I was pleasantly surprised at how sparkling clean and fresh the room and bathroom were. I was picked up at the airport by the free hotel van service. The hotel is about a 5 minute drive from the Bordeaux airport. Check-in was quick and easy. I had a king bed with four big pillows. The marble bathroom had on the wall dispensers for body lotion and hand soap near the sink and shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. I appreciated the hand-held sprayer in the shower along with the rain-type shower head. The towels were big and oh so fluffy. The room had a very big tv screen and lots of channels to choose from in French, English, Spanish and Chinese. I highly recommend this hotel. I paid less than 115 euros per night in September. A real bargain!

Room was very clean. Staff were on the whole very helpful. Our only niggle was that we had paid for a late departure so that we could sleep a little longer and somehow the message had not got through to the cleaning staff and we were awoken 3 times by cleaners wanting to come into the room - in spite of me explaining each time that the room was booked for late checkout. Needless to say we did not get our extra sleep. Wifi was reasonably good. Breakfast was quite good. The hot food was actually lukewarm but this is generally the case with buffet style food. The shuttle to and from the airport was efficient and very useful.

This hotel was clean with comfortable beds and efficient air-conditioning. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable- check in and check out were handled smoothly and easily. Breakfast was excellent.
