The shower gel dispenser was empty and there weren’t any washcloths in the room. The room was nice and big. Plenty of parking. Easy access from the main street.

The kids had fun in the pool. The lady at the desk was super nice. We did not like going up the outside stairwell to our room and walking thru the smoke of people sitting in that area.

Breakfast was not very good. There was limited seating and we had to take our food back to our room to eat. The lighting in the room was poor, making reading difficult. There isn’t an elevator, climbing the stairs could be dangerous to small children or the elderly.

It was just an average older motel with nothing spectacular to report about. Everything in the rooms were old and outdated. There’s hardly any hot water that comes out of the shower. The noise level is low. We were there for three nights and they never made our bed once but they did drop off clean towels. The idea of putting tables with ashtrays for smokers at the bottom of each staircase is not a very good idea as people with children had to constantly walk by that and as a non-smoker I don’t wanna have to smell that every time I leave my room.

Pool is indoors and the water is saltwater. The property is surrounded with American Flags. Security cameras for safety and friendly staff. Breakfast was provided. Room was clean, flat screen TV, and great air conditioner unit. Repair guy was knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. Enjoyed the stay!!!

The carriage house is a descent hotel in Branson. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine & it was complimentary. The salt water pool was nice & it was a nice stay for a few days.

For the price, this was a terrific stay! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was phenomenal and the attendant did a great job keeping everything clean and stocked. The indoor pool is in a separate building and it was unbearably hot in the building because the windows don’t open but other than that, no complaints. We were very happy with our stay!

Checkin was nice and staff very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and room was large. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the unit extremely loud. Shower curtain smelled moldy and provided shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. There are no elevators.

The hotel itself was very charming from the outside. The staff at the front desk did not greet or acknowledge when I went to check in, and sent us to the wrong side of the building to access the room. The breakfast area is too small to accommodate guests so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. The beds were comfortable, but the maid service could use a lesson in cleanliness. The floors obviously had not been mopped as my children’s feet were black from walking on them.

The room was standard stuff, but the bathroom wasnt the cleanest. My wife found hair on the floor that wasnt hers. The breakfast was decent.

Very cute older property and clean. The staff were all very nice, breakfast was good, most of the place is very clean... but the bathroom did have mildew in and on the ceiling in our room. It is a very low ceiling, even lower than the rest of the room. Walls, toilet and tub and floor were very clean, just obvious mildew smell when you walk in the room and worse in the bathroom. It did make us have a bit of sinus difficulty despite keeping to door closed all night after showering. Overall it was still a nice comfortable room with very nice staff.

The overall property was good. We had two rooms. The carpet in one room was very dirty. The other room had vinyl planks and was clean.

Very nice staff and location was perfect!!! Will definitely stay here again!!! Only issue was the carpet needed to be deep cleaned and the sink and tub would not drain very fast at all. Other than that, it was super clean!! Can't wait to come back!!!

Our stay was okay overall. Breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated. The exterior of the building Is beautiful and gives a great first impression. However, the room itself felt a bit dated and could definitely use some updates to match the charm of the outside. One of the biggest letdowns was the bathroom. When we arrived, everything seemed okay until I walked in there. We had a king room with a jetted tub, but unfortunately, it wasn’t clean there was hair in and on the tub. There were visible cracks, and instead of replacing it, it looked like it had just been patched up. It was disappointing, and I didn’t feel comfortable using it except to take a shower. The towel rack was not really attached to the wall. The only standout features in the bathroom were the modern shower head and the sink faucet. The front door there was also a crack in the bottom left of the door where you could see light coming through. Also, the listing on Hotels.com only showed 3 photos, which didn’t give a full picture of what to expect. I think more accurate and detailed photos would really help manage guest expectations. With a few updates and more attention to cleanliness, this place could be great.

Room carpet was so dirty, socks got blackened just walking around a short time before bed.

The property is centrally located and clean.The breakfast was good. The beds were hard and the pillows were very small. The property was fully booked our last night and we didn’t have hot water our last morning.

