The location was amazing. The parking is limited so make sure to book asap. $10. The AC was great. . Tv was good. The bad.. the elevator was broke and we were on the 5th floor. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. Down up down up.The laundry listed is in a basment dungeon that is wet and dark. It costs 4$. The check in time was listed at 4 but it was closer to 5. The shower is beat up and you have to hold up the hose to get your head.

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre ville. Les lits procurent un confort normal. Le parking de l'hôtel est indispensable parce que le stationnement dans le centre ville est payant. Seulement moins d'une dizaine de places en extérieur est disponible pour une voiture normale : la rampe d'accès au sous-sol comporte un virage très serré ainsi qu'une pente assez raide ( faire très attention au carter de la voiture )

The apartment we stayed in had plenty of space. However, it was in much need of updates. It’s very old. Many of the lamps were half missing. The floor was stained everywhere. The staff and location are great. If you use the parking garage, beware! It’s very difficult to get out if you have a larger vehicle

Our apartment was definitely a lot more dated than the one shown in the Hotels.com pictures, so that’s a bit misleading. Second room with the bunk bed actually had no window for example. However, for an overnight stop to accommodate five people I think the ResidHotel still offers good value. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The lad at reception could not have been more helpful, and the location is pretty good. We also used their secure onsite parking.

A real find! Clean, spacious room. Lift. Good value breakfast (€11). Helpful staff. Not just kettle and coffee-maker, but microwave, hob with two rings, and fridge (plus crockery and basic utensils). NB Shower is in the bath.

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Malheureusement la chambre et la salle de bain sont vétustes. Elles auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement et d'un ménage fait en profondeur.

Chambre et parties communes très propres, literie confortable. La chambre est un peu défraîchie mais reste dans un confort acceptable. Par contre la Vmc tourne fort toute la nuit (pas d'arrêt au moins quelques heures la nuit) et c'est assez dérangeant pour bien dormir.

There was a strong pungent smell of damp in the room. The whole floor including corridor were full of smell. The toilet exhaust fan was not working. The minimum temperature for air conditioning was 21. The parking lights were not working. All night there were loud noises coming from different rooms and no body was available to take the complaints. Overall it was poor experience. I booked it for three nights but stayed there only one night. I complaint using the Expedia message but received no response of messages.

Struttura in pieno centro di Mulhouse a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e dispongono dei principali confort per poter soggiornare diversi giorni. La cucina è attrezzata con i fornelli, il lavello, il microonde e qualche stoviglia. Il letto è grande e comodo. Ci è stato fornito gratuitamente anche il lettino per il bimbo. Un po' più di attenzione alla pulizia sarebbe gradita. Inconcepibilebil fatto che la reception sia chiusa durante l'orario di pranzo. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora prima che aprisse.

An easy 10 minute walk from the train station and very close to the town centre, it came with a very pleasant welcome from Harold on reception (a credit to the hotel speaking excellent English for a self-taught Cote d'Ivoirian!) An excellent modern room with the benefit of a kitchen area in a safe, quiet and very comfortable at a good price

Apartment is great size for two. Main living area. TV, sofa bed, desk/dressing table, coffee table, dining table and four chairs. Kitchen area - well equipped - large fridge, kettle, coffee machine (pods at reception for 50 cents) microwave, dishwasher, crockery, utensils etc. Toilet and bathroom- toilet separate to the bathroom which was good. A good sized cupboard under the sink and a mirror with good lighting. Plenty of towels. Bedroom - TV, comfortable and clean. Two large wardrobes with hangers. One in living area, one in a separate dressing room with a chair and plenty of room for suitcases. Decor is dated, but the room was quiet and cool (often too cool but would be ideal in the summer). Plenty of sockets and lights. Reception staff - friendly and welcoming. Excellent location - close to trains, trams and centre. Negatives - the shower, over the bath, had a good shower head and plenty of hot water, but no bracket on the wall so you could not shower with your hands free. The bath did not have a plug so you couldn’t use the bath as a bath. The bathroom was quite cold and the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. The heater in the living room was out of use. Only useable heater was in the bedroom. The heat didn’t spread well to the other rooms so you’d end up with a hot bedroom and cold elsewhere. The only usable mirror was in bathroom. There is one at the entrance but there is no light. I recommend and would stay there again.

