The room was very clean and the view was amazing. There was a good size minifridge for food. The bed was really comfortable and the gym was amazing. The rooftop bar had an amazing view and was never over crowded. It was a great stay!

The room (910) is getting a bit worn down. The shower had a handle that was loose, and the water was barely lukewarm. The staff was great, though - and the views from the rooftop was fantastic.

Loved the hotel, very quirky and different. The rooftop bar offered fantastic views across the city although drinks were on the pricey side. Don’t expect to swim in the pool though, it is tiny and cold! Overall we had a great stay and I would return.

Rengøringen var elendig og jeg fik stjålet alle kontanter fra min taske, som var på værelset under frokost. Morgenmaden bestod primært af kager og slik. Værelset var mere slidt end forventet, og brusebadet/badeværelset er inde på værelset - ikke som seperat rum. Ellers fin service og skøn rooftop.

Nous sommes resté 9 jours dans cet hôtel. Nous nous sommes plein le premier jour que la douche du sauna ne fonctionnait pas, que la douche des femmes fonctionnait mal et que les sorties d’eau de la douche des hommes étaient carrément condamnés. Rien n’a été fais jusqu’à notre départ ! Les poignées des haltères de la salle de sport sont à moitié arrachés et mériteraient d’être remplacé. Les aérations des chambres sont pleines de poussières, j’ai passé la semaine a éternuer. Il y a des fils électriques sans protection sous les mains courantes de certains escaliers. De plus, la piscine sur le toit n’est pas chauffé et inutilisable en hiver ce qui n’est pas spécifié dans la fiche dé l’établissement. L’hôtel mériterait un manager et un coup de petits travaux. À 2000€ le séjours, on ne nous a même pas demandé si ça c’était bien passé au checkout…

Mir gefällt das Zimmer extrem, die Dusche, das Bett und der Fernseher sind perfekt!! Der Reinigungsservice leistet auch sehr gute Arbeit. Nur die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr runtergekommen und es stinkt extrem rund um das Hotel. Da können Sie aber nichts für!

We had a Junior suite. Very large bedroom and separate large living room. The couch was a sleeper sofa. The mattress on the king bed was a worn. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The tub was very hard to step into, (tub & shower combo). Restaurant breakfast food was good. Views from the roof top were fantastic. Make sure you take C adapter to plug in your American hair tools. They had no American outlets in the room.

Decor throughout the hotel somewhat over the top but staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Main criticism is that advertising as having a swimming pool is misleading - it is the size of a large pond and not deep enough to swim. Also not enough sun loungers for the size of hotel so we couldn’t sit out and enjoy it. Location excellent - we could walk almost anywhere. A great stay overall.

Room was extra small even with a king bed. Complimentary welcome drink. They should alert guests that the property is on the plaza and on some weeknights/weekends there are late-night bands playing and hundreds of GenZ’s parting until 3 am. If you're a light sleeper don't.

Only i did not like bathroom,no privacy...if you care about privacy in the barhroom during your stay i will not recommend this hotel because toilet and shower is exposed .Toilet very small ,taking shower while someone can watch you from the main bedroom

Receptionist was quite rude and as a 4-start hotel we were slightly confused that we were told to do our check-in online ourselves making this interaction unpleasant and when we came to collet our clothes with the ticket, they originally gave to us, they couldn't find our stuff! Luckily, we were able to point out which luggage was ours, but we felt that it was quite unsafe that they didn't have a system put in place to guarantee that our stuff wasn't just going to be given to someone random. Additionally, they offered us a welcome drink but never actually gave us anything, we realised that we were one of the younger guests at this hotel (aged 20) and therefore maybe the treatment was slightly different, but we were not disturbing or being rude to anyone do deserve this treatment. Our room we were slightly surprised at the conditions and the open plan layout. The pictures and descriptions online are misleading as the bathroom and room were connected with the toilet facing the shower. The decoration of the hotel is old and outdated, with ventilation whatsoever no window or balcony to open, or even a toilet fan. However, the housekeeping staff were absolutely amazing. They cleaned our room every day even if we requested it to be done later, exchanging our towels and organising some of our stuff. Huge thanks to them. I must say that the location was perfect, very easy to get to the Gothic tower and the beach only around an hour away from Sargade Familia by metro.

