.

Antwon was very helpful and checked us in quickly.He ensured that the breakfast area was well-stocked and clean while also attending to guests checking in and out. His hard work is evident in the effort he puts into all of his roles there. He even made popcorn at 2:00PM which was a nice touch! Overall, it was a pleasant stay while visiting Buffalo State University.

Everything was nice and clean, Kim was very tentative and detail oriented! Michelle our shuttle driver was amazing as well! The breakfast was ok but the guy in charge of breakfast who’s name I forgot was very courteous and pay close attn to when things were getting low such the bread the eggs the juice! Overall we enjoy our stay!!

Our stay at the Wyndham Hotel was very good. The room was clean and had a mini refrigerator and a microwave which helped with food for lunches and dinner etc. The reception was clean and the breakfast area very well kept. The location is very close for the airport and for local shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay again here.

Airport pickup takes a bit but overall does the job. The rooms are very outdated with holes and broken furniture. The bed and shower (the important things) are top notch and nothing to complain about. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options. Decent stay for the price, went as a female solo traveler and it was safe.

Very clean hotel with super friendly staff. Just 25 mins to Niagara falls and next to buffalo airport. Will want to stay here again. Convenient check in and check out. The staff goes out of the way to help you and make things easy for you and always have a smile on the face for you. They also have a great breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was yummy, and there was coffee, juice, yogurt and fruit available at all hours. The bed was very comfy, however, it was very high. I had recently hurt my back, and found it a bit difficult (comically so) to get into the bed. The bed may be too high for someone with mobility issues.
