I’ve stayed at the Vallemar many times because I like its focus on traditional hospitality. The staff are always welcoming and helpful although on this occasion the restaurant seemed understaffed and the team were struggling to clear tables or wait on. It was pretty busy and it won’t stop me visiting again

Ac did not work in the room and the shower door would not fully close. Other than that the staff was great and the amenities like rooftop pool just awesome!
