Location of this hotel was amazing. Very close to haram and shopping area. However I found the hotel a little outdated. The washrooms were very tight and not very well cleaned. I was there for one night and it was ok as the location was amazing. The hotel can do better by updating the rooms and focus on cleanliness and washrooms

Very near to the Prophet's Mossque. 4-minute walk from the hotel to the main gate. Prophet's Roza is also very near to this gate. Breakfast is very good. Staff is helpful and courteous. Carpets everywhere need to be replaced.

We had a terrible experience at New Madinah Hotel. The bathroom had mold on the walls, a bad smell, and water leaking from the bathtub due to poor sealing. The toilet overflowed, and the replacement room was even worse—dirty carpet, old furniture, and rotten food left in the fridge. My 19-year-old daughter got sick from the conditions. Honestly, the cleanliness was worse than a Motel 6 in the U.S. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

An outdated hotel that used to be Movenpick but run down and falling apart. Staff are lovely and trying everything to keep it going until much required renovation is due on the whole place. However, this does not help when you just want a clean room to relax and you have to change room twice due to uncleanliness. One of the rooms smelt damp and next morning, I woke up with a cough. I looked behind bed and there was damp and mild growing on the carpet. Breakfast was lovely and staff are trying extremely hard to go out of their way to please you. Same with front desk staff, all lovely people. Hotel is in very good location to mosque and shops. Also not far from the Quba walkway. The price has to reflect the Hotel condition.

Excellent location. Practically 3-5 minute walk to Masjid ul Nabwi. Added bonus is, there’s the “Creation Museum” right next to it with excellent exhibits and eye catching architecture. Also very good restaurants inside the museum building. Plenty of shopping options around. Rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. Carpet is a little worn out, that’s why I gave it a 4 star but all the other amenities and services from staff, housekeeping and front desk is top notch 5 star worthy. Loved the wudu sink in the bathroom. Fridge in the room is added bonus. A microwave would have made it perfect though. Highly recommend this hotel.

When we arrived there were so many people staying at the hotel that going in and out of the building was a chore in itself. However when the crowd dissipated since they went on to wherever they were supposed to go, things did get toned down by a lot. Though the staff was beyond professional and services were exceeded expectations, the building and the rooms are quite dated. The air conditioning in our room didn't effectively work cool us down.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was extremely professional. I showed concern about the noise and the manager immediately moved me to a quiter room. He let me tour the room first, to see, if i like it. I was very impressed by their quick and professional service. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I was supposed to check in at 4:00 PM, but the process was delayed by about 30 minutes as the room wasn’t ready. I also requested daily housekeeping, but no one attended the room during my stay, which was disappointing. The main advantage of this hotel is its excellent location — it’s very close to the Holy Mosque, making access to prayers convenient and easy. Overall, you get what you pay for: a decent stay with a great location, but limited service quality.

The Service wasnt great in this hotel, Upon arriving with my family our luggage was all sent in to my sisters room. I contacted Reception who said they was too busy to send someone to help move the luggage in to my room, which in the end i had to move it myself. The breakfast wasnt explained where it was or the times. I just think this hotel lacked customer service and it was evident that if you needed help they was not willing to help. The Housekeepers on the other hand were friendly and polite and said hello everytime.

The cleaning and food staff were nice and but the receptionist were rude and very unprofessional, I had an issue with extending my time I was willing to pay extra or get a new room but receptionist dismissed me without even me finishing he was like you gotta clear the room we have guest coming and after I told him I’ll book a new room and paid almost 200 dollars he gave me the same room but earlier he told me I can’t extend because room is booked for another customer. The manager was completely useless I shared my concern and complain without understanding my side he kinda sided his employees. Definitely won’t recommend anyone only because of the staff behavior , they were treating me like I was tryna stay for free.

Weather was so good in Madinah and best for this Umrah visit for me and my wife. I so happy with Mr. Hatim and Ms. Mawadh has help us so much and made our stay very pleasant, they were most helpful persons in hotel and always smiling to encourage to ask for help. I also in breakfast Mr. Barkat and Mr. Irfan help us a lot during breakfast every day and really take care of me and my wife.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is a 5 min walk to masjid-un-Nabi. Also a couple of mins to the as-saffiya museum which has plenty of eating in options and we would go there for food in the evenings.

This is our third consecutive stay at this hotel in Medina. It's very conveniently located and few minutes walk from Masjid an Nabi and Jannatul Baqi. The breakfast was awesome with a diverse menu and staff were always friendly. Housekeeping staff were very prompt whenever we needed them. Tamim from housekeeping was excellent. Check in and check out were very fast. Only recommendation is that the carpets need to be cleaned/changed. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family in New York.

Breakfast is really good Special thanks to the kitchen staff: Mr Barkat, always checking in to make sure all is good with Staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly Clean Room, Comfortable and well-equipped 5-7 mins walk for Masjid al - Nabawi Water temperature is always hot, especially taking shower.
