Great hotel. Would stay here again. Room was cozy. Thought the circle in the picture of pool was warm tub but it’s just a walk in area for pool. Nice if you have small children. Breakfast was ok. Had enough to get you through until lunch. Staff very friendly.

Hotel was great with the exception that the pool was closed. There was no notification or mention at time of booking. The front desk was great though and was able to refund us 1 of our 2 night stays for the inconvenience. We will for sure return once the construction is done.

Excellent continental breakfast choices, easy parking, very friendly staff, and overall clean room. The pullout bed had a dirty cover on it and it was missing the comforter. The hotel was quick to give us fresh linens and later gave us a discount. (Thank you). Be aware that when the pullout couch is out it is hard to get by it to get to the bathroom. Our room faced the road but we could still hear the highway traffic despite it being set further back from the other hotels. Next time we would ask for a room on the backside.

The area had had heavy snowfall. The parking lots were partially cleared of snow, but there were several parking spaces still filled with snow. And the areas that were cleared of snow are very icy due to lack of deicing techniques.

I liked the staff and the beds were very comfortable. I did not like that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned (crumbs visible under tv stand, beds not properly made up, dusty in places) also body shower soap dispenser empty. Also we found the hotel noisy. It must be wood frame construction because he could hear and feel people walking above and in halls. Hard to get to sleep. Will pass on this hotel in future.

My new favourite place to stay while in Watertown. This hotel is conveniently located near all the shopping, yet it is just enough removed from the road (and highway) to offer a quiet and peaceful stay. Our room and all common spaces were clean and modern, the beds were VERY comfortable, and the staff is kind and courteous — a special shout-out to Emily, who kindly greeted us and provided a quick/smooth check-in experience.

Horrible upon entering had to track down someone to check me in. Got to my room there’s construction going on so it was quite noisy but was told they’d be done by 6:00 PM. The bed was horrible hard as brick very disappointing, very uncomfortable the AC/heat did not work properly, we’re talking December in the north country so you kinda want heat and the air-conditioning stayed on it wouldn’t switch over to heat when the heat finally came on because it turned it up to 78° got the room warm, then turned it back down but in the night the heat came on but then the air conditioning would come on and the heat wasn’t up that high to trigger air-conditioning very inefficient system. Needless to say we will not be staying here again.

Check in was smooth and front staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the coffee served OMG I’ve never tasted anything so bitter I usually take my coffee with one milk one sweetener my friend drinks hers black well four sugars and three creams and we still could not choke it down not a huge deal we left and went and got coffee elsewhere but, having a good coffee in the morning would definitely give the breakfast an extra star for me 😊. Would I stay here again yes 👍

From the time we arrived and departed are stay was perfect. The staff here is very welcoming, the breakfast was hot and a lot of choices. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Honestly the hotel is one of our favourites however this last time a wedding party arrived after 9PM and were exceptionally loud. We called down near 10pm as our kids were being kept us. We were told that quiet time was at 10pm and that they would remind the wedding party to keep it down. They were outside and we were on the 3rd floor. Nearing 1am they finally stopped. When I complained the next day I was told they would give me some points for our troubles which I thought well at least they understand. When I received confirmation that 3000 bonus points were provided I was very disappointed. A family of 6 being kept up most of the night and to be provided 3000 is an absolute joke. They should have delt with the situation properly or compensated us adequately. They had no control.

I didn’t like the restrictions on housekeeping and towels not being automatically freshened up daily. I get housekeeping every 3 days, but as a customer, we are looking for excellence and complete satisfaction for the investment on accommodations. This didn’t meet our expectations.

Very nice, seemingly newer property, set back a bit from the dense hotel & retail development around the Interstate...and the breakfast options were better than advertised: full breakfast included, not just "continental." Everybody was very friendly.
