Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe

サウナ、大浴場が改築中で、使えなかったのが残念。今後、ジムなどの施設の充実を希望します。

大浴場が工事中なのが少し残念ですが、施設がきれいで、部屋からの眺めもオーシャンビューで良かったです。朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富で美味しかったです。

ここのサウナ最高

大浴場までが遠い。

無料の地下大浴場は温泉ではないけれど湯が柔らかい．何時迄も入っていたいぐらい．サウナもついていて旅の疲れがとれる．客室からの明石海峡の眺めもすばらしい．

大浴場が閉鎖してて残念だった。 これなら別ホテルに泊まっていた。

I am Canadian and recently retired from my position as President of a famous Japanese company in both Canada and USA. I have been to Japan upwards of 50 times and I have been spoiled staying at some of the most wonderful hotels and resorts throughout Asia, North America, Caribbean etc. I am currently spending 90 days in Japan therefore, within budget, I am staying at moderately priced hotels throughout the country and I came upon this hotel. With my many experience over the years, there is no doubt...this is in the top 5 of the BEST HOTELS I have ever stayed at! It is absolutely beautiful and elegant in that wonderfully understated Japanese way. 1. Lobby It's the first thing we usually notice when entering a hotel. This lobby is beautiful, spacious and elegant. 2. Room As a solo traveller on a budget, I chose a single room. But it was perfect. Unlike North America, Japanese hotel rooms are relatively small, but so well organized. 3. Breakfast This is without doubt one of the BEST buffet style breakfasts I have ever had! Not only is the selection wide and varied, but the quality of the food and taste is absolutely outstanding! 4. Pool Yes, as noted in other reviews, there is a cost for using the swimming pool. BUT, that is somewhat common in Japan. When we consider the amazing low nightly cost for the room, so what. Paying for use of the pool is no big deal. In conclusion: I plan to return to this hotel again before my trip is over. I LOVE this hotel!

大浴場使用時の利便性が悪い

今回両親を連れての利用でしたが喜んでくれました!ただ、大浴場からの帰り道に迷ってしまったようで風呂好きな両親は二回目は遠慮してました。（戻れない心配が強く)

仕事が建築関係なので余計に気になってしまうのだと感じていますが、当初は客室の空調吹出口や絨毯の汚れが気になってしまいました。 ただ、実際使用して見ると水廻り含めて使い勝手が良く。退出時には結構満足してました

客室はもちろん、ホテル内は清潔で心地よい環境でした。 朝食も質が良く品数も豊富で快適に食事ができました。大浴場も綺麗で、タオルを備え付けてあったので便利でした。ホテル掲載の写真と同じ景色が楽しめました。

Underbar utsikt och fint rum med både japanskt och västerländsk del. Mindre bra var den smutsiga soffan på rummet som sänkte betyget från topp till mindre bra.

接客が丁寧で、施設も清潔感がありとても良かったです

清潔にされていましたが、畳が毛羽立っていたり 建具が禿げていたり… でも、旧館だからしかたがないのでしょうね。 後、換気設備が気になりました。 廊下までタバコの匂いがしていたので。

やはりロケーションが最高。 大浴場も清潔で気持ちよかったです。 朝食のビュッフェは種類が多くぼっかけやしらすなど、地元の味も楽しめ旅情をかきたててくれます。

Very clean rooms and all the staff were very friendly. Beautiful gardens.

フロントスタッフのおじさんが驚くほど不親切でビックリした。 全体的にスタッフのレベルが低い。 朝ご飯は美味しかった。 プールはシャワー室の清掃が全くできていなくて非常に不快だった。

部屋は清潔で快適。窓からの眺望も満足

ホテルの客室は広く景色がよく、海と明石大橋がよく見える素晴らしい部屋でした。大浴場、朝食などもともて質が高く、価格以上のサービスでした。

清潔なお部屋で快適でした。 枕が高すぎたのと、掛け布団はもう少し厚みのある家庭的なものが良かったと思いました。

The room is too hot. With the window open, train and motorcycle are very noisy.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer gut erhalten. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer Richtung Brücke war Mega. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und vielseitig.

