the pool was absolutely freezing so having a pool is pointless if you can’t go in. The music they played at the pool was terrible, I had to have headphones in at the pool. They also charge for water…I’ve stayed at many resorts and there is never a charge for water. too expensive for how mediocre the experience was. They also charged me after I left but good thing I saved my receipt when I checked out

High class hotel directly at the beach with fantastic decorations and theme park feeling. 2 pools outside and a spa inside. We had the a suite with beach view balcony (STUDIO SUITE PLATINUM). The complete hotel smells like a sauna or spa. The breakfast buffet is big. As hotel guest you also can you the hardrock beach seats and towels. A hotel with no open wishes.

Jättestor anläggning och allting finns på det här hotellet. Dyra drinkar och dyr mat. Det finns shopping jätte nära och restauranger med billig mat en liten bit bort. Små butiken finns också en kort bit bort. Hotellet ligger belägen på en exklusivare plats. Perfekt hotell som har allt. Olika pooler, beach club, strandplats med egna solstolar. Enkelt att få taxi för att åka ner mot Ibiza town. Säkert och tryggt hotell. Jag kommer definitivt tillbaka. Kostsamt hotell får man dock räkna med.

I loved my room facing the sea with a tub and shower facing it as well. The hotel has a very fun vibe and the location is great. I especially liked the rooftop bar. I prefer this hotel over Ushuaia as it’s more quiet and peaceful yet just one block over for fun parties.

Drug dealers all over the place and security did nothing. No bathroom privacy—just glass walls. We asked for late checkout and the wanted to charge €110 per hour. Pool closed at 8pm with nothing else going on, drinks at pool stopped at 7pm, Food was overpriced. Definitely not the Hard Rock experience we expected, not worth what we paid.

Upon my arrival I saw a mold in the shower, empty bottles of shampoo and body soap, extremely rude staff at the beach. Very disappointed, apparently you must be drunk 24/7 to overlook the rudeness and poor service of a 5 star hotel! Should’ve stayed at Ushuaia across the street!

We had an excellent time at the Hard Rock Ibiza. Location is hard to beat as it's quite close to several food/ dining options and nightclubs. Thought the breakfast was a bit expensive (40€ per person). Overall cleanliness was good, but I can be quite picky. I have short hair, found a few longer hairs (probably cleaning staff) within my room over several days. Had a room facing the street/ beach so was quiet when it needed to be. Would consider coming back. Ps. Check-in was easy and the staff were great!

You cannot ask for a better location than this hotel. Along with a prime location with beautiful beach and really nice amenities and exceptional service. Still there is room for improvement. While the property is maintained well. The rooms do have some Wear and tear on them. An annoyance was the water seeping through shower door. I could see the vinyl flooring starting to peel. Also weird layout where the toilet was separate from rest of bathroom. Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the view from The balcony and jacuzzi tub. Check out could have been better as we felt like we were rushed out and essentially pushed out. That left a bit of a sour taste in our mouths after an otherwise excellent stay.

When we first checked in they only had a handicap room available for us. The receptionist talked it up a ton and now we kniw why. It was a disaster. For starters the bathroom doubles as a lagoon because theres no wall or barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. I understand its a handicap room but you have a 6 foot wide opening...a 2ft wall/barrier by the shower heads would have saved us from using all but one of our towels to keep the bathroom from becoming an indoor pool. Secondly the shower features a rain head and a wand both of which provide embarassing water pressure. We called the front desk to see if it could be fixed. They sent someone who replaced the wand head and then told me there is nothing he can do about the water pressure. The room was supposed to feature adequate shelf space but since it was a handicap room, that was non-existent. The sink is a 3ft wide trough with 3 inches of shelf space behind it which is occupied by their bolted down hand soap, lotion and tissue box. Im 5'11" and my wife is 5'4" and the toilet is so high my feet barely reached the floor. We asked 3 times for them to join the beds together so we could sleep together. They never came to do that. Thats just the room. Lets talk about the property and its robbery...excuse me dining options. The Hard Rick features several options to eat. All of them are ridiculously expensive. They feature things like a $49 hamburger! Two tacos...$68! Absolute robbery! Never again. Dont do it

