Wonderful stay. Very upscale, but we were never looked down upon even though we were just there for a brief honeymoon stay. We paid for one day of the breakfast, and it was delicious. It was nice to have the Family Mart right in the hotel, as well as ways to heat up the meals you could purchase from there.

We’ve stayed at the Hotel Okura Kobe 3 times for the last 3 years . Unfortunately this property is showing sign of wear and tear . This room was booked on Hotels.com and by doing so I didn’t receive some of the perks available as if I booked directly with the hotel . No waters , cookies or daily newspaper . Along with have an exposed carpet seam and Threads unraveling was a hazard as you could snag your toe on them . The trim around the closet door was peeling and should been along the carpet attended to prior to my stay or any future guest . The small things like newspaper, papers and water should always be offered regardless if we booked directly or a secondary source . Our friends who were also on this trip received the amenities with their room stay which made me aware of them .
