Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. During our stay, we encountered multiple spiders in the room, including on the bed, which immediately raised serious hygiene and safety concerns, especially since we were traveling with a small child. In addition, there was a power outage, and the bathroom door locked with my child inside, creating a very stressful and potentially dangerous situation. The room also had visible structural issues, including a hole in the bathroom ceiling. Communication and response from the property were extremely poor, and these issues were not resolved in a timely or satisfactory manner. Given the safety risks, lack of proper maintenance, and overall conditions, we did not feel comfortable staying and had to make alternative arrangements. I would not recommend this property, particularly for families or anyone expecting basic safety, cleanliness, and reliability.

Todo estaba excelente, el servicio 10/10 y el personal muy amable. 10/10 la seguridad en el establecimiento. El apartamento era mucho más de lo que se podía pedir, fabuloso.

Terrible stay I choose the most expensive hotel in order to pass good vacations and ended in a cheap place with AC not working, neither the jacuzzi ( it was a bath tub not a jacuzzi) the dryer was not functioning too. The staff didn’t speak English so the communication was really difficult. No cleaning services it was for an extra fee. Very old tv ( not even a smart tv ) with Spanish channels. Very old towels, rusted stove.

The hot tub has no heater. The room had a sharp humid smell. Staff promised to fix the heater, then the repair team came and said they knew it was not fixable. Total scam. Breakfast was terribly served in disposables, arrived late and cold. Not the kind of service we are used to.
