Temptation at The Tower Cancún Resort - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Odalys at the VIP check in was amazing. Very friendly and accommodation. All the bellboys were great, especially Cesar. Orquit at the spa was amazing as well. We love this place and will be coming back

We stayed in the tower suite. Everything was great. The staff was very attentive and the room service was great. I enjoyed the property and also the atmosphere. The day parties were fun and there was always something to do. My only issue is the pool being closed so early. Open the pool at night. Allow people to party into the evening around and in the pool. That would make the experience much more enjoyable for a lot of people.

This resort is awesome with lots and lots of fun . The food is fantastic and the activities from the squad are really great . The only thing that I don’t like is the beach Its really small and ugly

The resort didn't disappoint. We stayed in the Tower and received a free bracelet upgrade to enjoy super premium alcohol. The room was very clean and the staff did a great job keeping the resort clean and safe. The protocols they have in place are beneficial to everyone. The party concludes at 2am so you can expect quiet after that if you are on the tower. Loved the roof pool we had access to. Great dining and the views up there are awesome. Even the guests were pleasant. Food choices are good, they have well seasoned food and lots of options. Please remember to bring long pants to dine at She. My husband overlooked it so we didn't get to experience that restaurant but the Italian restaurant was nice and the ambiance and portions spot on. Also was a a fantastic server, super attentive. Also Alberto in the buffet was area was great too! Wish we could've sat in his section daily but we met him the last breakfast we had there. Mitchell is a great first host when you arrive. Very vivacious and welcoming. Sammy and Sally in the memebers area were so on point about the property, super personable and just a delight to have that members introduction with. If we didn't have a membership elsewhere we would've totally bought in. They made it more like fun with friends than a sales pitch, which is so rare and worth the time. Overall everything from Odalys at the check in and Leo in the sap (I had a complimentary couples massage in our package and still went back the next day). Go Play!

We like staying in the tower as it offers excellent ocean views and the use of the rooftop amenities. The downside is the extremely loud music from the Sexy Pool and the night time activities that runs into the early hours of every morning so sleep can be difficult.

Overall great! Playmakers and rest of staff are great!!!, only downside was buffet area was very hot during lunch, ac could not keep up, and also need more bartender working at the swim up bar, only had 3 bartender they cant keep up , waited 15mins for a drink never had a bartender even walk by where i was at in the pool bar, then i got out of the pool to wait over 5 mins more to get one at the outside pool bar, was not staff fault, more a poor mangenment only having total of 4 bartenders working that huge bar. during main pool party times. Bash Dj need to stick to more of what the theme night are and songs that relate to them, first 30 mins he does then it the same old tracks they play everynight just in a different order, you can tell it gets old to all the people that been there more than 2 nights instantly kill the mood and dance floor starts to empty.

Great party but could use some updates to facilities

The resort is very average. It’s only good for people who like partying, drinking and promiscuous attitude. The food was decent but nothing spectacular and the beach is tiny and just a few people went to knee shallow water.

I had a great time plenty of partying, drinking,jet skiing and temptation, staff was super helpful, not a lot of quiet time, the gym was a decent size. The restaurants food was good didn’t try the 2 you had to make reservations for because you have to be on line @10 or 11, booz cruise a must

Although the SPA service was good, they did not honor the upgrade for the service we had as part of our package, charging the full price. Staff from hotel and SPA was transferring the responsibility between them and nothing was solved. We ended up paying more. The property needs renovation. The pool entertainment staff are impeccable and amazing. Louis as always you were amazing and we are very grateful for your services. Room was very clean. Pool bar need more staff, it takes forever to get drinks and run out of Don Julio very quickly.

This was our second trip booked through Expedia to Temptation. Last time for 5 days and this time for 7. Had a great time both trips. Feel the food was much better time and the Asian restaurant was our favorite. We stayed on the 5th floor of the Tower and loved our room. Our house keeper Paul was amazing. He out did himself and coming back to a spotless organized room every day was a treat. Two of the nights he made towel animals and even put out rose pedals. The desk staff was great too and they upgraded us to a VIP package that gave us top self drinks and other perks. We met so many nice/fun couples and made nice memories. We will definitely be back.

