Golden Inn Dallas by Hotel O

Rented thia for my son, so I didn't stay there myseld. He said the room was okay, clean, a bit small, but not terrible. Had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. Only thing that was concerning is when he checked in he was told that there was a cash deposit. He was from out of state, 15 hours away from home, didn’t have access to his bank and had little cash on him. So that's how he replied when they asked if he had cash for the deposit. The lady then said Okay, you're all set. I did go back to triple check the listing and it says nothing about a deposit, let alone having a cash deposit. I get needing a card on file for a deposit, but not cash! My son did say he'd stay there again though.

I have not been able to receive my refund because I didn’t stay there. When I arrived I was told there was no vacancies and my reservation was not acknowledged. I need my money back.

The mattresses with springs were abusive and not suitable for a hotel, the smell of humidity, the towels are not suitable for a hotel, the truth is that I had a bad time, I did not sleep well and I did not rest, I do not believe that this hotel should be on the Expedia platform.