I love the location, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, church. Walking distance to the Boqueria and La Rambla. Train station and airport is very near. The services are excellent, staff accommodating, courteous and friendly.

I stayed at the suite in the Barcelo Raval. I was very impressed with the Chic styling and the size of the suite. The hotel has a cool vibe and is very clean. Interesting architecture as the hotel is round. I was staying there on my birthday and I was surprised by them actually leaving a birthday card and a brownie to celebrate my birthday. This was very thoughtful, muchas gracias!

We liked this hotel on previous visit: original, modern with good service and excellent value for Expedia VIP value. However, will reconsider for the future because none of these benefits were offered, but bluntly refused when we inquired. With such attitude the VIP status is not appropriate. Otherwise services remained excellent.

The hotel was excellent, along with the staff. Once you get out of the immediate area, it was fantastic, close to everything! Just stay away from walking thru the back alleys at and use main roads, it will be fine.

The room service, meaning that they clean the rooms, give free water daily, and don’t have any gimmicks to trick you into spending more is what I appreciate about them. The issue we were facing is safety around the area with vagrants, destitutes, and seedy characters. When there is an event, music will be performed and you will hear the music, so it’s a little more for the younger crowd. There is an amazing Michelin Star Restaurant named Succulent just down the street, and it lives up to its star. Take the long way walks towards your destinations, don’t take smaller alleys, and get an unlimited metro card for #1 zone. It covers all of Barcelona, and is the best way to travel. It’s literally amazing to be able to travel this way, and having a rental car or choosing taxis is a waste of time, patience, and money.

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten, die Auswahl nicht besonders groß. Für uns war es ausreichend und alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Das Zimmer war toll und absolut sauber. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Dachterrasse war der Hammer, mit einer genialen Aussicht über Barcelona. Das das Hotel einen Pool ausweist ist etwas übertrieben. Schwimmen kann man dort nicht, der ist lediglich zum rein setzen gedacht. Aber man kann den tollen Ausblick genießen.

Et dejligt hotel, lækkert værelse og fantastisk rooftop. Dog xtrwm svag vandstråle i bruserne og der kan ikke åbnes vinduer. Morgenmad var ok med mange muligheder. Dog var æggene af den tarvelige pulveret g og kaffen var tynd og ikke varm

Beware that the pool is not a swimming pool it is at best a paddling pool that will fit about 4 kids in ! The sun loungers are chairs and there is no room at all to sunbathe so Do No Book This Hotel if you want to lay beside a pool and relax! The area it is in is very unsafe, we tried to walk to Las Ramblas and it took us down an alleyway full of unsavoury characters, eg. Large groups of men gathered in the alleyway and surrounding streets ! So feeling unsafe we turned back to the hotel and proceeded to get a taxi to go anywhere! It is NOT near a white sandy beach or any beach at all it is a 15 minutes drive in a taxi to the beach! We didn’t sleep well as its very noisy ( we even moved rooms as the first night we didn’t sleep at all as we were facing a busy square where men seem to gather all day and night , we moved to the back which was slightly better but the rooms are not soundproof and you hear people coming and going inside the hotel as well as outside noise) If you want a relaxing break this hotel is not for you! Hotel decor is lovely inside and they have spent money on contemporary furniture which could have been used to soundproof rooms ! Staff are ok and pretty helpful but id say this is an overnight hotel for cruises at best but definitely not a destination hotel . The description and photos are very misleading and they should not be allowed to make out the hotel is very close to a white sandy beach or any beach because it is not !
