Our stay was very nice. The hotel was clean and well kept. The common area with the gazebo and fire pit is a great place to gather and visit and of course the breakfast was great. Thanks to all the staff great job and friendly

Pros-Great location for shopping trips. Great staff. Nice property close to everything. We will return. Cons- the heater/ac was quite loud and woke us through the night as it came on and off.

Paper thin walls. Could hear chatter and laughter from the front desk during the early hours of the morning. Breakfast was good and the attendant was great, she was kept busy cleaning and monitoring food levels.

They have an excellent group of employees. Always saying "Hi". The Front Desk staff deserve an extra shout. Having a problem connecting to their Wi-Fi, the invitation to come down to the desk to fix it was immediate. The smile on the clerk's face when I returned with my wife's phone moments later was so apropos. Next morning when asking for a late check-out, the offer of 1 hour was almost automatic. When asked for 2, 'No problem' was just as fast in coming. Breakfast was great, needing a tray to take my wife's up to our room took a moment to secure. The salt and pepper on the table was quickly added as they had no packets. Our new home away from home when we need to stay over in the Watertown, NY area.

I had such an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn in Watertown! AGAIN! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. My room was spotless, cozy, and quiet....exactly what I needed after a long day. Everything was easy and comfortable, and I really appreciated the friendly service. I will definitely be staying here again, to has become my go-to in Watertown for overnights!