In general the property is as represented. It is like staying at a rock concert and, with music playing 24 hours. Service and staff are well trained. The hotel itself is relatively nice, but rooms are on the smaller side. The platinum rock suite was nice and relatively spacious. Hot tub on the second deck was perfect. We were told music was supposed to stop late in the evening, however, it was pretty much 24 hours. It was not a problem in the larger suite that we booked, but in the more standard room, it was hard to sleep with the noise. They handed out earplugs, but not everybody wants to work at night.

Great hotel. Have stayed before before and would recommend it. We added Breakfast; lots of choice, even the fussiest eaters would find something to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms a good size, spotless. King size beds really comfy with the best pillows! Recommend a sea view.

This was our first Hard Rock Hotel stay and we loved it. It was immediately apparent to us what one gets in return for spending a bit extra to stay in such a place. From the wider breakfast options and higher quality ingredients, preparation and presentation, to the professional and friendly staff. The room was a gem and the bed as comfy as a cloud. The kids club staff were angels and our 7 YO daughter had an absolute blast with them, even though she wasn’t super keen the first day, but they won her over slowly but surely, and on the last day there were some teary goodbyes. Very pleased to have gotten the chance to stay here.

It’s really amazing stay at the hard rock and the surface was perfect and we have not faced any issue. The location and the concierge services was great. They have recommended a lot of great places to usThe only thing that I’d like the Hotel to look into is the beach staff I did go to the beach once in the hotel and it wasn’t the best experience comparing to other beach clubs within the town.

Not worth the price. We paid $1000 per night for 4 nights. Would never do this again. Our room was on the first floor with no privacy. Asked them to change rooms and the front desk guy laughed in our faces. Was a horrible experience. Planes are super loud and will 100% wake you up at 6am every morning. Bad location, bad property and rude staff. Only good thing was the breakfast which is also not worth €40 per person.

Second time at this hotel. Its perfect if youre planning on going to Hi and Ushuaia because its within walking distance no cabs needed. Cabs easily ready at hotel when needed, except after Ushuaia events at about 11pm. At this time you have to walk to Hi and make the taxi line there. Food at all locations here at HR is amazing, room service as well. Rooms are super clean and modern, water pressure is perfect. You are able to easily book transportation to and from airport even large parties. Staff is amazing Yeray has made my check in super easy both times! Youre also within walking distance from the main strip which has supermarkets, restaurants etc.

Just like last year the service at the pool and the chairs by the beach was not so good. The bartender at the pool had a horrible attitude and was not friendly to anyone. She needs a different job.

Incredible hotel. Location is only a 2 minute walk from Ushuaia, Hi and a few other beach clubs. There is a shuttle at the entrance that takes you to Unvrs which was also convenient and any other transportation the valet is quick to assist you with arranging. The staff was sweet and helpful. The room service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Ibiza next!

Excellent breakfast, great poolside service, very friendly staff in all areas. Only downside is that it's right under the airport departures flight path... Which might not be a negative to everyone!!! Kinda neat watching planes depart all day while you lay on the beach!

Hotel and facilities are great but the prices for food and drink are astronomical, 80 euros for breakfast as an example. Also there was no entertainment in the evening unless you were some of the corporate business’s! Both glad to be home!

Stayed in a suite with jacuzzi. Lot of broken flooring on the terrace. Last year before name change so it needs a real makeover. Beach restaurant amazing food.

Hotel was nice. Not very crowded at time of visit. 06/24. Many dining options near hotel walking distance but not so many in hotel. Bfast was not so good at buffet or room service. As expected everything is super expensive. We had a nice time!

We spent 6 days at The Bless Ibiza and really enjoyed the hotel, the location, beach club and pool. The room was well appointed and had good design. Great restaurants and the service was amazing !
