Hotel og beliggenhed er fint til gennemrejse. Personalet er venligt. Værelset mangler vedligeholdelse. En pære var sprunget. En sengelampe manglede helt. Holder til bruseren var ved at falde ned. Vi valgte hotellet pga muligheden for at lade vores elbil om natten. Der var ingen ladestander, men kun en almindelig stikkontakt. En fase med 13 A er helt utilstrækkeligt, så hotellet burde ikke reklamere med den mulighed. Det er simpelthen for dårligt.

Tout content pour une fois de séjourner dans un 4 étoiles, je ne vous cache pas mon étonnement. Les prestations générales sont excellentes (bar, restaurant, salle de sport, piscine, sauna et halal. Sur ce principe grand luxe pour nous. Malheureusement, le petit déjeuner n’est disponible qu’à partir de 7 heures le week-end, trop tard pour nous avec la compétition de mon fils, et le hammam n’est pas accessible en travaux ? Pas de chance. Le sauna affiche une température de 30 degrés donc autan dire pas vraiment efficace. Pour l’accès à la piscine pas de serviette, peignoirs et autre chausson ? Pour le restaurant il faut réserver à l’avance. Concernant les chambres, l’espace est là, les lits sont d’une taille raisonnable. Par contre la salle de bain n’est absolument pas pratique avec le toilette dans la salle de bain, l’accès à la baignoire et limité et l’espace réduit. Dommage aussi pour l’accès à la TV ou canal + n’est pas accessible. Sinon l’insonorisation n’est pas meilleur qu’ailleurs avec le claquement des portes et le son du voisin qui tousse pendant la nuit ou juste à côté des ascenseurs ou toute la nuit, on entant le moteur des ascenseurs avec un bourdonnements assez désagréable. La nuit a été réduite également par la Clim impossible à régler correctement et qui faisait un bruit de dingue. Séjour un peu mitigé pour la différence de prix avec d’autres hôtels 3 étoiles. Forcément un peu déçu des prestations, je m’attendais à mieux.

Großes Zimmer, leider Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt (es waren noch leere Verpackungen der letzten Besucher im Zimmer), Zahlungsmittel für Deposit eingeschränkt, Babybett dreckig, kulante Mitarbeiter und die Mitarbeiterin am Tag der Abreise (05.08. morgens) war so außergewöhnlich nett, dass Sie alle Makel wett gemacht hat.

Familie auf Durchreise. Hotel lag nah an der Autobahn. Das Zimmer war funktional aber das Badezimmer hatte Spuren von keiner Reinigung. Sonst war der Aufenthalt OK bis auf, dass der Fahrstuhl einem Angst gemacht hat.

En gjenglemt volleyball på rommet fra forrige gjest tyder kanskje på at renholdet kunne vært bedre og masse insekter på badet var ekkelt… Men hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen og velkomstgave til hunden vår var en koselig gest.

Det var veldig hyggelig og hjelpesom personalet da vi sjekket inn. Vi hadde problem med lys på bilen. En mannlig personal ringte bil service og vi kk med en ga g undersøkte bilen😁👍. Vi fikk et HC rom. Det var stort og bra badet med en stor dusjstol som vi sjelden gang ser noen andre hotellet👍👍. Men det negativt var sengen. Den var veldig liten😰, tiltross vi er 2 små mennesker og det var vanskelig å snu seg når en er bevegelseshemmet😢. Vi tror sengen passer bare for 1 person? Dette var vi aldri oppleve før. Håper at hotelet kan sjekke igjen eventuell vurdere til en større senge.

Based on the description in the Hotels.com app, I was expecting a few extras — including a promised “reward” — but unfortunately, none of that was provided. There were no complimentary items, not even water or soda. We were told we had to pay for those. On top of that, the fridge wasn’t cold enough to properly chill a drink, which was disappointing for a suite-level room. The bathroom was another major issue. The shower drainage was poor — water didn’t flow properly and would collect at my feet during use. Not what you’d expect from a premium room. Despite the room-related issues, I want to highlight the exceptional service at the reception. The lady working there was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions patiently, and really made me feel welcome. A special moment: she kindly offered me a bag to carry something for my daughter — a thoughtful gesture I truly appreciated. We arrived late at night. Parking spots infront of the Hotel are for free. The rooms need an refurbishment, our wall was sprinkeld with stains. The bathroom has a lowered ceeling, and a bathtub as a shower. I\'m 1,90m and it\'s the maximum, just 10cm between my head and the ceeling. The breakfast, the stuff was understuffed and had big problems with the service. They don\'t refill the expensiv stuff like salmon, bacon, fruits etc. At one point, everything at the "bakery" station was empty. They needed 10 min to refill. We wouldn\'t book it again.

Franchement le personnel pas aimable du tout, et direct il faut une prise d’empreinte de la CB pour bloquer une caution et bine en toute illégalité il ne débloque pas la caution le lendemain. Et pour un hôtel de ce type est-ce normal d’avoir un évier bouché ?

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Le lit est confortable. Par contre, pas de peignoir dans les chambre pour accéder au SPA (les peignoirs sont en location à la réception). L’attente du Check out était longue.

Accueil froid. L’hôtel est situé loin du centre-ville. Il y a une station de tram à 10min à pied mais c’est au coeur d’une ZUP. Espace spa agréable. Chambres propres mais assez basiques par rapport aux 4 étoiles (pas de peignoir pour le spa, pas de machine à café…). Petit-déjeuner varié. Le parking payant (12€) n’est pas utile car il y a plein de places de stationnement à l’extérieur.

De kamer op de 7de verdieping is voldoende ruim en netjes ingericht. De badkamer is niet ruim maar voldoet. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met lokale specialiteiten in een aangename ontbijtruimte. Er is een verfrissend binnenzwembad met hamam en sauna. Het restaurant met buitenterras biedt lekkere gerechtjes aan. Ideaal voor doorreizen of een kort verblijf.

Hotel og beliggenhed er fint til gennemrejse. Personalet er venligt. Værelset mangler vedligeholdelse. En pære var sprunget. En sengelampe manglede helt. Holder til bruseren var ved at falde ned. Vi valgte hotellet pga muligheden for at lade vores elbil om natten. Der var ingen ladestander, men kun en almindelig stikkontakt. En fase med 13 A er helt utilstrækkeligt, så hotellet burde ikke reklamere med den mulighed. Det er simpelthen for dårligt.

Old and dated hotel. Did not like the sensor lights in hallways - very unsafe especially if traveling alone. Breakfast food selection was good but staff was not keeping up on restocking and had to wait for clean plates/cups.

The hotel is OK for one night en route I guess, nothing more nothing less. The location is a nothing burger and the hotel parking was closed for whatever reason but parking spots were available in front of the hotel. The hotel restaurant did not exist, we had dinner at the restaurant next door. Luckily we were early as the restaurant was heavily understaffed and customers that arrived later mostly left the scene without food...
