Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Ctr

The facility was very clean, great staff when I checked in. The only draw back was the hidden fees that was revealed to me after I was there. Parking fees that was not disclosed when making reservations.

Great hotel and great staff. The only complaints are: 1) while the coffee shop has a couple of options, the restaurant is closed for lunch, and there aren't any decent options nearby for someone who has a quick window. 2) The coffee shop's espresso machine was out of order for all four days... this is not difficult to get fixed if you care to fix.

Was told I could check in to my room early but this didn’t happen. There could have been better directions to get to and from the parking garage from the staff. There were a few times I got a little turned around.

I just think it is unfair that they charge guests $30 to park in the garage. That should be included in the stay.

Overcharge! I stayed 2 nights while they charged me 4 days overnight parking!

Not happy aboutvthe 30 dollar per car charge to park on the property....

The hotel is huge but lacks places to eat inside. There are good restaurants in the vicinity but still a hotel this size should offer more eating options. The only coffee shop closes early too.

Not so good. First night, we called to get rid of ants on top of the refrigerator cabinet. Next morning, there was no bath gel in the bath. We requested it to be replenished during the day when were out. When we came back at night, there was still no bath soap. We called to get bath soap, we were given hand soap. The guy that delivered it said that's all they have.

the rooms were defiantly very clean, the bathroom was also very clean and that feeling of comfort in the room was unique. it was pretty quiet. even though I only spent 1 night I really enjoyed my stay, checking in and checking out was really simple and staff was super friendly. but best part of my stay, my cozy bed I had the best sleep, the pillows were amazing. defiantly will book again even for a staycation.

There was mold in the ice from the 8th floor ice machine and I was overcharged for parking.

Room was spotless. The coffee maker did not work properly but there was a Starbucks in the lobby.

Absolutely filthy hotel that desperately needs updating but most of all CLEANING. I wish I’d taken pictures of the dust and stains all over the carpet, the rusted fixtures and filthy shower curtain. You all have got to be kidding me. I would NEVER spend money to stay here again. I called to request towels just after checking in but never received an answer LOL. The front office staff was kind enough to comp four of the fees and everyone who we encountered was very kind. I feel sorry for them that they have to work at a seriously dirty hotel.

I found a cockroach and the next day I had about 10 bites of an unknown insect on my back. Also the fridge was broken and when we opened it smelled terrible

We had a wedding anniversary event here and it was really nice. The staff was super helpful and very patient throughout the process. The only thing I did not like was the first room that I was assigned to smelled like straight URINE. I was thoroughly disgusted. I received a text from someone asking how everything went with check in and I responded with my concerns. They advised me to go to the front desk and request another room. I went and I was immediately assisted and given another room. It was much nicer and smelled normal, so I appreciated that they were able to find something else for me. It was room 649 if anyone wants to know!

The room was extremely comfortable: the bed and pillows were lovely! The bath was newly renovated and the water pressure in the shower was terrific. I highly recommend this hotel.

A typical good stay, except it seemed some guests on my floor were smoking in their rooms. The stench was coming into my room through the AC. The cable channels aren't numerous, so the ones that are there have to work. Unfortunately, some channels haven't worked for a couple of months. I have mentioned it to the staff, but the problem remains.

A loud party was going on Saturday night in the middle. The music was so loud that the bass was shaking the walls of our room. I went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. It didn't stop until 10:04pm. My mother in law was with with us. We traveled from several states away for a funeral. She got not sleep that night, and was visibly and emotionally shaken for the next 2 days! Terrible and inexcusable!

Very nice hotel next to Metro Red Line (Twinbrook Station is right behind hotel) Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Parking is very easy in and out of the underground parking garage (Fee is $30 per day) Only complaint is the A/C unit in our particular room did not cool very well. Would not go below 74 degrees.

The room was very clean and the bedding/ very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had an "inner room" so there was no window to natural light. If this is important to you, make sure to specify. Room service was quick and tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were nice. The rooms however could get noisy as it was easy to hear other guests when they made noise

The bed was so clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The room was up to date, in design and environment. The hotel is grand and gorgeous. It has changed hands a lot over the years . Hilton’s version of the hotel is great!

