We enjoyed our time there

We stood two nights villa 37. Our Villa was on the second floor ( no elevator) but it was okay we could manage. The villa has a private porch, the villa had a very authentic old school carribean feel. Bright colors. Spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All Villas are individually owned so this may differ from villa to villa. The pros: the space was very pretty and was clean. Two bathrooms is always a plus!!! And they bidet and Hot Water ( this is a serious plus) were excellent. Best hot water in the DR. The beds were comfortable as well. The location is impeccable, right on the playa bonita strip. Literally go right across to the beach for the complimentary breakfast. The pool looked beautiful ( but we did not get a chance to get in). Ventilation was great. And porch had a fan that helped with mosquitoes. Old school persianas that opened leading from the porch to the main room. The landscape was also plush and beautiful. Toilet tissue and hand soap provided Cons: No paper towels or dish soap provided so you definitely have to purchase. Stove didnt really work great. Definitely buy water as you will only get a couple at check in. And a couple of sodas. Sadly one soda was already open when we checked in. The fridge is a bit dated and rusted. There are pots and pans but not ideal for longer stays if you an on actually cooking. Just not enough to be functional. No coffee maker ( big disappointment) The the furniture is a bit worn down. TV did not work.
