The friendliest, most helpful staff. Restaurant was amazing with a great vibe throughout the hotel. They stored my luggage all day even after I checked out so I could go on a tour. Loved it!

I love the 25hours chain and have stayed in them now in a few countries so I was super excited to book this. Unfortunately, this hotel specifically is right around the corner from the red light district in Frankfurt. There is 24/7 open air drug use and general rowdy behavior outside the hotel. It’s a bit sketchy walking in the few blocks around the hotel. Additionally, there is a bar that plays music until 5am so if you’re facing the Main Street it will be very difficult to sleep on lower floors. I think honestly this was worse than the drug use out front. If you arrive at night I would suggest taking an Uber and avoiding the train + walking entirely. All that aside, the hotel itself is everything you’d expect from 25hours. Super trendy rooms. Complimentary snacks and beverages. Nice size room. This room had a bike in the room to use to navigate FRA even! Restaurant and bar on site are both nice. Parking is available also but note you car can’t exceed 1.9M in height or 2T in weight.. so small SUV / sedans only.

The hotel and rooms have a beautiful unique style. All dishes that we tried at the restaurant Shuka Bar were delicious. The rooftop is an amazing place to relax or to exercise. The staff were always friendly.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, man wird freundlich empfangen, es ist ein super Ambiente. 25hours ist einfach klasse. Ich habe in der Arktis übernachtet und das Zimmer war echt klasse. Ansonsten kann ich das israelische Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

I enjoy the 25hours Hotel properties and this was my first time at The Trip near Frankfurt am Main Hbf. It’s a quick walk from the train station that I found to be okay. There were concerns about the neighborhood in some reviews but I think it was fine. The hotel is decorated well and it has a cool rooftop sauna and patio area with views of “Mainhattan” the city of Frankfurt skyline. Being located near the central train station you have easy connections to the airport, national and international rail services. The staff is friendly and I thought it was a good price.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und modern. Ein dickes Plus sind das freundliche Personal, die Dachterrasse und die dortige Sauna sowie die angeschlossene Bar. Man sollte allerdings bei der Buchung wissen, dass sich nebenan ein Nachtclub befindet, der nachts durchgängig Musik macht. Die Bässe konnte ich auch durch das geschlossene Fenster noch um 7 Uhr morgens hören. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist ein Vorteil, aber das Bahnhofsviertel auch zugleich ein Nachteil, was Verschmutzung, Rotlichtviertel und offene Drogenszene angeht.

Super enttäuschend, die Zimmer sind dermaßen abgenutzt und ungepflegt, dass es einfach überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen ist. Das erste Zimmer mussten wir wechseln, weil der Geruch des Teppichs nicht auszuhalten war. Freundliches, bemühtes Personal, aber das war’s leider auch.

The hotel is nice and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. It is located near the main train station, so easy to access and convenience. I love that and stayed there from three times already. The only negative is that the surrounding can be dodgy at night since it is close to the main train station.

The hotel itself was excellent! Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help with any queries. The hotel was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a long while. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage although the waterfall shower did not have the best water pressure, ended up using the hand held part of the shower which has excellent pressure. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the area it's in but that's no fault of 25hours Hotel. Did not feel safe walking the streets even in broad daylight.

This is a very nice hotel, especially given the rate I paid. It is within easy walk of the train station, public transport and about 20 minutes walk to the centre. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious with a good bathroom. My shower head was in need of an upgrade. It feels safe and friendly. The area around is quite seedy and lives up to the reputation of this railway station area in Frankfurt. However, the hotel is an oasis.

The hotel is close to the train station, which is great, the area is not the best, as there are some dodgy folks hanging around, I would not let this put you off the hotel, as it is fantastic, its just a note. The staff are friendly, the room was large and clean with a great shower and super fast internet. Breakfast was wonderfull, the staff could not do enough to help. I WOULD STAY AGAIN & AGAIN & AGAIN Also it is close to the tram line.

We were in 8 hotels in Germany over 10 days and this was the most comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable and there were many friendly touches like a freevsnack bar! The shower was excellent and the towels huge. It was also very quiet.

Das 25hours Hotel war insgesamt gut. Leider war es im Zimmer ziemlich kalt und ich musste die ganze Nacht die Lüftung laufen lassen, was sehr laut war. Ich hatte extra darum gebeten, ein ruhiges Zimmer auf den höheren Etagen zu bekommen. Mir wurde eins auf der 1. Etage direkt an der Tür gegeben. Obwohl der Mitarbeiter mir zugesichtert hatte, dass es ein ruhiges Zimmer sei, konnte man ab 6 Uhr morgens das ständige laute Knallen der Türe hören. Das fand ich wirklich sehr unglücklich.

Einrichtung und Ambiente top, schöne Zimmer. Der Check in war am Samstagabend nur mit einer Mitarbeiterin besetzt und wegen eines Problems bei anderen Gästen musste ich mehr als 20 min warten. Dann wurde ich zweimal mit einer defekten Zimmerkarte in den 5. Stock geschickt. Auf dem Zimmer habe ich bis Sonntagabend die Bässe eines Clubs gehört.