Due to a power outage, I stayed one night with my partner, and one night alone in two different rooms. The first room the first night appeared to be a bit older, and the carpeting might need a refresh the second night the room appeared to perhaps have been upgraded more recently But both rooms were incredibly quiet. One of the quietest hotels that I have stayed in for quite some time.

The staff was very friendly. The location is close to a Safeway grocery store and multiple dining options.I travelled alone and felt safe.

The staff us always attenti w. They greet you when you walk in the door. We have an annual reunion and they remember us from year to year.

The front desk staff were amazing. However, the lady tending the bar was extremely rude and gave off an uncomfortable vibe. I moved away from the DMV area several years and travel into the area annually for work. During my stay I decided to meet up with an old friend at the bar. It was around 9:30pm -10pm when I sat down at the bar. The bartender looked in my direction and blatantly ignored me. I waited patiently at the bar for 5-10mins until my friend arrived. When he was seated, she walked over and asked what we would like. At this point I was angry and felt like I was being discriminated. I did not vocalize my feelings because I was emotional about it and did not want to antagonize the issue with emotion. After taking our orders, she asked if it was going to be separate checks. I responded that separate checks was fine and my guest responded to place my order onto his. She went to the register and created separate checks. My looked at me puzzled because of how she was treating me. I told him not to worry about it and gave her my card to pay. While my guest and I conversed over drinks, she frequently looked my direction giving me dirty looks. We eventually had enough and took our drinks to my room. I’m not sure if this person was having an off day, but her behavior was extremely off putting. I recommended coaching this lady on friendliness and customer service. Outside of that extremely uncomfortable interaction, I had a good stay.

We spent three nights recently at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville Hotel & Executive Meeting Ctr. Location was very convenient to visiting relatives in Potomac and to BWI. Check-in was flawless. Our request not to be located near elevators, stairwells, or ice machines was easily met. Our bell captain was most excellent in helping us move luggage to the room and acquainting us with the room and the hotel, and later the business center. Internet connectivity worked without problems.Housekeeping was very responsive to two requests. The only downside was some noise in Room 656. When cycling, the in-room heating/ cooling unit was so loud as to interfere with tv listening. Inconsiderate guests two rooms away,(attendees of a conference in the center,) decided reconvene, not in their rooms, but in the hall outside our room loudly late night. A Safeway is located across a side street for snacks and drinks. Small refrigerator in the room. We would stay there again, but first check to determine if a large conference was in play during our stay.

The staff made this stay perfect. They couldn’t be kinder and more helpful. Maintenance was immediately responsive on two occasions….tv not working….cable issue. The maintenance person found us a new room and assisted in moving our belongings….he stated he wanted us settled before he left for the day. James Nau was extremely kind and helpful over our stay of 3 nights .

Check in was easy and staff was pleasant and made sure our stay was good

Very close to metro station and thus very convenient.

Close to where I needed to be, easy access from Metro Twinbrook, grocery store, gas station, nice restaurant within a block if not next to hotel

My husband and I have stayed here before, but it wasn't a Hilton then. The updated lobby and bar/restaurant is very nice. The hotel is big and quiet. It's location on Rockville Pike next to the Twinbrook metro station are spot-on.

Best option in the area. Walking distance to great food...across the street. Transit to DC also convenient and probably better option than driving considering the insane traffic.

Great front desk service, comfortable bed, and close to metro station. Can get to DC easily. A lot of dining options close by (especially by car). A good option for a business or personal trip. The hotel was a good venue for a conference. When navigating, it was a bit confusing to find the main entrance and exit to the metro (would be beneficial to have more signs in and around the hotel). Felt stressed with the parking fee policy but was able to not be charged in the end by speaking to the parking attendant.

Excellent but with two caveats - 1) AC unit unusually noisy, and 2) there is a gap between when the coffee shop closes and Olives opens and the vending section by the front desk doesn’t cut it. Consider keeping the coffee shop open longer. Otherwise quiet, clean, beautiful bathrooms and room decor.

It was quiet, restaurant had very good food, very spacious and clean. Rooms were large and looked nice.
