Great place to stay. Close to the freeway. Free parking. Nice staff. The pool was Clean! I loved my room. Very large and Clean. There was a small buffet breakfast. I honestly couldn’t ask for more. Looked to be small business owned. I will go back. I travel A lot and am a super critic. The place was very nice. The room was so spacious.

Booked 5 nights 2 bed room. Facility needs to be updated. Outside and inside. Floor had tape covering cracks. Dirty walls and peeling paint in bathroom. Noisy from traffic. Very minimal breakfast choices. Staff was nice!

Decent hotel. We have stayed here a few times already because affordable. Rooms are recent remodeled. Parking is not a problem. Continental breakfast is basically waffles and toast. Facility needs to add more fruit besides oranges and maybe some eggs or bacon. They should say pastries provided not breakfast. Besides the food it’s a decent place to stay for cheap.

Check in was very accommodating, as our flight was delayed substantially. I called and staff was great as we didn't get to the motel until almost 3:00 am. Had to ask for toiletries and coffee twice on our 6 day stay, and the floor cleaner that they used left residue. Good water pressure and always had hot water!. The onsite laundry was of no use; 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, only 1 washing machine worked.

Unsanitary and run down, found cockroaches in room and had to find an other stay in the middle of the night. Requested refund that night and was told it wouldn’t be done till the next morning. Called the next morning and staff was upset, had me on hold and call was later disconnected. Had to go in person as was told I had to wait two business days to receive refund. Was very disappointed in the quality of the room and lack of compliance from staff.

Multiple insects in room. Gnats on ceiling. Spider on floor. And the worse part when I went to let down and rolled over there was huge orange spider that was crawling on the pillow right near my head. This is a safety concern

I booked this property based on the great reviews but I now feel bamboozled. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, but the property is clearly not updated often and is a cheap option for travelers. Out of the 4 or so outlets in our room, 2 were loose and unsafe to use, one heated up my charging block and all but 1 were located behind furniture that had to be moved to get to them. The wood flooring was coming up off the floor and I tripped multiple times, as did my son. The windows are probably single paned and because the property is right off the freeway, we heard everything and didn't sleep well. The shower/tub facets were also separating from the wall. Another reason for our booking was the free breakfast. This was very disappointing as it was a broken waffle maker, orange juice from a dispenser and small chocolate "crossiants" that you buy from Costco. Positives: friendly staff, working AC units, a fridge and microwave in our room and a separate couch and tv for my son to watch cartoons when he woke up before everyone else. Overall, not what I'd expect from a Days Inn and I'm wishing I would have gone with a Motel 6 instead.

Arrived very late after a long day of travel, otherwise would not have stayed here once I saw the room. Room was low-level motor lodge level. Clean, but no frills and badly maintained. “Two queen beds” were actually double beds and rock hard, like sleeping on the floor. A/C was loud and rattles. Light in front room did not work. Backs right on to the freeway so loud traffic noise. Continental breakfast was an afterthought with everything out of stock including the coffee. The pictures and reviews on this site made it seem like a pretty decent place, can’t believe it’s the same place.

During our stay hotel was a little outdated. Needs a little TLC paint upgrades etc. Staff were polite and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was very affordable.

Our 5 night stay was punctuated with frustratingly intermittent amenities. First let me say that the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff were very good. We were shorted wash cloths and a bath mat for several days. Very few of the electrical outlets would hold the plug so it was hard to charge electronics. The Wi-fi worked some days; others not and we had to ask for the router to be reset. The cable tv had to be disconnected/reconnected every night (except one) to get the television reception to work. Breakfast was an assortment of packaged pastries, waffles, toast, juices. There were no eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit or yogurt. Very disappointing stay, especially for the price.

Overall, this property is a good value with friendly service, and is in a very convenient location. Rooms are pleasant and have been partially renovated. Windows, however, are badly in need of replacement: broken screens & fixtures—plus they are so flimsy that they block neither cold nor the incessant noise from the adjacent freeway. Very loud.

Pictures are very misleading, so make sure you read reviews before booking. The room was very small and the tv also very very small, and the WiFi was horrible. The positive was that it was in a decent area and the staff (the single one we saw) was friendly. If you ask me for the price it should have been so much better.

Tv/internet sucked. House keeping tried to come in to clean our room when we hadn’t even checked out yet. Bed was decent. Noisy/thin walls/freeway. Rooms in general are worn down but you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly though.

Basic motel property with updated, clean rooms and great AC. Property is nicely maintained. A McDonalds and two mexican restaurants nearby. Hotel provided complimentary breakfast and staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk/manager Alex is very courteous, efficient, always smiling, and made check-in a breeze. We would stay again.

I called and prearranged my reservation due to the fact I would be there at 3:30 AM. They took my money everything was set. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 and a night person was so rude would not check anything do nothing and said I don’t have a room so I had to go and find another motel at 4AM . in the morning. Worst experience and rudeness I’ve ever had. Next day, the manager calls was very nice and polite, and returned the money that I paid. Manager was great.

The staff was super friendly, The front desk clerk I believe his name was Travis was super cool and helpful. The property itself was an older property and it shows. Could use some updating, but that's not the staff's fault. They do a great job with what they have. Overall though its a good value and they are pet friendly which was most important to me since I was bringing my dog with me.

I never booked this place, even though it’s close to my work, just cuz the reviews were so hit and miss. Glad I finally booked it because it has almost everything I need in a local hotel. Hotels are crazy expensive right now so I get really picky with what I’m willing to pay for. Easy check in, clean room, cozy bed, hot water and soap/shampoo dispensers in shower, good tv with extended channels and a clickable channel guide, good privacy, no riff raff, AC/heater has auto off and works well, plenty of food and store options nearby and easy on off freeway access, breakfast was minimal but all I needed really a waffle maker and some pastries. Cons: the toilet is super low, no coffee maker in rooms Overall a solid choice for locals. If you’re new to San Diego stay in hotel circle or closer to the city/beaches.

The property was sketchy due to it being open to the public and several markets and business around. It felt like there was quite of bit a foot traffic throughout the parking lot all night. People were drinking and smoking marijuana in the parking lot in between the buildings. Rooms were extremely basic and a/c kept shutting off every 4 minutes throughout the night.

Stay was ok, a lot of traffic noice BUT it’s next to the freeway so I get that, bed surprisingly was comfortable, everything was aged looking. What concerned me was when we went done for their continental breakfast, they was a trail of ants on the counter tops, we informed front desk, he cane around, got a rag, swiped once on the counter top and left. The trail of ants was still there that lead to the ground not sure where it ended but we didn’t stay to have breakfast there.

Practically on the offramp, but we didnt hear the traffic. The couch and suite offered was appreciated as a larger family. Breakfast was limited, but we knew that going into it. Packaged danishes. We didnt use anything but the beds, there less than 12 hours