Loved the property and the staff was really helpful and accommodating! The room was small but cozy. The area around the property is conveniently located within walking distance of the central train station, although a bit of caution is recommended when walking around.

The hotel itself is pretty cool and the staff were pleasant but the area around it is awful and I did not feel safe at all to go find my dinner the night I arrived. While I understand many restaurants are not open on Sundays, they should consider their guests safety and offer dinner to avoid going out in the area at night. I also didn't like having to put an additional deposit down when I arrived (which was a surprise cost).

The friendliest, most helpful staff. Restaurant was amazing with a great vibe throughout the hotel. They stored my luggage all day even after I checked out so I could go on a tour. Loved it!

Ich kam gestresst an, wurde aber sofort herzlich von Savio und Anna empfangen. Beide waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und haben mir direkt das Gefühl gegeben, gut aufgehoben zu sein. Man merkt, dass ihnen der Job am Herzen liegt, vielen dank für den tollen Service! Ich komme gerne wieder. Man fühlte sich bei ihnen nicht wie ein Massengast der abgefertigt wird wie in anderen Hotels.

Einrichtung und Ambiente top, schöne Zimmer. Der Check in war am Samstagabend nur mit einer Mitarbeiterin besetzt und wegen eines Problems bei anderen Gästen musste ich mehr als 20 min warten. Dann wurde ich zweimal mit einer defekten Zimmerkarte in den 5. Stock geschickt. Auf dem Zimmer habe ich bis Sonntagabend die Bässe eines Clubs gehört.

I enjoy the 25hours Hotel properties and this was my first time at The Trip near Frankfurt am Main Hbf. It’s a quick walk from the train station that I found to be okay. There were concerns about the neighborhood in some reviews but I think it was fine. The hotel itself was excellent! Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help with any queries. The hotel was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have slept in for a long while. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage although the waterfall shower did not have the best water pressure, ended up using the hand held part of the shower which has excellent pressure. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the area it's in but that's no fault of 25hours Hotel. Did not feel safe walking the streets even in broad daylight.

I love the 25hours chain and have stayed in them now in a few countries so I was super excited to book this. Unfortunately, this hotel specifically is right around the corner from the red light district in Frankfurt. There is 24/7 open air drug use and general rowdy behavior outside the hotel. It’s a bit sketchy walking in the few blocks around the hotel. Additionally, there is a bar that plays music until 5am so if you’re facing the Main Street it will be very difficult to sleep on lower floors. I think honestly this was worse than the drug use out front. If you arrive at night I would suggest taking an Uber and avoiding the train + walking entirely. All that aside, the hotel itself is everything you’d expect from 25hours. Super trendy rooms. Complimentary snacks and beverages. Nice size room. This room had a bike in the room to use to navigate FRA even! Restaurant and bar on site are both nice. Parking is available also but note you car can’t exceed 1.9M in height or 2T in weight.. so small SUV / sedans only.

This is a very nice hotel, especially given the rate I paid. It is within easy walk of the train station, public transport and about 20 minutes walk to the centre. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious with a good bathroom. My shower head was in need of an upgrade. It feels safe and friendly. The area around is quite seedy and lives up to the reputation of this railway station area in Frankfurt. However, the hotel is an oasis.

I have come to love 25hrs hotels but the area around this one is pretty bad. Lots of homeless, it would appear drug or alcohol abuse (just from the comportment of the people around). The hotel itself is excellent! As a female traveling alone I wouldn't feel safe out at night alone in this area though.

We had to leave a day early because of an airport staff strike. We didn't expect compensation from the hotel but did expect to be asked to pay only 2 x ciry tax, not 3 because we left early. Allegedly the hotel computer system prevented it. Secondly it is more of a restaurant with a hotel attached than the other way around. Hotel guests are turned away by the "in-house" restaurant as it is so popular with Frankfurt residents. Thirdly the area around the Hauptbahnhof is a no-go area unless you are happy to witness vomit, urine, crack pipes being smoked openly, refugees screaming with PTSD. If you are used to the streets of Paris and London and feel compassionate to those in distress, do not stay in the Bahnhofsviertel

What an outstanding experience we had! The hotel is super funky with a great concept behind it and the interior design is unique and quirky. The rooms are really well stocked, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and all the staff really lovely!

First review I have written in a very long time, here motivated really just by a feeling of gratitude for experience I had. Welcomed in after a hard couple travel days. Unique, clean, low key, world art, humanistic vibe. Amenities included bike, sauna, outdoor terrace, inner courtyard dining … this were my favorite. All of this at an affordable rate, right next to central train station. Check it out!

Strange name but loved the warm and inviting lobby atea and the retro decor in the bedrooms. We had a medium sized room which was plenty big enough for my husband and I and our big suitcases. We arrived in the morning after a series of long flights and they generously let us check in early. Rooms are vey comfortable and love the free mini bar, the rooftop courtyard and enjoyed a couple of wines in the beautiful foyer lounge. As mentioned by other reviewers, the area is s bit rough around the edges with the Red Light district only a block away. Easily walkable being across the road then down a lane from Frankfurt Haufbanhoff. About 20 minute walk to New Old Square with lots of restaurant options along the way.