Carpet could use a good shampooing.. beds were very, very lumpy.. other than that, it was a good stay!

Great room with bc comfortable bed and linens. We had a jetted tub room. Bathroom was nice other than the tub/shower. It was clean but leaked constantly.

Clean but paper thin walls and floors. Had someone try to open thin connecting room door around midnight so made us feel uneasy. Might request non connecting room for safety. Good breakfast.

Overall this hotel was pleasant… until the morning of checkout! Checkout is at 11am, my sister and I left at 8:30am to go have breakfast, came back to our room at 9:45am to find housekeeping in the room cleaning… we had never checked out! My sister went to the refrigerator to get our drinks, but they were gone, the housekeeping lady had taken them and was drinking the water! This is totally unacceptable… again we hadn’t checked out! I spoke to the guy at the front desk and he was less than helpful… did absolutely nothing to help! He said they saw our car was gone, so that’s means we have left for good I guess??? I will be calling management.

The front desk staff was kind, friendly and professional. It was my first time in Branson and the front desk person was very helpful. She gave as much information as she could and helped guide what we might want to do on our short stay. In the morning, they made sure that the breakfast options were fresh and that there was enough. It was truly a great experience.

I have stayed here a few times now and I have not been disappointed. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. I enjoy the breakfast options, they have alot to offer in their small breakfast area. The pool was alot better this time. It seemed cleaner. I had an issue with my air conditioner upon check in and I reported it to the front desk. Maintenance came within minutes and switched my a/c unit out. It was kind of a big job but he did it with a smile. I so appreciated it and I slept very well after that. Customer service was great! Made me want to be a return customer.

We took a last minute trip to Branson. It just so happened that this was just as the Inn was closing for the season. Even though there was no housekeeping on staff due to the off season, our room was clean and comfortable and the manager was awesome at notifying us ahead of time to make sure we were aware. We will be back when the season opens up again.

Came up for a birthday trip with my mom. Her truck broke down and we had to wait on family to drive 3 hours to come pick us up. They let us stay late until we were rescued

Great location. Not by the busy road so very quiet, but in the center of all the activies. Good hot breakfast. Very clean and the room was good sized. Great room for a great price!!

We had no issues with our stay in this hotel! The checking in was quick. Our room was clean. The location was close to everything. The free breakfast was good as well! We will definitely stay here again.

This location was great for all the things we wanted to do, and it was not on a main road, so the traffic was not an issue. We will stay here again.

We appreciated having our car right outside our door. Made loading/unloading easy. The overall feel of the place is dated, but I didn't mind it so much. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool was well kept and clean. Its location was also ideal....off the main path, but still close to everywhere we planned to go.

The room was ok for one night, normal things you would expect with an older property but I was really disappointed with the breakfast that everyone else gave glowing reviews on because we ended up going to a cafe instead. If you can’t get a decent cup of coffee then that’s not the best start for me personally

The price was reasonable. The breakfast had a good selection of options: scrambled egg, sausage links and sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, waffles, breads, rolls, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, 4 flavors of juices, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, etc. The biscuits were fresh and tasty. I liked the jet bathtub. The room had a large refrigerator with ample freezer space for my ice packs. There was also a nice desk/work area in the room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean, quiet, with awesome parking so no matter what floor you’re on, you don’t need an elevator. Beds comfortable and we didn’t need a thing. Breakfast exceptional. Even had sink, soap and disinfectant in the dining room. Staff very kind and attentive!

When we purchased our one night stay, there was no mention that breakfast was not served. We were informed on check in that breakfast would not be served in the morning- according to expedia, they served breakfast. Had we known this, we would have booked elsewhere in Branson. Breakfast in town at the Branson Cafe was a perfect option Plan B.

It was a great clean and comfortable place to stay. My daughters loved it and asked if we could come back. Only improvement would be the breakfast. It was good, but the same breakfast every morning (Eggs, Sausage, Biscuit, and gravy.