Clean Room, Staff was Great!, Bar's everywhere, Beach view was Amazing!!!

Our second stay did not disappoint. We stayed in the the Tower this trip and loved the accommodations. Bigger rooms than the garden rooms and it was nice not to have to navigate stairs. Definitely not quiet, as the Tower overlooks Bash, night party, but we new what we were here for! The staff was amazing. The beautiful Bianca, concierge, respected our desire to avoid the sales pitches this trip which was much appreciated. Special mention to Alo, our server at Bash. She kept our drinks coming with efficiency a smile every night we were there. Juan at Sea Flirt is as charming and fun as ever. He was our server last year at Flame Restaurant. I do not know who the housekeeper was, but she/he was AMAZING! We never use housekeeping as we are fairly neat people. Our Do Not Disturb sign must of fell off the door because we walked in one evening to a room cleaner than the day we checked in; down to our personal toiletries being organized into little washrag envelopes, and our pile of flip flops sand free and lined up like they were on display! Cheers to your staff! As far as the general atmosphere: we come be kids again (grown up kids). This is an environment in which you will definitely see a bit of nudity, and a lot of playful and very risque games. Know what you are in for before you come! My husband and I are monogamous, but there are many couples of different lifestyles that vacation here to enjoy the atmosphere. There is a welcoming and mutual respect for all here!

Honestly, it wasn’t the nicest resort. It’s definitely an older hotel. I found the room to be average. Housekeeping didn’t even show up one night. We had to ask for extra towels. The noise level was extremely high!. The food was just OK. The beach was not impressive. I probably would not go back. And we love to travel so this was not a usual experience.

The worst hotel that we ever experienced by far!!! Everything they promised on the hotels.com page is a lie and not even close to reality. We paid extra for ocean view and we received roof view with a very small side ocean view,food is horrible to the point that it’s not eatable,the room was loaded with ants and bugs. Also it’s a swingers hotel and Hotels.com need to SAY IT as we didn’t know that and wired people trying to touch you…insane! My worst experience ever!!! We run away the next day and instead of celebrating our anniversary we experienced a nightmare thanks to Hotels.com

The all-inclusive experience exceeded our expectations, with top-tier dining options, premium drinks, and exceptional service at every bar and restaurant. All the workers were friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. One of the days we were there, there was no running hot water and made us wait later in the day in order to shower.

We had a great time! We opted to stay in The Tower this time and really enjoyed the larger room and the gorgeous ocean view. Because of a review I wrote here, they upgraded our experience to VIP but I’m not sure what was included in that that we didn’t already get as Tower guests. We didn’t want for anything. We were treated like royalty. Ricardo, Israel, and the Playmakers made this a most memorable trip.

We knew the type of resort this is prior to arriving, what we didn’t know was how SMALL the resort is. We also were not expecting the older man that hosted the “games” at the pool, to be so pushy and perverse with the crowd. Gave off major creep vibes. The pool, is too small for how many people are there. You have to pay for a cabana, so wake up early to get a decent spot. All the chairs are VERY close together. If you’ve read any reviews regarding the sales pitch they try to talk you into doing, they’re 100% accurate. The lady we had was super nice until we said we were not interested, 3 different times. We spent the rest of the time there trying to avoid her because everytime she saw us she asked if we were coming to the presentation. The drinks and food were delicious. That was the only part we enjoyed. The staff at the Sky Bar were incredible nice. That pool area is also small, but not crowded, so it was a nice area to take in the views of the beach. We had higher expectations of the room itself. No full length mirror, the one in the bathroom is all you get, and even then the view is very limited. The all black cabinets were a nice touch. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was small and the lighting was terrible. The room key being a bracelet was both good and bad. The idea is phenomenal. Having your key on you at all times is so nice. The bracelet itself was a little annoying & it took 4 trips to the front desk to get them to work.

