Hotel is perfectly connected to public transport. Room with connecting door was provided as promised. Room at top floor towards street side was calm and nice. Babybed partially broken but ok. 20€ for parking per night quite expensive. The lady doing the breakfast service was outstandingly friendly and helpful!

The hotel itself was fine, staff was friendly, and being so close to the train station was very convenient. However, the bed was incredibly hard and my back hurt more and more with each night's stay. The restaurant/room service was also closed for dinner during my stay. If you need a functional, no frills hotel, this one does the trick...so long as you like a hard mattress.

If IKEA had an hotel and it was in semi-suburban location. Mall next door with grocer, pharmacy, cafe & Burger King. Limited restaurants. Italian “Al Pacino” close & cute. Outdoor terrace. Metro/subway semi-close a little tricky to get to - you have to use a highway underpass though old Munich etc just a few stops away. Hotel is clean, rooms do have iron/ironing board, usb charging etc. Beds & pillows a little hard but soft duvets. Choose inside room vs odd numbered outside room that faces sunrise (hot) and highway (passes to side & below). Breakfast buffet is large but only a 5-6/10. Bar in lobby. Be prepared for smokers - they line the curb outside at entrance so you walk through a plume of smoke. Rooms do have soft close doors - major bonus. Front desk staff need a little customer service training. Not bad but not great. They don’t like using Expedia.

The room was clean and the bed felt heavingly. Be aware that there is no fridge or microwave in the room. The location was excellent, as there are multiple public transportations options. I went to attend a conference at TUM hospital and S19 Tram was very convenient to get there.

Sehr gutes Hotel, Zimmer sind sauber, Personal freundlich. Frühstück überragend frisch und sehr gut. Einziges Manko, das ich erwähnen muss, ist, dass trotz geringer Anzahl von Übernachtungsgästen mir ein Zimmer in Richtung Einkaufszentrum gegeben wurde. Ab 4 Uhr morgens erfolgt die Anlieferung des Supermarktes, die sehr laut von statten ging. Hier könnte die Rezeption vorrangig ruhige Zimmer vergeben, die z. B. in den Innenhof gehen.

Traveling on a red eye flight I appreciated the early check in very much! Alex at the front desk was great! There were some cleanliness issues. My room the floor was dirty and the toilets closest to the restaurant were in rough shape during the day. Over all I had a very good experience. The breakfast buffet was awesome!

We were given a room looking directly at the loading bay of a large shopping centre next to the hotel. As a result we could not sleep at all during our first night and at 5:00 am had to ask for another room . Why were we given that first room is still a mystery to us as there were not many rooms occupied on the floor . Otherwise the hotel is clean , close to public transit options and offers a very generous breakfast buffet .

This was an overnight business trip in July. + location to work, service, cleanliness, bed, and recently renovated. - weak air conditioning and stuffy air building. The hotel either needs a new air ventilating strategy or new air conditioning systems. It wasn’t even that hot and I could never get the temperature in the room to go below 76 degrees. Unfortunately this affected my sleep and I was only able to get 4-5 hours of sleep in the night. Overall in the summer I would stay away from this hotel unless you like a hot room.

Ho soggiornato in albergo dal 20 al 23 Dicembre e purtroppo si è presentato un guasto alla caldaia e l’acqua calda non è arrivata per tutta giornata. Chiedevo spiegazioni presso la reception ma sono stati vaghi dicendo che al massimo 10 minuti e sarebbe arrivata. Nell’arco della giornata sono andato presso la reception una decina di volte e la risposta ogni volta era vaga senza una risposta ben precisa. Colazione internazionale nella norma. Unica comodità molto vicino alla metro.

A lovely hotel, conveniently located. It was easy to get from the airport by train and the station was a 2 minute walk. Easy access to the centre of Munich (10 mins by train). Rooms were comfortable although not the biggest I've stayed in. The hotel is eco friendly which we liked but ot would have been nice to have clean cups each day. You can ask for them. Breakfast was good with a wide range of choices. The staff were really friendly. Overall a great hotel for a short break near to the centre of Munich.

It appeared to be close to the S-Bahn station, providing easy access to both the city and the airport. However, we encountered a significant issue that should be noted by international guests: there are neither escalators nor elevators/lifts on the platform. As a result, we had to carry all our luggage down two flights of stairs. To our surprise, the tunnel was also blocked for unknown reasons, requiring us to carry our luggage back up the stairs to reach the other side. Unfortunately, this lack of accessibility is not uncommon in many German stations. Either there are no escalators or lifts available, or they are out of service, leaving individuals to manage their luggage on their own. Germany does not seem to prioritize traveler or disabled-friendly infrastructure. Therefore, it is essential for the hotel to disclose this inconvenience on their website or major booking platforms. Had we been aware of the outdated and inconvenient train station, we would not have chosen to book this hotel.

Very satisfied with the hotel when considering price/quality. The pros are the following: Great breakfast with plenty of choice Easy access to public transport Supermarket nearby for those needed snacks Clean Nice and firm beds Cons are: Noise from nearby large road. Rooms are pretty soundproof though A bit far from city centre Lack of choices for kids in the evening menu card in the restaurant. Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel
