Es war alles super... freundliches Personal, super Anlage, geräumige Zimmer, wo man 10 Tage auch gut aushält. Innenpool ein wenig klein, aber ok. Außenpool auch super. Das Spa-Center hab ich nicht genutzt, aber sah auch gut aus. Umgebung ist auch toll... 10 Minuten zum Strand... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen.

A large modern hotel on the East side of the village with a lovely harbor view, nice outdoor pool ( chilly in early April) and indoor pool and gym. The breakfast is great. Ask for a sea view room. There are several inexpensive decent restaurants just down the street from the Hotel the Vila Velha being the best (more expensive). Walk out on the undeveloped rocky point to big cliffs overlooking the sea and have a picnic.

Das Fitnesstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet u wir mochten es das es 24 h nutzbar ist u grade in den Abendstunden wo wir es gerne nutzen es möglich ist. Die Saune schließt leider zu früh, da wir sie im Sommer ebenfalls gerne abends benutzt hätten u nicht tagsüber. Viele Strände sind zu Fuß erreichbar u es gibt leckere Lokale, die auch gesundes Essen u Veggie Angebpte haben. Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist das man zum Frühstück sich anstellen musste u dann am den Tisch gebracht wurde. Das machte es ein bisschen unlocker. Den Preis finde ich zu hoch, da Yoga u sonstige Aktivitäten die alle angeboten werden immer noch extra zu buchen sind.

This hotel is high end and worth the money. Definitely make sure you get the breakfast included. Their restaurant is large and extremely well maintained with a huge buffet including tons of fresh items. I would honestly not even go into town for breakfast and eat there every day. Within walking distance of multiple beaches and the fort. Great local dining options for lunch and supper (we didn't try the onsite restaurant for meals other than breakfast). We had a sea view room which was worth the money as the view was excellent. Smaller than expected patio but could sit 2 people although a bit cramped. The room was very up to date (but no USB charging so make sure you have an adapter if visiting from outside of Europe) and extremely clean. Pool and spa areas were beautiful. Would absolutely recommend you spend a bit extra to stay here if your budget will allow for it (even if just for a few nights). Impressive hotel!!

Everything was excellent, staff, spotlessly clean, view from our room (435). Breakfast had a very large choice. The only thing we thought could have made it better would be a more varied menu in the restaurant. Would recommend to other visitors to Sagres.

I love this hotel and I would definitely go back. I first stayed in May 2015 ans again in September 2023. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very comfotable. The hotel is clean and i instantly feel relaxed when entering. The location is great with beautiful views, quick access to beaches and a short walk from the bars and restaurants.

To get it out of the way, the only negative thing I can say about this report is its wifi. We didn\'t have wifi at our "room" (not common area) for easy 4 nights which was very frustrating. The front desk was notified about this and kept telling us that they had wifi issues and that their guy would come to take a look following day at 11 am but the problem persisted. Other than this read on: Pros: awesome breakfast, nice staff, beautiful resort and view, clean facilities, decent kids playing room and decent fitness room Cons: (not the hotel\'s fault) very far from Lisbon, pretty much nothing around the resort other than couple of small shops and restaurants and the wifi issue as stated previously.

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf das Meer bzw. den Fischereihafen. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick verfügen über einen Balkon, was aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert ist - auch, weil man aus dieser Lage den Sonnenaufgang herrlich beobachten kann. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind einfach, aber gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist hervorragend. Neben den ortsüblichen Gebäckstücken werden frische Früchte, frischer O-Saft, verschiedene Brote und ein englisches Frühstück angeboten. Tische befinden sich im Innen- und Außenbereich. Das Personal ist jederzeit freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Yogastunden sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. In 10 Minuten fußläufig befindet sich ein herrlicher Sandstrand.

Few comments for consideration: No USB ports in the room and no electrical outlet above the desk. Those from North America need electrical adaptors to connect chargers. Spent 2 nights as part of our honeymoon. Small but comfortable room with a beautiful balcony. Quiet, slept very well as light and sound were managed effectively. A few families but mostly couples. Enjoyed breakfast a lot! Felt secluded but still walkable to restaurants.

Varying degree of competence for help n service. Several horrible service people whom weren’t trained nor seemed to really care about delivering services one would expect as someone asking for assistance. Restaurant very average. Maid service poor. Breakfast lacked omelette bar. N coffee service only through machines. Incredible location and views. Unfortunately some staff lack of attention to details would make it difficult to ever stay at this hotel in future.

Wonderful with 1 small exception. We drank 2 cups of coffee in our suite, using 2 pods. They were not replaced the next day even after requesting at the front desk. On third day housekeeping said we should ask the restaurant and the front desk said we would have to pay for pods. Upon checkout, we were told they should have been replaced daily. Two coffee pods total for a 3 night stay! Ridiculous. Small issue, but left a bad impression.

hotel has a great location on the water and is a nice place, but it feels a bit like a generic hotel chain. Rooms are simple but nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were located in a room VERY far from the entrance which had a lovely view of the water but was quite a long way to everything. Hotel is much bigger than it looks. There are a lot of families and young children so it does not have a peaceful, relaxing feel. It is definitely the nicest place in the area, but keep your expectations in line.

Become a tradition heading to Memmo Baleeira for the start of the year and there's no better way to kick of the new year. Always have an incredible stay and the staff are super attentive. Highly recommend.

Very nice stay, excellent facilities, very nice rooms. Only comment would be the service staff in main restaurant (during daytime) took a long time taking orders, settling bills etc. Maybe beginning of season and new staff..all very polite and professional though, just a bit slow

hotel has a great location on the water and is a nice place, but it feels a bit like a generic hotel chain. Rooms are simple but nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were located in a room VERY far from the entrance which had a lovely view of the water but was quite a long way to everything. Hotel is much bigger than it looks. There are a lot of families and young children so it does not have a peaceful, relaxing feel. It is definitely the nicest place in the area, but keep your expectations in line.

What a beautiful hotel, great staff, great breakfast, lovely pool space. The room had such an amazing sunrise view. The area has some interesting dining options to try. Some water activities in area. The beach is beautiful but had strong waves during our stay but it’s timing. The grounds are simply lovely

Fabulous hotel. Great location and had a lovely room with sea view . Only negative was the breakfast as it was till 11am and we came down at 10.40 and they started putting away all the breakfast at 10.50 which was very disappointing as we had no notice given to us that they were taking everything away . So gave us no chance to have anything hot !
