Property was nicely supplied, clean and bed comfortable - those are the only positive things I can say. Difficult to find in dark..dirt road with no street sign. Directions very poor. Hot tub didn’t work. Fireplace didn’t work. We called and texted to personal cell number of the owner several times and emailed on ‘contact owner’ requesting help but he never responded.We’ve been VRBO customers for 30 years and NEVER had an experience like this

Plenty of amenities - towels, soaps, dish soap, laundry and dish detergent, utensils, pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc. Utilized the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and indoor gas fireplace. All very user friendly and enjoyable. Only downside - the floor seems to have been cleaned with some kind of cleaner that built up on the flooring, and my baby’s hands and feet would be black with the built up dirt that was sticking to the cleaner. Great price for the days of the week we stayed, would stay again!

It was great other then the two broken chairs outside, the leg on kitchen table was loose and no laundry detergent to wash towels and lack of toilet paper and paper towels . Good thing we had own toilet wipes.

We had a wonderful time in Broken Bow this weekend and the cabin was a huge part of it. The cabin is wonderful and the listing is super accurate. The hot tub and fire pit are a great touch. I would recommend this can and host to anyone interested in spending some time in Broken Bow. There’s so much to do there and the cabin is centrally located to everything! 5 stars.

Enjoyed the beautiful home convient fireplace. Hot tub was nice as well. We did have an issue w neighbor shooting pellet buns across back of property. The neighbor to the left. But everything was wonderful as Farr as aneniries went.

Cabin was very nice and was very clean Adequate kitchen supplies. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Two out of four adirondack chairs around fire pit were broken. Bit challenging to initially find without a street sign. Very near Broken Bow and Hochatown.

I was satisfied with the overall cabin but the hot tub didn’t work after 1 use on the second night and these was bleach in fridge platforms and on cups which made everything smell of it. The cabin was nice but location is very inconvenient rough road and terrible parking. Outdoors reeked of sewer among other things.

Nice cabin in Broken Bow. Just the right size for 2 people. Located in a pretty spot with other rental properies. It was perfect for our purposes and the fireplace kept everything nice and cozy - even in 14° weather. The only con was the bed. It sagged significantly and made getting a good night's sleep a little difficult. Overall, it was a nice place to spend the weekend.

When we arrived the smoke detector was beeping however stopped. In the water closet in the bathroom, we could not use the light due to water dripping from the light. We reached out to the owner as it was concerning as a possibly fire hazard and got no response. We did, however, after checking out receive a text the coffee pot from the Keurig was missing. It was not there when we arrived, and thank goodness I had a video to show not there.As far as the cabin, it is really nice, comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was there however, we did not use. In spite of our issue with the constant dripping water in the toilet area, we enjoyed our stay. There was a bit of road noise, but convenient access to go into town.

This cabin was ideal for a little getaway for my wife and I. Most everything you need is there, Beautiful wood construction everywhere, and the back porch was especially relaxing. It isn't hard to find once you have the correct directions, and it was close to most everything you would want to do in and around Broken Bow. Be aware that there are some steps and uneven ground to deal with, but if I can make it OK (I'm 72 with some mobility issues), most anyone can.

All wood cabin in a great area! Close by Beavers Bend and lots of restaurants. The cabin is very neat and clean. Perfect size for 2 adults. The owner sent us a message 3 days before going stating if we were bringing dogs to let her know, it’s $75 per pet with a weight limit. To me, that should be when you book the property. I replied letting her know we were bringing 2 dogs and she never replied. By the time we left she had not replied so I didn’t think about it. Checked my bank account the next day and she just took the money out of the account without ever telling me. She still hasn’t replied to me. The directions she sent before are very detailed. It made the cabin easy to find.

I loved the stay! It was great! The only complain is how high it is to bring your dogs with you… it should not cost $150 for your dogs to stay with you. I understand a holding fee incase they mess up anything but just to keep is crazy

Nice, clean, quiet, good location. The cabin is only 5 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park. Communication was poor. Property manager never responded to my questions. You get a generic message before you arrive and that’s it. Better hope you don’t need anything else. There was no firewood for fire pit . Other than that it was great. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as the sun went down and watched the lightening bugs. It was very a very relaxing couple of days.

The cabin itself was cute. The light fixture in the toilet room kept dripping water on us when we used the bathroom. We didn’t want to sit at the table because one of the legs was broken and leaning quite a bit. The MOST CONCERNING part was the back door deadlock didn’t work and the handle was so loose that it could easily be opened even though it was “locked”. This led us to not feel safe at all overnight. Only keys we were given were for the back door so we had to walk all the way around the house to enter and exit.

When we arrived the smoke detector was beeping however stopped. In the water closet in the bathroom, we could not use the light due to water dripping from the light. We reached out to the owner as it was concerning as a possibly fire hazard and got no response. We did, however, after checking out receive a text the coffee pot from the Keurig was missing. It was not there when we arrived, and thank goodness I had a video to show not there.As far as the cabin, it is really nice, comfortable and cozy. The hot tub was there however, we did not use. In spite of our issue with the constant dripping water in the toilet area, we enjoyed our stay. There was a bit of road noise, but convenient access to go into town.

We had a wonderful time in Broken Bow this weekend and the cabin was a huge part of it. The cabin is wonderful and the listing is super accurate. The hot tub and fire pit are a great touch. I would recommend this can and host to anyone interested in spending some time in Broken Bow. There’s so much to do there and the cabin is centrally located to everything! 5 stars.

Nice, clean, quiet, good location. The cabin is only 5 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park. Communication was poor. Property manager never responded to my questions. You get a generic message before you arrive and that’s it. Better hope you don’t need anything else. There was no firewood for fire pit . Other than that it was great. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub as the sun went down and watched the lightening bugs. It was very a very relaxing couple of days.

Cabin was very nice and was very clean Adequate kitchen supplies. Hot tub was clean and enjoyable. Two out of four adirondack chairs around fire pit were broken. Bit challenging to initially find without a street sign. Very near Broken Bow and Hochatown.

I was satisfied with the overall cabin but the hot tub didn’t work after 1 use on the second night and these was bleach in fridge platforms and on cups which made everything smell of it. The cabin was nice but location is very inconvenient rough road and terrible parking. Outdoors reeked of sewer among other things.

All wood cabin in a great area! Close by Beavers Bend and lots of restaurants. The cabin is very neat and clean. Perfect size for 2 adults. The owner sent us a message 3 days before going stating if we were bringing dogs to let her know, it’s $75 per pet with a weight limit. To me, that should be when you book the property. I replied letting her know we were bringing 2 dogs and she never replied. By the time we left she had not replied so I didn’t think about it. Checked my bank account the next day and she just took the money out of the account without ever telling me. She still hasn’t replied to me. The directions she sent before are very detailed. It made the cabin easy to find.
