The Hotel is great. Bonus points within 5 minutes of Roma Termini. The area is very unsafe a lot of homeless and is dirty there’s a lot of garbage. But the Hotel makes a difference, they have massage beds, like your room bed is a massage, I slept great, there’s a gym on a hotel near by that they allowed you to use. Unfortunately I found out too late. Stayed here just 1 night but I wish I would had slept here my entire trip. Room is dark cozy, great air conditioner, definitely 5 stars for me.

Close to everything, including central station, taxis, restaurants, e bikes and scooters. Good breakfast and hot drinks. WiFi in rooms furthest from reception isn't great and does need looking into, so bare this in mind if you need WiFi. Also, it's on a main street, so expect noise and if that bothers being ear plugs. You won't find a hotel in the heart of Rome with silent rooms, it's a non-stop city. When the restaurants are closed, they do a lot of clean up at night, ready for another day.

Small room but very nice, everything was clean and all the important stuff worked. Big windows that opened right up, great to get some fresh air in the room. A bit noisy from the street but it is the middle of Rome so not really surprised (no noise at all with the windows closed) Roof terrace nobody seemed to use, we got some drinks from the local supermarket and had a lovely evening chilling up there. Local shops and restaurants, very friendly staff and great food and prices. Although some areas near the station are a bit dodgy, the streets around here felt safe even late at night. Would highly recommend, great value and great location.

Th hotel located in the heart of the city, 3 minutes from the metro station and termini station. exemplary cleanliness. The only issue was the internet.In the room there was no wife.

The staff and room were clean, its on the smaller side but it was enough for 2 people to sleep and shower in. I only gave it 4 stars because the bathroom smelled really strong like cigarettes and the exhaust didnt work so i had to air the room out often. I would stay here again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. Room was also clean however (and this is not the fault of cleaning staff) our bathroom had an overpowering smell of tobacco smoke from a previous customer who probably smoked in the bathroom. This was on day two and three of our stay unbearable especially in the morning when door was closed during the night and extraction was off.

部屋も清潔で、タオルがふわふわ、歯ブラシやスリッパなどのアメニティも揃っていました。レセプションの男性の方たちもとても丁寧で、チェックイン後もレセプションの方から荷物を預かりましょうか？と聞いてくださり、サービスも細やかでした。駅まで徒歩5分ほどでバチカンに行く際のメトロに乗るにも便利、ローマの需要観光地は徒歩圏内で観光できて立地も良かったです。近隣にレストランやカフェ、薬局、小さなスーパーも数点揃っています。

Room was clean, unfortunately situated at the front of the building with no access to air conditioning, made sleeping rather challenging. Laundry service repeatedly woke me, as I had to sleep with a window open due to lack of air conditioning. Bathroom - Flushplate of toilet broke, wasn't fixed for duration of our stay. Shower Drain was partially blocked, meaning you could run the shower for no more than 5 minutes before the room would be flooded. Hygiene products left were irritating to skin and poor quality. Shower valve had a large hole in wall behind it - don't even want to think of what could have been growing in there. TVs were not smart TVs, no kettle or tea/coffee available in room. Room itself was rather small. Really just a bed, TV & a cramped bathroom where if you sat on the toilet, your knees almost touched the sink. Cleaning staff were fantastic, pleasant and even came back to clean our room a morning after we slept in a little too long. Overall, not a 4star hotel, compared to ones I've stayed in previous. It's cheap, but you get what you pay for. Expect a 3star experience.

The rooms were pretty small and the balcony was nice but you couldn't see over the wall to anything in the city. They organized a ride from the airport to the hotel, which was a mess. The driver couldn't communicate, couldn't find us and it was more expensive than just getting a cab. Location is pretty decent. By the train station so you get some homeless people around but that's the trade off to being close.

The staff was very helpful, and friendly. The best part maybe trivial but in Rome cannot be taken for granted, a late check in is possible. Because our flight was getting in late (2:00am) checking in late was pretty important. This was one on the few hotels that offered a late check in. The location is very convenient as well.

The male front desk person was super nice to assist me to check in. On the other hand the woman desk person who had heavy make up was taking care of a couple, who had many luggages and the wife of this couple took over another front desk space as well, and didn't care of it, although already I was guided to be in that check in desk by this mature male desk person (he just came back from the break as he walked in where I was waited for checking in). Most hotels that I stayed the front desk agent who took care of her guests to move the space for the next checking guest as I was pasuaded to be taken care. In stead, this front desk woman completely ignored n let the guests whom she was taking care to use two space w computers entire time! And also this mature very nice front desk man pasuaded me to the corner space of the counter, as he couldn't take care of my checking in properly due to this guests' couple. I thought how in the world such a thing to be allowed in this very positive reviewed hotel in Rome. I felt like nothing as not well checked in in all means. I stayed many many hotels of excellence and quality as well as average ones, but none of them were as rude to the customers from this front desk woman as well as two people in this couple. Someone needed to make sure to control the situation to organise to assist a next guest. I was planning to stay in a larger room, but booked the room late, so that I had the smallest room, which was very comfortable to my worry.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around easy. I couldn’t figure out the AC unit, so the room temperature was a bit tricky for me. The more surprising part was that other guests were mistakenly assigned my room and walked in a couple of times. Thankfully, the front desk handled it quickly, and we didn’t have to switch rooms since we were already settled.

Perfect location for a Rome visit! We arrived by train, and the hotel was just five minutes away on foot from Termini station. As the historic sites in Rome are at least 20 minutes away, we diligently put in our steps, but the area was very safe and the hotel made us feel welcome after a long day out. Not a lot of room for suitcases in the room itself, but that’s normal overseas. Bathroom was great. Had the breakfast one day — good variety of food choices. When we left, it was nice to know we were so close to the station. Very good hotel choice and we recommend it.

Just few minutes walking to the Rome Termini (train terminal). 30 mins to airport Rome Fiumicino by train. Also, this hotel is close to things to see areas. No need to take Hope-on-off (charges 25 euros) because one can go everywhere with just few euros using underground subway from Rome Termini. Walking distance (2 subway stations) to Fountain Trevi -spectacular fountain.

Hotel was well located near to termini so made getting to all the main attractions pretty easy. A few undesirables hung out on the streets around termini especially after dark, however we took a more well lit walk to the hotel to avoid them and it was fine Good breakfast choices and plentiful Room was exceptionally small (even for a well seasoned European traveler). Twin room had barely any space for luggage and felt small Good service and rooms were cleaned well and regularly too

Very classy hotel, with staff that is warm and efficient. Our room had a massage bed, which was a wonderful surprise. Bathroom was spotless and well-equipped. Best of all, as we were departing for our early morning flight out of Italy, the front desk gave the 3 of us a breakfast box each with water, croissant, spreads, fruit and toast. This won us over! Will definitely stay here again!
