The room smelled so bad like cigarette smoke it was overpowering and I didn’t even know it was a smoking suite. The bed was super uncomfortable, woke up with terrible bad pain. Hot tub had a broken knob so you couldn’t control the jets and the suction cover wasn’t even the right size. Duct tape by the front door on the carpet and extremely dirty, bad shape carpeting.

It was ok. Beds were not finished being made. 4 of us were in the room, only 2 towels, asked for more they brought us 1 set. Never got anymore. Went to the pool, it was freezing cold. No towels, asked for 4 towels for the pool, they had 3. Trash cans in the hallways were only empty for about an hour. We were in a smoking room so I can understand some things but, definitely could use an air freshener because it smelled of stale cigarettes as soon as you opened the door (easy fix- put dryer sheets in the a/c vents to circulate a better smell) burn holes in top sheets and thicker blankets (understandable to a point being a smoking room). The dest attendant on our 1st morning was not pleasant at all, the next morning a different lady was very professional and kind.

We travel frequently and have a service dog - finding true pet friendly hotels is crucial. The room was clean and one of the nicer Super 8 hotels. The breakfast was exactly what it said - continental - and it was fine. Coffee, wrapped danishes, make your own waffles (we did not ), biscuits and gravel (we didn’t try), juice, bagels, and fruit. The hotel seems to cater to traveling workers and that wasn’t an issue. Things were clean outside and you have to understand that this is a rural community. The carpets did leave your feet dirty. Have a problem with that? Don’t lay on the floor. Wear shoes in the hotel. You cannot expect the hotel staff to clean carpets after every customer leaves - that’s a ridiculous expectation. The front staff was terrific! Friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that you get what you give - if you’re short with them, don’t expect a huge smile and graciousness. They were terrific for us. We had no issues at all. However, I really want to know where they get those squishy pillows!!!!!!! Corporate was zero help.

The fridge, stove, sink was old rusted white steel. Looked like it is straight out of the fifties. I walked out and went to the Hampton inn next door.

This property should not even be on your website, it was dirty smelled of cigar smoke in the room ,burn marks on the comforter, no GFI plugs this was a fire trap waiting to happen . I immediattly left the room and found another hotel. The pictures on the website are not only decieving but down right lies about this property. Will not use Expedian again to book a room

The room looked nice, but would be alit nicer if they actually cleaned the rooms. The tv remote was crusty. There was stuff all over the counter and the floors seemed sticky. The breakfast was horrible. The biscuits tasted like crisco shortening.

It was a port in the storm. Nothing more. If you just need a place to sleep, I guess it was okay. But very outdated. Burn holes all over the bed and comforter. And a not pleasant smell in the room. Staff was not friendly at all. The guy that checked ys in didn't even speak to us other than twlling us room numbrr. Wouldn't recommend.

The first room had cigarette burns on the bedspread. The second room had COCKROACHES. The third room was OK, but the toilet wasn't fully fastened to the floor. If it hadn't been 10pm after more than 12 hours of driving, we would've gone elsewhere. The worst cheap motel experience I've ever had.

It was good overall but miss a day in cleaning, coffee pot did not work, asked to be replaced and did not get done. And never been to a hotel where you stay multiple nights and they don’t make the bed!! I understand not changing the sheet ms but ……

Our one night stay worked out well for us. We came to view the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The room was clean, but the bedding definitely needs to be replaced. The blanket(s) had seen better days and the bedspread was threadbare.

The quality of workmanship seemed poor for the price I payed. If the price had been $20 less I would have been perfectly happy. My only real problem was that the TV didn’t work. I didn’t call to ask for a remedy because I had already changed into my night clothes. The person behind the desk was very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t try the breakfast or pool so I can’t cooment on either of those.

I booked a Non-Smoking room online. When I got to the Hotel to check in, they gave me a smoking room, which was absolutely disgusting. When I went back to the front desk to try to fix this, I got a “ well, we’re really busy so I don’t think we can move you.” They tried to argue with me telling me I booked a Smoking Room. I showed them proof I absolutely did not. I check multiple places online and they did indeed have open rooms. The parking lot was pretty much empty, and this was around 10pm. They finally agreed to move me. Check out for this Hotel is 12:00 PM. Around 9AM house keeping came knocking on the door. I had just gotten out of the shower, and did not answer the door. As I was preoccupied, and no where did they say house keeping comes that early. Rather than move on, the house keeping staff continued to attempt to enter the room. I had the dead bolt latch, the second security latch done also. You would think that is all the latches are done and no one is answering they would move on. They did not. The house keeping staff went out of their way to unlock the deadbolt and continue to open the door. This was relatively early in the morning. This was pretty inexcusable, considering they just wanted towels.

The hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the building was decent however chrck out is at 12pm. We arrived in the early AM hours, i asked about check out because i knew we would need to sleep in, he said oh checkout is at 12 noon. Well 9AM housekeeping knocks on the door. We didnt answer we sfill have 3 hours to rest and get out.....so housekeeping then POUNDS on the door until i go open it. She sees me, the fact that she has obviously woken me up and im not happy about it and appologizes. I assure her we will be out by 12. Fast forward to us packing everything up abd getting reqdy to load the car 11:30AM the room phone rings with the front desk calling to ask if we are checking out or renting for another night i assure them we will be out by 12. 12 noon amd maybe 20 seconds i literally have my hand on my suitcase about to walk out the door and they pound on the door yelling are you leaving????? I open the door with my suitcase in hand and he asks again are you leaving????? Yes i literally have my suitcase in my ha d walking out the door. Now, i have stayed in all kinds of hotels from the lowest, crappiest to the high-end finer hotesls, NEVER have i been rushed out the door or asked if im checking out starting 3 hours before time....wth?!?!?!

Room wasn’t horrible but didn’t have a very good smell. Arrived early and first receptionist was very rude and inconsiderate. I wasn’t even asking to check in early!! Short snotty answers to all questions when asking if there was an available room with a tub. Left and came back at check in time. New receptionist was kind and had a very pleasant attitude. I felt more welcome second time.

I’ve stayed in numerous hotels and for the price last minute couldn’t beat it. Very quiet, extremely clean (which I surprised by) and owned by a great company. Wyndham resorts, they have standards and they were met. Clean towels, room not dusty. Everything in working order. In room coffee/tea Will be staying again soon!! Thank you

We got two rooms - a single and a double - and they were both very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly & efficient and the prices are very reasonable. The only down side to this location is that Uber/Lyft availability is very spotty - not always available and if they are, the wait is significant (30-45 minutes). And Marysville cab services run only during the day. But all-in-all, it was a very nice stay.

We stayed 5 nights while we were visiting our daughter in Marysville, Ohio for Thanksgiving. The room was lovely, so clean & perfectly warm which we could control the heat. The staff also excellent from check in to the maintenance person checking every morning to see if we needed anything like extra towels or removing trash, to the woman we saw everyday when we went in for breakfast, which was perfect, coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit & much more. It was also very reasonable and the veterans discount was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
