The staff and services were great, there was always someone available. And everyone was friendly. The weekend was busy and a lot of us wanted to swim but unfortunately the pool was “being cleaned”, the staff said it would open at 10am Saturday morning. But no one was able to swim, because the pool, stayed closed the entire weekend, up until Monday, the day we left, it was still locked. The breakfast could get a little better also.

The hotel was fine. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would not recommend staying here to anyone who plans to use the gym. This gym did not meet the standards I am used to at a Hyatt Place. The room did not appear to be regularly maintained. Though several weeks past the spring time change, the clock wasn’t moved forward. The air conditioning didn’t work and a box fan was running in its place. The peloton bike appeared to be brand new but was not plugged in and would not turn on when I plugged it in. The treadmill was rickety. Several free weights were missing. There were no floor mats. There was a place for water and cups but both were out. Theresa handful of towels and several dirty towels on the hamper.

Overall amazing experience and stay! However the elevator broke while we stayed there and we had to use the flight of stairs that had NO A/C, that was tough! I will also suggest that at the elevators and hallways there is no AC on , so waiting for the elevator when it did work was uncomfortable.

Receptionist was nice and very welcoming. The rooms are nice size and clean. Breakfast was okay I'm not really a breakfast person but I did grab some oatmeal and it was delicious. The only downfall was no microwave in the rooms but they do provide a microwave in the hotel for guest. I would definitely stay again as I love how quiet it was Thank you.

The hotel was conveniently located. They had a bar but never open. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday and mainly stayed here due to it having a bar. We asked both days and the lady at the counter said it would be open. The rooms smelled like mildew.

The property itself was fine, nothing super special, but that is OK and what I expected. The description online said in the amenities that they had a bar, but the bar was actually just a few barstools on the side of the room attached to the check-in counter, and the desk agent was the person also acting as a bartender, so the bar vibe, wasn’t there, which is something that I enjoy, especially when traveling alone, having a safe and close place to hang out again before I go to bed.

We chose this hotel to the Kansas City, Chiefs and Dallas Cowboys game. Pictures are not what they seem like on the Hotels.com website. The bar is very little and your treat selection is very minimum. We tried to get some drinks from the front desk who is supposed to be the bartender, I guess as well . We were given attitude each time we order a drink. The breakfast was horrible . The selection was the same every day with a minimal selection.

Staff was great. Room was outdated compared to photos advertised online. Lighting was terrible. Carpet was filthy and stained. Mold in the shower. Headboard was covered with head grease and fingerprints. Bed was crazy uncomfortable and noisy. AC unit was noisy and rattled all night every night. Food wasn’t too bad and staff was really friendly.

The hotel looked clean and nice. We stayed one night and left the next morning. After we got home we found we were covered in bug bites on our legs and arms. This hotel has bed bugs not a couple. It had to be several. Atleast 20 bites on each of us. We also found a bedbug in our luggage.

I booked this room because it was going to Chris Brown concert. Checked in at 3:10ish. Went upstairs and I died on the inside. The rooms are very dated and the carpet was filthy. I called downstairs and they apologized and offered to move me. Next room same complaints. I got dressed went to concert came back and now driving 3hrs 20 mins home because I refuse to sleep in somewhere I can walk barefooted.For the price it was not worth it. I anm not over exaggerating my experience. Disappointed mostly because it’s a Hyatt brand and the price. I have pictures..

The staff was nice and the room design was great. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and the floor had not been cleaned (spills in the carpet, food particles) and bugs. A couple of my towels had been moved from the normal room clean position, so I don't know what happened. A good carpet clean and a new mattress in that room would bring up the rating quite a bit.

Overall was ok. First night was the worst. Air conditioner very noisy. Put it on off and still continued to be very noisy. Didn’t sleep at all that first night. Worst part I asked to speak to the manager and never attempted to speak to me. I will not ever stay here again. Manager didn’t take the time.

Property was great. Loved the room. So spacious and clean. Had me on top floor on the back being a single occupant. Night view was nice. Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was good. I was late getting down, but still had a decent plate of food. (Sausages were tasty). I just happened to catch a room here for the concert at Globe after having to change hotels at the last minute. Will recommend for concert friends.

My daughter and I stayed from Friday to Monday and day one we had hot water then we did not have hot water again until Sunday night. Staff was pleasant but had no idea what was happening so I was given room keys to other floors so I can check if those floors had hot water. Which they didn't. Was told no manager on staff. Very disappointed because my daughter will be attending college close by and I would have made this the hotel of choice.

The hotel lobby was nice and clean, and the front desk staff was courteous, which I greatly appreciated. While the room was clean, I did experience a couple of issues. The TV didn’t work, but that was not a concern since I was only there for one night to attend a concert. However, the tub did not drain properly, and I had to shower with standing water. I informed the front desk about this on the morning of my checkout.

Closet doors didn’t work and that was the only full length mirror that was in the hotel. The sink wasn’t draining. A few bugs found in the bathroom, no USB port only at the night stand area. Would recommend Changing out the outlets to add USB ports Bed was comfy,

We arrived at property to a long line at 2 am and found they had oversold the rooms by 33 so our room we had prepaid 2 months prior was gone and many people sleeping in the lobby. So we did not stay with them and had to find another hotel. Not a good experience. So we did receive a refund from Expedia, but I am hesitant to book a Hyatt Place again.

Sheets appeared worn in room. Check in clerk said there where no other available rooms. Which I did not believe but I was so tired at that point we accepted the room. Clerk was rude, disrespectful & unacomodating. Very poor service level.

Upon Arrival I Was Not Greeted The Over Night Clerk Was Not Customer Service Friendly The First Room Smelly. Dirty. Leaking. Stains. Hot. No Working Phone 615 I Believe Went And Told Her Everything She Pretended Like She Was Concerned And Writing Everything Down Little Did I Know She Wasn’t Worried About Anything I Had To Say Gave Me A Different Room 628 That Room Hair In The Shower Toilet Wasn’t Cleaned And The Room Tag Was Barely Hanging On Called For A Refund They Rejected It Manager Never Called Me Back And Whomever Took My Call Very Rude All In All I Would Never Recommend This Hotel Horrible Experience First Time Ever Having An Experience Like This

The hotel charged our card before we arrived. One room was supposed to be on another card on check-in. No one could figure out how to refund the extra charged room. The manager shannon, said it was because of Zhotels.com, she couldn’t give the refund

Had a GREAT experience upon walk in! Was able to check in early because the room was already available. The front desk staff the whole stay were personable, helpful with suggestions, and overall a blast to talk to. Some guests were extremely messy, including tracking water from the pool everywhere. Staff was on top of it! They were constantly cleaning up behind these messy guests. Would definitely stay here again should I come to the area.

The staff was incredibly kind, polite, professional and fun. They went out of their way to be helpful and did it with a smile. The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The parking lot was not well lit on the sides or in the back of the property.

Carpet around the ac in room was soaking wet. There is no way this happened just after the room was cleaned. It had to be an ongoing problem that housekeeping didn’t notice or report which lead me to believe the room had t been cleaned thoroughly. The parking was very limited due to the hotel exterior being repainted. The area around hotel didn’t feel safe after dark at all.

Front desk staff were very nice. There was no coffee at the peak of breakfast and it didn’t appear that anyone was monitoring the breakfast area. The area was convenient but unappealing and there were lots of empty beer cans in the front yard of the hotel.
