Overall, my experience at the Cambria Hotel was good. The staff was friendly, helpful, and well-informed. The main issue was the parking. The hotel parking area is on level G4 of the parking garage, but this is not clearly marked. Unless you specifically ask, you may not know where you are supposed to park, which could potentially result in parking in the wrong level of the garage and then being towed. The designated parking area itself is also very limited and difficult to maneuver in. One handicapped parking space was completely occupied by construction debris/materials. Another parking space also contained construction materials, including boxes that appeared to have been there for some time based on the visible water damage. Combined with another vehicle parked nearby, this made it extremely difficult to turn around or get into an available space. The garage in general is also very tight. At one point, I was nearly hit head-on by another vehicle whose driver was not paying attention. The hotel itself and the staff left a positive impression, but the parking situation really needs improvement. At a minimum, the hotel should provide much clearer signage and instructions showing guests exactly where to park and ensure that designated spaces, especially handicapped spaces, are kept clear. Ideally, finding a more accessible and easier-to-navigate parking option for guests would significantly improve the overall experience.

Pool and hot tub open only 11-7 on weekends but 10-8 during the week. This was the only real problem we had with this location. We like to relax after being out for the day and this wasn't late enough

I had a good stay. The staff didn't interact as much as they have in the past but all in all, everything went well.
