Stayed 6 nights

We stayed for a week with four adults in two rooms. Overall it was an okay stay but on my experience there are better hotels in Singapore for the money depending on what you want. We found the ‘standard’ rooms smaller than expected, albeit fairly well designed. Perfectly fine if you just have one suitcase but with multiple there’s nowhere to put them so on the floor just gets in the way. Expect lots of mirrors and an integrated bathroom with sliding doors etc. A couple of issues we had were a very noisy aircon that to their credit was fixed within 30 minutes of reporting it. A showers that didn’t maintain temperature annoyed us throughout our stay and not something I’d expect at this price point. Facilities were ok but not as special as we hoped for. Pool is okay but not a lot of space to relax around it. The novelty wore off fairly quickly. The gym was quite small for the size of hotel but adequate. We only used a few of the bars and chose to eat elsewhere since we know Singapore fairly well. The 11th floor offers a nice location with water features and covered areas but when we went there for an evening drink we could only choose from an extensive wine menu or five or six cocktails. So we moved to the lobby bar which offered what you’d expect but then doesn’t have a large amount of seating. So in all no major complaints but could be better. Reception and a warm welcome when we came and went was fine. Just not sure we’d return.
