The rooms were clean. It was a great area to stay in. It was just too bad. They were under construction, so everything was kind of a mess along with the elevator being shut down for a while because they were working on it on the weekend and the hot tub was not in use so that was a bit disappointing.

Property was well maintained and seemed newly renovated. Room was clean and everything worked. Could have used more power outlets for phone charging. Breakfast was good. Pool and spa were closed. Housekeeping was nice and thorough. Front desk staff was unhelpful and disinterested in doing anything which is pretty typical of this age group.

The lobby was getting renovated which had we known we my not have stayed at that location. We paid $389 a night which I feel was a bit expensive for a place that was under construction. When we arrived at 3PM our room was not ready. We were told to come back in 30 mins. Since there was no lobby, we had to leave and find somewhere to wait. The person at the front desk was apologetic.

Booked in advace 6 months ago. When we arrived the pool and spa was closed. On a Saturday night, a fully booked Hotel. What a disappointment. We specifically booked that hotel in accordance to our travel schedule. A nice swim/spa after a long travel week. This is why we booked so far in advance. This hotel chain is really missing the mark as of late and getting worse year after year, disappointment after disappointment. Slowly degrading every aspect of quality and comfort over the years. Sadly i will be moving on to a different chain.

Rooms were not clean. Carpet still had sunflower seeds and food like it was never vacuumed. Fitted sheet in bed had a previous fecal matter stain in the bed that we did not discover till the the morning.

I can't believe this property is renting rooms. It's in horrible condition. The carpets are stained, the tub has rust, broken objects are in the room, and mold surrounds the pool. I trusted the reviews and did not learn that this place was under construction until I booked a room. I will be posting this on Google with photos (since learning unfavorable reviews never get approval and stay in pending status).

We got to the room and the bedding on both beds were dirty. There were streaks on the toilet- DISGUSTING! The hot tub was extremely dirty, it made us all itch and we had to immediately take showers. Will not be returning.

Front desk clerk was very nice on check in as well as when we requested a change. The carpet in our room was filthy. We asked for a different room the remainder of the stay and was given a smaller room with carpet just as filthy. Carpets were so bad that we did not go without our shoes at anytime during our stay. Sleeper sofa so filthy we put a blanket down before sitting on it. We had to wash chair and side tables so we could use them. Pillows terrible. TV options very limited. People in parking lot smoking (not cigarettes) with kids in their car. More than once in the evenings we went to front desk(for towels or snacks) and clerk was outside. Early part of week stay was manageable, end of week felt very unsafe. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express properties and have been very pleased. Not the case this time.

It was okay. The room was a sad, worn out version of the one displayed on their website. The sleeper sofa was in desperate need of a re-stuff and reupholstering. There were MANY stains on the carpeting in the room. The bathroom was fairly clean, but there were multiple hairs attached to some of the towels. We had also requested a room away from other guests, and did not receive that request fulfilled. It was a little disappointing in quality considering the price I paid.

Convenient to the expressway. But bed was hard, pillows were not what I like and the tv is tiny. But room was clean and staff was nice. Lots of kids in this hotel, must have been a full house, so not much for breakfast as the staff hard a hard time keeping up with demand. But overall it wasn't bad. Room was spacious. and I loved having good creamer for my coffee at the breakfast buffet.

Overall, it was a good stay. Breakfast was good Value with free parking and the room was huge with a couch and microwave and fridge in the bathroom was good and the shower was hot. The television was very very small though, and the selections of channels were pretty bad.

The first floor was under construction, understandably it looks all torn up. They did a good job of keeping the area clean despite the construction. The room is dated and the hallway was hot and muggy and carpet in the hallway was stained. The toilet looked dirty but I think it was stained. The floor and grout was aged and dirty looking. But the shower was clean and worked fine. The pool was decent but aging (stained tiles, water damage walls). Oh and my in room coffee maker didn’t work. The saving grace was the clean and comfortable bed, and quiet room. Also the staff was very friendly and efficient with check in and check out, and asked me if everything was okay. Breakfast was decent. The stay was overall comfortable and met my needs but the room was pretty run down (not something the staff could have done anything about in the moment). I hope the renovations are continued beyond the lobby and into the rooms, then it will be a much nicer hotel. It is decent for the price.

It's a pretty nice Holiday Inn, quiet area right outside campus. The staff is amazing. The rooms are large and so are the bathrooms, but it's in definite need of an update.

Their Key Card system was not working, had to wait to have someone to let us into our room. Average wait was 10 minutes. This had been out for over a week. Staff very friendly but hotel showing its age and carpets needs a good cleaning

The moment I checked in with my son, I knew it was going to be a great stay. Clean lobby and knowledgable staff that informed me about the hotel. Seamless check in. I enjoyed the workout area. Breakfast in lobby was a plus. All day chilled water was great.

Lots of restaurants near by (within walking). Bed was crazy comfortable!!!! Room was a bit outdated in its decor, but it was large and comfortable. Front desk people were very nice! Shower curtain was a disaster, water everywhere no matter what. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was atrocious….no milk, water, or juice. Dry cereal, dry biscuits, out of everything.

The hotel was nice, but a few maintenance issues in the room bothered me. The shower curtain did not fit the shower rod. We had water all over the place. Used many towels each day to soak up water. Toliet paper dispenser was broke. Had to keep the TP on the counter. Phone was not working. Only needed it to call the front desk about needing more towels. The breakfast selections were OK. Nothing special. Waffles were pre-made but they were cold in the bakery display. I put mine in the toaster to warm it up. Wasn't in the room much, so that made it easier.

The staff was very nice and responsive. When we drove in the parking lot there was a tornado warning. They got us inside and to the basement right away! Breakfast was great too! Lots of options but the biscuits and gravy were the best!

We went down to eat breakfast at 8:30 a.m. there was not any food left breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 a.m. I think they need to start refilling the food in order for everyone to eat there wasn't even maybe two or three other people in there so that was not the excuse The couch and chair were a little hard.

Hotel is tired - carpet in room wore out and dirty by door and door to bathroom. Person on elevator asked how we liked the room -unsolicited- said the bath tile and grout was coming up in his room. Dinning room chairs stained and wearing out. Breakfast was out of fruit milk and yogurt 2 of 4 days. Pool was out of service same as last year at this time. Didn’t see it until morning but they allowed a propane gas truck (to fill home propane tanks) to park next to building right outside my rooms window. Tried to ask about a credit owed to me and night staff said they had no way to look it up so I booked another hotel for a fifth night in town.
