The place was OK but very dingy the pool area extremely dirty, both water and place cold our room had broken window

The hotel staff was great, the room was great. The only issue or concern I had was the stains in the tub. That’s the only reason I could not give excellent all around.

There was no Oatmilk as there is at all other Hyatt’s nationwide. The kitchen staff was rude and dismissive. Our Room trash was emptied, the towels were refolded off the floor and the bed was not changed or made. The ice from the machine on the third floor tasted moldy.
