Blue Ridge Cabin: Spring into Summer

Even though the weather was a bit dicey, we enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. Used the grill 1st night it was clean and had a full tank. Would definitely rent this cabin again. Very convenient to Blue Ridge and hiking trails.

Best VRBO stay. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect birthday surprise for my husband. Everything was perfect, off the beaten path, probably lless then 2 miles away from town. Don't let the drive up to the house frighhren you, I was able to do it. It's a little daunting.The house was clean and well stocked as far as necessities go. Check in was effortless, host kept in touch throughout our stay.Recommend it for a couple's retreat or if you need sometime to get away from the daily grind. I would stay here again, a perfect romantic getaway. Neighbors friendly, secluded enough not to worry about a lot of noise. A hidden gem - Reserve it!!

If you’d rather be part of nature rather than just see it, this is the place to be. Even though it’s only a few minutes away from Blue Ridge, you think that you’re 100 miles from civilization. We saw deer every day and even some turkeys. If you like grilling outdoors, a nice grill and flat top are available on the screened-in porch. Cabin is nicely, decorated and well stocked, including dishwasher, pods, and laundry detergent. Would definitely book again!

Such a lovely cabin just off a main road. But it’s quite private and quiet, since you come up another smaller road odd the main one. Cabin is as advertised. It’s was clean and the appliances all worked just fine. We truly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was impeccable. So many things to do around this location within a 15-30 min drive. Downtown Blue Ridge is less than 15 mins. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend stay here. Thank you for helping create amazing memories for my daughter’s bday girls trip.

Over all the communication with the host was excellent. I planned this getaway for our 2nd anniversary, and planned on relaxing and enjoying the amenities. But there was 3 issues that wasn’t cool. One was the American flag was totally ripped to pieces 2nd the master bathroom didn’t have blinds like the rest of the cabin had. And lastly the fire pit was completely ruined and I realized after stacking my wood and all into it that it couldn’t be used because the bottom was completely rusted out. Which didn’t give us much to enjoy but grilling and sitting on the porch. But who goes to the cabins and don’t experience the burning of fire wood, unless the weather doesn’t permit? Overall it was clean and quiet for the most part. If we choose to return there again I would be more mindful of certain things when renting this property. A decent Flag, complete privacy from outside. And to check and see if all amenities are included and are in good condition to use.
