I booked this hotel for 5 nights because on the website it shows there is a gym and swimming pool facility, however, when i arrived on 4/15, we were told that the gym center and swimming pool is closed until mid-May. I was so shock and kinda frustrated. Seem like wasting my money and stay in the hotel which is not suitable to me at all. If i was told the facility is closed, I definitely won’t select this hotel, and i think expedia also is responsible to let the customer know the hotel updated situation and inform the customer

We loved our stay! The hotel is right outside of a subway station, next to multiple malls and shopping areas, which is super convenient. The room itself is huge and well equipped, everything is spotless. Breakfast buffet is great, serving a variety of food options. The gym is large and well equipped. The rooms are very big and comfortable, amNo hotwater in the morning was not good. It seems like it is going some renovation in the hotel. Besides that the hotel is very good. The guy in the front desk helped me with the taxi and was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but it is a little bit cold in there. Perhaps because of the renovation.

I stayed there for a few nights. The overall experience was positive. Nice and spacious rooms and good cleaning everyday. But there was some sort of smell once you turned on the AC. The circulation didn't seem to work and heat/cool didn't seem to function well. The hotel restaurants had limited selections and a little pricey for very simple foods. But overall I enjoyed my stay there.

The hotel is under renovation, no heat no air conditioning. Either feel 30 degrees in the room or they will open the window for you then it’s probably only 10 degrees at night. Breakfast needs to have WeChat to buy, inconvenience. First night was out of hair conditioner, second night was out of tissues. Terrible experience

Room was comfortable big, but has seen some years and a bit worn out. Weird noise every minute came somewhere from the building, can't tell what it it. Maybe AC or something, lift it wasn't. Plumbing in the shower was clogged so water rise to my ankles, but they took care of that.

They were very polite, respectful and always smiling willing to help righr away. The grade of 85 was only given due to the age of the hotel & co dirion of my room. Value for dollar this was a great hotel. I would recommend if you're trying to save mpney.

The hotel is dated, but the cleanliness is so terrible, there’s food particles from last customer, and there’s lots of hair on the carpet,I’m not request for a brand new carpet but at least it should be cleaned. Quilt is wet due to rainy days in Beijing, I do understand but I’m not feeling comfortable. Location, transportation and staffs are great.

We have to change rooms due to the smoke/mold smell of the assigned room. The second room was slightly better but still smelly and the bathroom sink faucet was loosely dangling around the sink. We did not both changing the room again and who knows what the third room would be like. The breakfasts were good and enjoyed the variety.The location is also good and it’s less than 100 yard from the subway entrance.

Other than the outdated tiny TV and having no hooks in the spacious bathroom, it’s a great place to stay in BJ! Right next to the subway, 3rd ring, and surrounded by mall and wonderful food courts, it offers great views of the heart of CBD and complete silence when rests in the room! Excellent value for sure!

Tolle Unterstützung bei Problemen mit dem Handyempfang, beste Beratung zu Ausflügen etc. Natürlich sollte das Eine oder Andere mal etwas aufgehübscht werden. Schöne große Zimmer, großes Bad mit separater Dusche u. Toilette. Musste meinen Aufenthalt um 2 d kürzen - war kein Problem, Kosten wurden erstattet. Sehr freundlich!!! Sehr zu empfehlen

Adelina the receptionist at the front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us find areas to visit and answered every single question we had. Adelina should be compensated for her excellent service. Room was super spacious and it is a real 5 star hotel and treatment.
