Perfect spot for a few Nights at the beach. Very clean room and property areas. Quiet and comfortable. Good location close to grocery and restaurants. Slippery bathtub only minor issue. Shower nice otherwise. Would stay again.

Parking was easy, it was off-season so no one was really there. Checkin guy was very friendly. Overall the total condition of the place I would give it 2 stars out of 5. Inside the room was clean, just outdated.