Decided to celebrate my birthday here, i have mixed feelings about my stay here Youre greeted by friendly staff which is great, unfortunately our flight chnaged so we ended up arriving way before check in.. We ended up having an overnight flight so we were extremely exhausted.. they didn't let us check in early, only to find out why later.. they let their "members" (black band) do an early check in which means they try to upgrade you the next day of being there. I found out from other members that is a great benefit if you go multiple times a year.. Be ready to listen to a "timeshare" like pitch to get you to join.. I had read in previous comments that it is an optional topless resort.. which means yess you will see women topless all kinds.. so if youre not into that definitely do not go.. Parties day and night.. pool party with games start at 10 am swim up bar included.. theme parties at night Our room was extremely cold so we decided to turn up the ac from 60° to like 75°.. bad idea.. floors became extremely slippery causing us to slip many times ! Like not on your knees fall full body slip and fall.. happened our last night there.. My personal opinion the music was the same day and night.. I really didn't like the music they played a lot of English "techno like"? Music i guess is the best way I can describe but again thats just my personal opinion and taste in music is a bit different.. I loved that we met different people from all over the world

This was our second time staying at the resort. Our first experience was very fun, and the food choices were great which is why we opted to go back as we didn't want to have to leave the resort. However this time around was disappointing. Firstly, the front desk staff seemed more interested in selling premier memberships than actually enhancing our guess experience, but i must say restaurant staff were attentive and great. We paid for the upgraded tower room which had a great view but inside it was cold and nothing special. Be mindful of ac usage and opening balcony doors as there was condensation everywhere causing the floors to get very slippery, and the furniture and walls sweating. The entertainment was ok but also a bit of a let down from our high expectations from the first stay as they seem to be doing less pool side activities. This was our personal experience, some people may love this place for various reasons but we weren't into all the crazy stuff we just wanted to be able to party, have a good time and enjoy good food and for us this didn’t happen this time around.

The noise in the property,,,I went for rest and relaxation. And it was nothing what I expected even with being Adult Only . I heard the cars and the traffic from the streets like am I at "MOTEL" .VERY DISAPPOINTING

Great staff when it comes to food service, bartenders, and entertainers. The timeshare thing is a bit of a buzzkill. Just be firm and move on and no big deal

I was not happy with the butler service or lack there of. The management in the Premier check in area were very rude and talking bad and mocking me and other guests. They finally on my last day changed my butler to Leo and he was amazing. But again it was the last day of 7 days.

We had a fabulous time at Temptation as always! All the staff were friendly and helpful! Odalys, Mayra and Hayver were great in the lobby bar! The Expedia VIP check in/out was super easy and staff at friendly! Can’t wait to go back!

Only problem is the pushy timeshare sales people

Stay was great but the check in and check out process is horrendous. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It makes me not want to stay here again.

I had an amazing time. Timeshare people were very pushy even when we said no. That wasted a lot of my short time there. However, other than that, I had an amazing experience.

We have been to this resort 4 times now - the vibe and the people are incredible which is what keeps up coming back. What is very much lacking, however is dining. Guests now have to line up daily in the lobby in the hopes of making reservations at a couple of the restaurants which is extremely inconvenient. Failing that, there is the buffet which in my opinion has really gone downhill over the years. Now - we don't go for fine dining, so we were okay with it, but if you expect quality food and alot of choice, you may not be happy here. The wait staff and bartenders are fantastic, though, and always try their best making dining still an enjoyable experience. Regardless of the lack of dining options, Temptation is still at the top of our list and we'll definitely return!

The resort was nice. Very open about the all day parties and rules. We were right above the area for the night parties. It was lively and went until 2-3 in the morning. Overall not too bad. The topless was nice with occasional bottoms coming off as well. The food was not impressive. The buffet was what you would expect, and She was just a waste of time. The hibachi place was the best, but still not as good as places in Atlanta.

Entertainment was on point. Food was not good at all that was the only downfall at this hotel

The resort was clean, pleasing, and plenty of space. The food however left something to be desired. I feel that quality was sacrificed for quantity. Even the "nicer" dining areas were somewhat of a disappointment. The Flame was a total disappointment. The grilled chicken wasn't grilled and was very dry. The Strip steak wasn't what a Strip steak should be and was mostly fat and gristle. The food at the grills at the pool and the party were fantastic. The staff was great.

This is a really fun resort with great dining options. There are seven different restaurants and each one is excellent.