Great property, but was definitely a step down from Sheraton at Rokko island. Beautiful area and views. Beds are much harder than Sheraton, and bathroom smaller, for a similar price.

エアコンが、全館統一で、自分では、コントロールできず、朝晩寒かったのは残念でした。

サービスや部屋からの眺めは良かったですが、部屋の浴室、洗面などは古く使いにくかったです。また、ベッドが固く個人的には寝づらかったです。

The service at the front desk wasn’t impressive. The restaurant didn’t help. I had to get up and find someone to place my order and later to pay.

Even though the annex is s bit of a hike, the recently remodeled room was marvelous. And the staff is always wonderful!

フロントのチェックインに（人手不足？）時間がかかった。 ディナーの予約が通っていなかった。和食コースでお酒を注文したが忘れられていた。

昔からあるホテルだが充分に手入れされていて気持ちが良い。ただ空調の調節が出来ず、従業員の対応も人によるなど残念に感じる点も多い。

アーリーチェックインを申し出たところ「1時間に2000円かかるので、お待ちになった方がいいのでは？」と提案され、お金を持っていないと思われたのかと、疑問に思いました。結果的には早く部屋に入って客室からのすばらしい眺めをゆっくり満喫することができてよかったです。チェックイン時のフロント係の方の接客に関しては今冷静に考えてみてもやはり失礼だと思います。

スタッフの対応が 非常に良かったです

清潔感がありオーシャンビューの部屋で眺めも良かったです。スタッフの方の対応も満足です。 周りに食事をするところが少なかったのが少し不便でしたが車だったので問題はありませんでした。

垂水と近いところがありがたいです。 セミダブルの広々としたお部屋でした。

A great place to stay and walking distance to the beach and bridge area.

Good "escape"spot for the weekends. Enjoyed the relaxed environment and seaside views from the hotel. Great place for morning and evening walks along the seaside. A little disappointment as some hotel restaurant closed due to Pandemic but hopefully they may reopen later. Buffet at the major restaurant was not outstanding but we enjoyed having relaxed meals there.. .

駅から少し歩きますが、明石海峡大橋を一望できるお部屋はゆったりとしていてくつろげました。和室もあるお部屋だったので、家族で来てもひろびろ使えます。

駅から近く 見晴らしが素晴らしくて、食事も手頃な価格で美味しく良かったです。じっくり橋を眺められました❗️

近くにコンビニが無い

ホテル自体は良いが車でないと不便。

2人部屋（新館）と5人部屋（本館）に宿泊したことがあります。 ロケーションが最高で一緒に行った人は皆感動していました。 部屋は広くて清潔感があります。特に5人部屋の存在はありがたく、洗面台が2台あるのも使いやすくて◎です。 あと、地元食材を使った料理が種類豊富でどれもおいしいです。 中心地から少し離れており、特に大阪近辺に用事がある場合は移動に少々時間を要するのと、 近くにコンビニが無く、駅前も夜遅いと全て閉まっているので注意が必要です。 それをふまえても泊まってみる価値はあると思います。

海が近く橋も近いで素晴らしい景色です。 朝夕バイキングもおいしかったです。ランクの高いバイキングでした。 帰りにハーバーランド\u3000行に三田アウトレッツよりました。

明石海峡大橋が近くに見えてとても綺麗でした。大浴場の入浴時間が、6時から入れれば良いと思いました。朝食バイキングは、名産品などいろいろなものが食べられて大満足でした！

Very spacious rooms, awesome view, great breakfast, very relaxing spa bath, highly recommended.

海と明石大橋が見えるロケーションが最高でした。 スパも高級感があってよかったのと、なんといっても朝食のビュッフェが種類も多く美味しくて満足でした！

明石海峡大橋が目の前に見えて、景色が良かった。 また、朝食のバイキングも種類が豊富で美味しかった。また、利用したいと思います。

Slightly dated but high class hotel. Luck of the draw if reception speak english. Breakfast buffet outstanding choices. Close enough to both stations.