Chambre à 19degrés C, j’ai fini par tomber malade. Il a fallu que j’aille demander à augmenter la température de ma chambre à la réception car impossible de le faire soi-même ! Éclairage lugubre, blanc froid, peu lumineux ! Rideaux et double rideaux sales et défraîchis. Literie bonne.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Innenstadt mit Tiefgaragenstellplätzen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Temperatur in den Zimmern. Es war etwas zu frisch.

J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel et je n’ai pas pu en profiter car les horaires étaient en option pour les gens qui y travaillent. Je suis arrivé aux heures où la réception était censée encore être ouverte et a ma surprise elle ne l’était pas. Cela laisse un peu à désirer alors soit faudrait changer les horaires où être un peu plus clair.

J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel et je n’ai pas pu en profiter car les horaires étaient en option pour les gens qui y travaillent. Je suis arrivé aux heures où la réception était censée encore être ouverte et a ma surprise elle ne l’était pas. Cela laisse un peu à désirer alors soit faudrait changer les horaires où être un peu plus clair.

Came back to my room at 12am and found it flooded due to a leaking water heater. No staff to help me; had to find a phone number to call. My suitcase was all wet as well but at least no significant damage up my belongings. Following instructions I had to locate a security box and find the master key, all by myself, and move myself to another room at 1am. I could barely sleep that night, despite having to get I at 5am to catch the train. They refunded one night, which was THE BARE MINIMUM they could do, and gave me a voucher I won’t be able to use. Thei inconvenience was unacceptable and a great source of anxiety that night. Also, receptionist smokes at the hotel entrance, blocking the door. Not a good look.

Came back to my room at 12am and found it flooded due to a leaking water heater. No staff to help me; had to find a phone number to call. My suitcase was all wet as well but at least no significant damage up my belongings. Following instructions I had to locate a security box and find the master key, all by myself, and move myself to another room at 1am. I could barely sleep that night, despite having to get I at 5am to catch the train. They refunded one night, which was THE BARE MINIMUM they could do, and gave me a voucher I won’t be able to use. Thei inconvenience was unacceptable and a great source of anxiety that night. Also, receptionist smokes at the hotel entrance, blocking the door. Not a good look.

Perfectly pleasant place which is well located near the station, It is handy for the tram to take you to the train musuem or the Car museum. We had the breakfast, which was was perfectly adequate buffet. The staff, particulary Harold who checked us in on the evening we arrived.were very helpful, and English was widely spokenThe room was pretty basic, a little tired, but clean with enough space for the 3 single blokes that made up our party but it could have used some decent sized glasses. No English channels on the TV. There are several reasonable restaurants situated close by as well as a carrefour local corner shop which is well stocked. No great issues at all, it's a cheap basic place.

Top Lage zur Innenstadt, Supermarkt direkt nebenan, nachts ruhig , tagsüber/abends teilweise laut durch viel Verkehr. Leider war der Frühstücksservice sehr dürftig, bescheidene Auswahl, die zudem nicht aufgefüllt wurde obwohl noch lange Frühstückszeit war (weder das Essen noch das Geschirr). Bitten der Gäste wurde von der eher lustlosen Servicekraft ignoriert. Allerdings ist der Gesamtpreis top.

Checkin was a disaster compounded by unnecessary surliness and incompetence. They demand a 24 hour pre check in online and I did that noting that I would stop by at 1 pm to drop bags and avail myself of their luggage storage option. I received an email back thanking me for pre-check in. I showed up at 3 pm and there was a family from Montreal also looking to check in early. The phone didn’t pick up then a random guy came and accosted us for being early and I explained I spelled it out in the pre check in. He said to give him 5 minutes. That turned into fifteen minutes and then some other guy showed up and accosted us again and shut the door and left us out on the street in the hot weather. I found his language to be rude and abrasive as did the Montreal family. Finally some hotel guests took pity on us and let us in and showed us where the luggage storage was and we went to get some water nearby (why that was so difficult for the hotel staff Ill never know). I don’t know why they bother with the pre-registration kabuki. Then my room didn’t have a frying pan but there was a whisk and a spatula. After three days I gave up asking. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nicely renovated old building in a convenient spot though it was interesting that they have a placard at the front desk advising guests not to argue with staff so somehow the surliness is built into the hospitality illusion they offer. It was like a surly Fawlty Towers Totally uncalled for. C’est dommage.
